I was very pleased with my roofing and gutter replacement job done by Impriano Roofing. The job was completed quickly and the site was clean when they were finished. They offer a professional job; my home looks amazing thanks to Impriano Roofing.

We are very satisfied with the work performed recently by Impriano replacing our roof. The work was done in early August 2015 and was a total roof replacement. Our old roof had two layers of shingles the top layer was 25 years old and was in need of replacement. The Impriano team did an excellent job of removing the old roof(s) and replacing with new shingles. The team did an excellent job of cleaning up the area around the property after their work was completed. We are very satisfied with our new roof.
I would recommend this company and use them again.

Review: I had a new roof installed at my home, by Impriano roofing, and in the process, Impriano roofing put two scratches in my front picture window.

I called Impriano roofing, and a man named [redacted], came out and took pictures of the window glass, and attempted to clean the window to no avail. He said he would get back to me, after he talked to his boss.

A few days later, he came back and attempted to buff the scratches out to no avail.

[redacted] again said he would get back to me , after talking to his boss, [redacted] Impriano.

While waiting , I decided to call the window manufacturer([redacted] windows), and procure a price for replacing the glass and labor charges.

I spoke to a woman at [redacted] windows named [redacted], and she gave me a quote of $383.00 for parts and $190.00 for labor, for a total of $573.00. ([redacted] file # [redacted]).

I called [redacted] back and told him the costs. I didnt hear anything back for about 2 weeks, so I decided to call [redacted] back. He said he would talk to hiss boss. After talking to his boss, [redacted] Impriano send to send them a quote, and that they would reimburse me.Desired Settlement: Payment from Impriano roofing for the damage they did to my window.

We are in receipt of **. [redacted]'s complaint. We feel the damage to **. [redacted]'s window glass was not caused by us. However because he is our customer we decided out of good faith to pay for the window glass. **. [redacted] acknowledges this in the complaint in his own words: "[redacted] Impriano said to send them a quote and they would reimburse me." When the window repairs have been made and an invoice has been submitted we will release a check. This is a standard practice as all insurance companies will not release the funds until the work has proven to be completed.

We feel that this complaint should be removed from our record. We had already agreed before the complaint being posted to pay for the glass repair. His complaint and his desired resolution was taken care of before he sent a complaint to you. **. [redacted] acknowledged this in his own words in the complaint. Therefore this is not even a valid complaint. The role of the Revdex.com is to be a mediator to come up with a desirable resolution. There was no resolution to be made by the Revdex.com because there is one in place. It is the responsibility of the BB to remove this from our record.

I agreed to Impriano roofing reimbursing me for the window damage they did while doing my roofing job. I gave them what they needed, and asked for ( a billing statement from [redacted] windows inc.) on 11-27-13 at their Broomall office. I personally handed it to the receptionist. I still have not received the reimbursment of $490.83 yet.

After working with another highly rated contractor for many months, but failing to get agreement from our insurance company to complete the extensive hail damage repair work at their quoted price, we contacted Impriano. Jack Impriano worked with us to understand the scope of the work, made recommendations that were structurally sound and also greatly improved the appearance of the house. His quote was detailed enough to be accepted almost immediately by our insurance company. The repairs were done on time by very professional crews that were also really nice people to work with. The results were outstanding. We highly recommend the company.

We were very pleased with the quality of work. The management was easy to work with, any issues that arose were taken care of quickly and to our expectations. The workers kept the work site clean and always cleaned up at the end of every day.

Aside from a few hiccups with coordinating times with PECO and the dumpster company the job went very smoothly and we are pleased with results.

I needed a shingle replaced that had blown of my roof. Your guy came out and fixed the shingle, but then he took the extra steps to repair a lose piece of siding, cleanout a blocked downspout, and reseal around my vent pipe just because he saw it needed doing and at no extra charge. He showed me that he was more than just a repairmen, but that he was a craftsmen who takes pride in his work. I could not have been more pleased.
