I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.   The contractor is not being truthful I will prove it with the attachments. 1. The attached [redacted] image shows, on items 8, 9, 10 and 11 the items that Impact roofing didnt replace. 2. Item 8 ([redacted] furnace vent-rain cap) and item 9 (Continuous ridge vent) are quoted for $185.19 and $244.05 respectively. The attached image [redacted] is a picture of the current status. This is the item that caused the leaks and damage to the ceiling. I have a video of the leak.3. Items 10 and 11 quote 258 linear feet of drip edge (image [redacted]) and on the image [redacted] is evidence taken by a competitor of impact roofing (which I can get to give a statement) of the item not finished.4. Image [redacted] is a text message where I informed [redacted] about the trash left in my front yard that eventually caused damaged to the garden.  I have evidence of [redacted] neglecting his appointments on several occasions but as you can see from the items above, the contractor is lying and therefore cant trust him or anything he says.
