BEWARE!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! We ordered service through Impact Wireless about a month ago. When we got the package in the mail it didn't work at all!! We called them and they said they would reset it. That didn't work. We called back again. They said T-Mobile was fixing their towers so it wouldn't work for over a week until they were done. We waited that whole time, still didn't work. We called back again. They said T-Mobile was still working on their issue. They told us to wait another few days. We waited almost a week. We kept restarting the machine daily. Could never get it to work. We called back and said we were tired of waiting so we just wanted to return it an get out money back. We sent them the device last week, in perfect condition. We called them today and they said they will NOT give us a refund because they machine is all broken and damaged. We told them we sent it in perfect condition. They told us that we didn't. They said,"You know what you did. You know you didn't send it back in working order". They said it looked like it had been kicked around in the dirt and totally bashed up. They said the shipping packaging was all intact. We asked them to send pictures so we could see. And they refused. The lady on the phone was SOOOO rude to my husband and then was SOOOO rude to me when I called to talk to them. I think this whole company is a SCAM!! They are just trying to find a way to keep our money. And I don't think they even prove internet to people. Our device NEVER worked. Do not use this company!!!!!!! WOW!!!!! I've never ben treated so badly by a company, ever!!! It was shocking!!!!!!

I'm sorry to see all the issues, but I have been with them for a year now and they have been great! You HAVE TO BE IN a home service area for the company they use, not an extended coverage area! Its ***, but they might not let me put that here. I have been throttled one month after using 100 gigs, but I had to restore my computer so it happens. I love it, and would recommend them. Typical download speeds 20-30 and 7-12 mbs with throttling and uploads are decent too. Like I said, research the magenta carrier and if you are in a strong HOME SERVICE ARE, you will be fine.

This company promises high speed wireless internet. I spoke to several reps who assured me that I was in a good signal area and should receive excellent data speeds. After the router arrived I could only get speeds less than 1Mbps. It was a Friday and tech support/customer service stated they would call back on Tuesday (after the Labor Day holiday). They did not call back. When I called them back they "reset the sim card" However this only served to completely lock me out of router and thus was unable to even connect and test the router. Called back and tried to explain the situation to the rep and she kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me explain and then hung up on me when I asked her to let me finish explaining the situation. Called back again (no record of me calling the first time apparently) and attempted to troubleshoot. Still no where near the speeds they had promised. Claim they will refund everything but the $80 dollar activation fee but thus far they are not providing any timeframe or further information on the process. Pretty bitter to have to pay $80 for the activation when the service does not work as advertised.

This company advertises very high wireless internet speeds. I spoke with several representatives who evaluated my location and stated I should have good cellular coverage. However upon receiving the device I couldn't get speeds over 1Mbps. Customer service simply passed me around and were unhelpful. Stated they would call me back and never did. Claimed they reset the sim card however that only served to completely lock me out of the device. Very poor experience. What they sell you is not what they deliver. Stay away!
