The members of the Impriano Roofing Company were professional and thorough in their handling of my leak repair After putting on my roof last year, a leak occurred in one area Soon after I placed the call, I received an appointment and a technician came to inspect and repair He explained the problem in detail and what he would do to fix it It turns out the leak was not a roofing issue but a preexisting siding/window one It took a whole day to do the job but it felt that this was time well spent as the problem needed this sort of attention

In every aspect of the process Impriano has been superb! Their administration staff was on top of of everything and kept us well informed We are completely satisfied

I needed a shingle replaced that had blown of my roof Your guy came out and fixed the shingle, but then he took the extra steps to repair a lose piece of siding, cleanout a blocked downspout, and reseal around my vent pipe just because he saw it needed doing and at no extra charge He showed me that he was more than just a repairmen, but that he was a craftsmen who takes pride in his work I could not have been more pleasedC*** B***
