Roof.net did two projects on my roofThey are professional, friendly, fast, and honestThe company's president, Ken, scheduled the two projects on the same day and finished both of them on timeAnd their price is great!
Overall, the experience with them is highly positive, and I will definitely recommend the company to my friends

My husband and I put our R*** townhouse on the market and the buyers inspection report showed we had "mold issues" in the attic—and that we needed to replace the roofWe had just spent several thousand dollars having our roof "repaired" by the guys that cleaned the leaves out of our gutters —that claimed they also did roofs(I learned the hard way)I had not had any experience with roofs before and until the inspection thought everything was in good repairThe "repair" was poorly done and we had to completely redo it and figure out what mold remediation entailedI had the first roof estimate from KenI showed him the report from the inspection and had no idea how to even start dealing with this problemThrough his many years of experience Ken indeed knew exactly what he was looking at and what needed to be doneHe gave me all the information I needed to contact mold specialists and then he coordinated the entire project—which was quite involvedFirst his crew removed the roof on the back of the house and then the mold remediation crew sanded the mold off the beams while his crew worked on another part of the roofThen they put a new roof onThey did the roof in one day!
Ken also suggested a different approach to the residing of the housePart of the siding always rots on the edge where it touches the roofKen had a new solution to the siding issue and the Reston Association thought it was great new solution to a really annoying problem all the owners face with the old restrictionsI can't give a company a higher rating for the work doneI had bids from other major roofers in the area and know I got the bestThe other companies didn't even know what to do with the mold problem—and they were quite a bit more expensiveThanks for everything Ken!

After a heavy rain on a Thursday night, I noticed water damage on my kitchen ceilingI looked up roofers and I was impressed with the good rating Roof.net hadI called and *** answered the phone himselfAs it was Friday afternoon, *** said he would be over Saturday afternoon and would call firstAs promised, he called and came over to look at the problemHe took a picture from outside the house and sent me an e-mail within minutes that explained and showed exactly what needed to be done to fix the leakI agreed to the price and he had a crew out on Sunday at 9:15! They went right to work and had all the material with them to complete the repair within hoursThey were both clean cut and had a clean, dent free truckI am very pleased with *** and the work that was doneI would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends

I have requested service from Ken (with Roof.net) for two recent needs. One was an emergency, which he and his men responded to with the necessary expediency; the other was not as urgent but something that needed to be addressed. I tell you, I am truly grateful for Ken and Roof.net, and I highly recommend him.
The emergency issue was a leak that was coming from the roof vent stack pipe, which I noticed one evening during a heavy rain storm. The following day, I called Ken (and several other roofing contractors) to get the issue looked at and, of course, fixed...especially since the area was expecting heavy rains going into the weekend. Given the situation, I needed a company who could come out quickly, accurately diagnose, and repair the issue. Ken was able to do all of that. He came out to my house the same day I called and did so within 3 hours of my phone call. He listened to my concern, did the inspection, and informed me of what the problem was and how he would go about fixing it.
Later that evening, Ken sent me a written contract of the work to be performed, the cost, and warranty details. Having more questions about what the details of the work meant, I called Ken. He took my call, patiently answered multiple questions, explained the details, and he put me on the schedule for the following day. His guys did the roof repair (in cold, drizzling weather conditions) and were very pleasant. They even answered questions I had about the job itself. Well, the heavy rains that were anticipated that weekend didn't happen, but within a matter of 2 weeks, I finally got my first heavy rain since the repair, and I am so pleased to report that the leak previously experienced did not happen!!!
During that first encounter, I had expressed to Ken my desire to have my rusted vent stack pipe painted. He said it could be done but that the rainy weather would first need to clear up; otherwise, the paint would wash away. I told him I'd be in touch and would contact him at a later point. Well, within a matter of a couple of weeks, I reached out to Ken, and he and I began making arrangements for the second job.
The turn-around time for the second job was just as quick as it was with the emergency situation and the work itself was just as spectacular...it was beyond fantastic!! Ken's men sanded and painted my vent stack pipe, but honestly, it's as though they transformed my old, rusted vent stack pipe into a clean, smooth-finished work of art. The work looks totally professional grade, and I am so pleased about that!!
I can't thank Ken, his men, and Roof.net enough for being so responsive to both of my needs--emergent or not--their work, expertise, knowledge, and professionalism!! I'm so glad I've found a company I feel I can trust to do important work at my house.

This is an old-school, good ol', class act company which used some hi-tech scanners and epoxies to seal and repair my roof following wind damage. [redacted] pinpointed issues using thermal/infa scanners and provided great comfort in guaranteeing the confidence of his work. Quick response - was out to survey damage right away and repairs promptly followed by very tidy staff.
I've never experienced such likeable and thorough contractors before. Wish more contractors were of this caliber. I truly appreciated what they did for my home. Very courteous and professional.
I shall certainly be recommending you to my circle of friends as the go-to Roofer, [redacted] Best wishes and success with your company.

Roof Net is the only Roofing Company willing to come and help on a weekend for a roof leak.
We called our Roofer but he did not feel like coming on Saturday.
We contacted other companies without success.
Roof Net came on Saturday after the rain stopped to evaluate the situation and came back on Sunday to repair the roof.
With all the rain we got, our bedroom would have been more damaged without the help of Roof Net.

K** and his folks have become my go-to team for all my roofing concerns. After the heavy rains, we noticed a leak and called K** that morning. Two hours later he was at our home, id**tified the problem (holes in the flashing), fully explained it and its impact, and detailed what needed to be done to fix it. Two hours later, his team was here and *within the same day* our roofing problems were gone! This group not only knows their stuff, they fix it without overcharging you, or doing work you don't need. If you have a roofing problem, call K**!

We were extremely pleased with the prompt, professional service we received from the company's owner, K** B[redacted] and his excellent workers. He responded out almost immediately to survey the extent of our problem, and then developed a reasonably priced proposal to resolve our problem. As soon as we agreed to have the work done, the repairs were accomplished the very next day, and photos were taken depicting the nature of the problem and reflecting the repairs that were made. This is the second time we have used this firm, and we intend to continue using them as well as recommending them to our friends. Our experience has shown this company to be very professional and reliable.

I called Ken first thing in the morning to have him assess leaky windows and he was at my place less than 3 hours later. He assessed where the water was coming from, the size of the moisture field behind the wall and ceiling, and gave me recommendations on how to solve the problem myself or with a handyman as his crews were booked for the next couple of weeks. He was helpful and instructive. We will definitely recommend him to neighbors.

While visiting at our daughters house we noticed some ridge vent shingles were missing. The weather forecast predicted heavy rain so we wanted to get the roof repaired correctly as quickly as possible. My wife found the add for ROOF.net. while looking on line for a local roofer. I called and K** answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and he said he would be over within the hour. Just as he said he showed up and evaluated the problem. Within 20 minutes he gave us a written quote and said because of the severity of the situation he would have a crew over to repair it that afternoon. Once again he kept his word and a crew showed up to do the repair in a matter of a couple of hours. They went onto the roof, removed some more shingles that were damaged and repaired the roof ridge vent. They replaced everything with new matching shingles and glued and nailed them so they won't come off during a storm. Not only were they prompt but they were very neat and professional even picking up shingles around the yard that were not from her home. We would recommend K** and his crew to anyone needing professional roof repairs.
