I’d give zero stars if I could. Strongly recommend no one ever buy anything from IMZZ Elite. Placed an order July 2, 2020, for miscellaneous bolts. Weeks went by and I never received a shipping confirmation. Sent three emails to the company with no response. Called the business numerous times and received the voice mailbox which was conveniently full. I was finally able to reach a representative through an Instagram message. This individual was shockingly rude and gave no explanation on the status of my order. I received a refund today but I am now weeks behind on a build as a result of my experience with IMZZ Elite. Stay away from this company!

Dec. 2 2019 I ordered a T-Sport fairing online through Imzzelite for my motorcycle using a financing app. called Klarna. I paid the full amount of $688.03 by the second month. After a failed attempt to contact him through e-mail. On Dec. 13th 2019 I was able to get a response from him through *** inquiring about the wait time. He stated that it would roughly take about 3 weeks. On January 4th 2020 I contacted him through *** after multiple unanswered emails regarding the wait time. He stated that his sales department was extremely busy and that estimated time did not include weekends holidays. February 4th 2020 marked two months since I placed the order. I tried to make contact with Imzzelite and they ignored all means of communication. March 5th 2020, 3 months since purchase and two months not knowing what is going on with my order. I warned a consumer on Imzzelite *** that I've been waiting over three months and counting with unanswered calls, emails, and messages. Immediately after this he contacts me via *** and asks for my order number. Assuming he was going to look into it or speed up the process, he actually states that he will refund me the money before he ends his shift with out giving me any options. He proceeded to make comments like, "Im done with your *** comments homie.", "I run a mans game here homie, I didn't need your *** laughing faces and *** comments." Today is March 26 2020 almost 4 months since I initially made the purchase. I never received the product that I paid for. I have not received my refund as promised. I have contacted Klarna multiple times and they have yet to receive any money from Imzzelite. I have all of my conversations saved, emails, calls, messages, made with imzzelite and Klarna. I just want my refund, rightfully so asap.

My 2014 Harley Davidson Sportster Motorcycle was dropped off at IMZZ Elite in Orange back in September of 2018 to complete full repair of the bike after an Accident/insurance Claim.
IMZZ Elite was paid in full on in the amount of $5,960.79 on 12/7/2018 with a Check #*** from my insurance company AAA Insurance for the Complete Repairs of 2014 Harley Davidson. That check #*** for $5,960.79 was cashed by IMZZ Elite on December 12th, 2018 (can provide copy of check)
After numerous phone calls and emails over the past 7 months, I was finally contacted by the owner (James I) via a phone call on July 25th, 2019. I was then told verbally by Jim I that my bike would be ready on August 2nd, 2019.
I was then emailed by his wife and Co-Owner of the shop Nichelle I (Jim’s Wife) on July 30th, 2019 that the pickup would be post-phones until August 3rd 2019.
When I arrived at your shop on August 3rd, 2019, The Owner Jim I was inside, but would not let us inside and all the doors were locked.
I then had to call Orange Police for a “Keeping the peace” call. The police arrived on scene where they also attempted to enter the premises, but they were also ignored.
The police said, yes we can hear them all in there, but they do not have to open the door if they do not want to. (I can provide copy of the police report filed that day if necessary)
A Demand Letter was then sent on August 20th, 2019 via Certified mail tracking# ***. This letter stated that you had 10 days to deliver my bike, with the repairs completed or not. (Demand Letter available if needed)
IMZZ Elite has since stopped replying to my phone calls, will not reply to email and never addressed my letter sent by certified mail.
IMZZ Elite was paid in full on 12/12/18 and I have still not received my motorcycle back.

I have ordered motorcycle parts from, particular company. Have spent a good amount of money on these parts. Which has been taken out and paid in full, on April 24, 2019. It is now August 25, 2019, have not received any info on a expected delivery date, the last update received from company stated it would be another WEEK before my purchased parts are shipped. This was stated in email on July 9, 2019. On August 19, 2019 I sent another email inquiring an update with no reply since.

On 4Nov2018 I emailed Imzz Elite about 3 items I was interested in purchasing off their website and was looking for info on delivery time, ect. The items, FXRT fairing, FXRT lowers, and mounting brackets for my 2015 Harley Davidson Streetbob (FXDB). They informed me that the items were “in stock” and ready to ship within 2 days. I had requested a mounting bracket that would work with my GPR stabilizer and they said it would be 2 extra days to make that happen. A total of 4 days till my order shipped. Imzz Elite responded to my email promptly so I placed my order on 5Nov2018 with a grand total of 2,063.36.. I was excited to receive my order and looking forward to seeing my item ship in the timeline they quoted me, 1 week or so. That never happened. I still have not received my order and it has been well over 3 months. I have reached out to Imzz numerous amount of times via email, instagram, and phone. They continue to ignore my attempts to contact them by not responding to messages and also blocking my calls. In the past 30 days I was successful in making contact with the owner only because I reached out to him using a friends cell phone. He informed me that my order was being prepared for shipping by his wife, wrapping my order in plastic and that it would be shipped within a couple days. It never happened. This wasn’t the first time I was told my order would be shipping in a couple days. IMZZ Elite has taken full payment from me, 2,063.36 and just disappeared. I have been more than patient with them, waiting well over 3 months when they originally quoted me only 4 days of wait time before shipment.

I have been trying to pick up my motorcycle that I dropped off at Imzz Elite Vehicle Concepts on 07/26/2018 for some upgrades almost 6 months ago. Now for several months, I have shown up in person many times to retrieve my property and I always get excuses as to why I cannot take my motorcycle home by the owner of the shop Jim Imzz or his wife Michelle. Orange PD was called to assist with recovering my motorcycle back on 12/01/2018 and 12/04/2018 and business doors were open before arrival but as we are walking up to the shop the doors were locked for us. Additionally I have emailed *** several times to let them know I wanna retrieve my motorcycle whether work has been completed or not. This shop has not responded back to my emails as to when I can pick up my motorcycle. Since this shop is refusing to let me pick up my motorcycle I feel that it is pretty much stolen and I might have to take legal action. At this point I am attempting to recover my motorcycle by going through the Revdex.com and Bureau Of Automotive Repair. See below.

I brought you my 2017 Harley Davidson Roadglide motorcycle on 07/26/2018 for upgrades which were Rwd RS-1 rear shocks, Patriot suspension genesis front springs, Imzz elite bagger crash bar, Powdercoat my exhaust ceramic black, Powdercoat and Modify my spoiler to fit your crashbar, Replace fork cans, and also install Imzz elite all-in-one sissy bar kit that was purchased separately. I have communicated with you in person several times over the last couple months you have told me that my motorcycle is ready but there is always an excuse for me not being able to take it home that day and that you will give me a call early the following week. It's been over a month now since the last time I was in your shop on 11/30/2018 and I still have not heard from you. I would like to retrieve my vehicle, regardless of whether the upgrades are complete or not.

On May First of 2018 I submitted a purchase from this company for a total of $463.07 dollars. The product I purchased was an IMZZ Elite Lower Fairing kit for FXR/ Dyna harley motorcycles. I have yet to receive the item even after paying for it on may 1st. I have repeatedly asked for updates and on June 27th I received a shipping conformation with a tracking number. Still to this day the status is pre shipment. I contacted the company regarding payment and shipment of the part and they said they were very backed up and would get it out to me in a week, this was in the end of July. I asked for a refund and they said there were no refunds on these parts because they are made to order which is indeed what the website says but I thought because it was so long they would make an acceptation but no. After repeated emails and calls I still have not received the part I ordered and fear I never will. I do not have the money to just give them, I feel like they stole my money from me.

Unfortunately in today's day and age everything seems to be about instant gratification and impatience. Our company makes the highest quality handmade parts available and it is all done by a small elite team of employees under our roof. Unfortunately at times we experience back orders due to large sales volume and we always work as fast as possible to get our orders out to our valued customers. Although we run behind at times we do not have a reputation for not delivering our product and we always make sure our valued customers get what they paid for. We apologize for the delay but this is a custom part and your bike is fully operational without it and you did not experience any loss of use of your bike due to our delay on manufacturing so no troubles of any kind were experienced on your end !! Your part has already been sent out to you and we will not be providing a refund of any sort nor providing you with free product, however we would offer you a discount on future purchases with us to make up for the delay on this order . Thank you very much for your reply. I agree in this day and age everything does indeed seem to be all about instant gratification but when a company gets backed up beyond what they say the allotted time is to make a quality product its very helpful to get an update. Many lesser companies than yours give a quick update when they know things will be delayed. The time we spoke I mentioned this to you and you were very rude and told me not to tell you how to run your business. I look forward to getting what I ordered months ago but it makes me wonder if I had not gone to the Revdex.com as a last resort, would my parts still have been shipped on the 29th of October, 6 months later? Your assumptions are incorrect, my bike was inoperable due to your custom part. Going off what your said wait time would be on your website said I scheduled my bike to be brought to the paint shop for prep prior to receiving your custom parts and by the time they would have been delivered everything else would have been prepped and all that would need to be done is prep the fairings. Well my bike was in the shop for months waiting for your parts to show up and constantly telling the painter "I haven't heard from him" or " He wont get back to me to update me" before I finally pulled it out unpainted, apart and still in prep. I needed the lower fairing to be painted at the same time to match the custom paint job that will cost me more now because everything will need to be disassembled and re prepped. Asking for the fairings and a refund I felt was fair due to the trouble and extra expenses I incurred. I appreciate the offer to give me a discount on my next purchase with IMZZ but after all this Ill pass because I do not want to go through this again. If you follow through with the refund Ill happily consider this matter closed and give you a good review where ever you want proclaiming how you rited a wrong. Please consider it. I left my 67 El Camino with IMZZ along with ALL new parts needed to add roll-bar and back half my car. I also left a $2,000. deposit.
As I have cancer I needed the car finished in the next 2-3 months. 7 1/2 months later and after hearing all kinds of lies I took the car back.
NOTHING at all was done to my car, so I asked for my deposit back. Agreed. They will "email me before Friday." I never heard
from James since. I left numerous messages over the past month without a response.
I need my money. If not to only help with, when I pass.

This customer is a compulsive liar and extremely delusional to say the least. Our current workload and backlog of vehicles for appointments is years out and the only way we even take in a customer or book a appointment is with a non refundable deposit which he was notified of due to the fact our time and space carries a extreme worth and is highly sought out by clients all over the world. Mr. begged us to bring is his vehicle and needed to do so in a fast fashion due to the fact that the previous shop it was in was going out of business, which we found out was another one of his tales, they were actually kicking his vehicle out and he had no where to take it and had to find a shop fast. He was notified that we would not even be starting his vehicle for several months but we could store it for him in our large facility as a favor for him until we could start work. This individual constantly shows up without a appointment, makes up lies about everything under the sun including his health and sickness, and just became a all around problem and concern for all members of our elite team of staff. This customer was never lied to or misled in any way or fashion ans was never told that we would be completed in 2-3 months or told we would refund him anything , nor was there ever any kind of sickness discussed or implied to us this was merely a tactic used later down the line. We have documentation on everything pertaining to this vehicle including our consultation, storage and the preliminary work involved to perform the discussed labors. No refund of any sort will be entertained or given to this individual. Thank you

Imzz has been nothing but great anytime I've been there. Their customer service is top notch and their knowledge is amazing! It's the first shop I've been to where the staff actually knows what they are taking about and they can answer any and all questions I have about parts. You can tell they love what they do.

I ordered a product from this company on April 28, 2018 . I still have not received my product I have called multiple Times and have left Multiple messages along with emails. No one ever gets back to me and it has been months without my product I have even called the manufacturer of the product and they told me that I should have it by now. I just want my money back and the last time I talk to someone at this business they said that would happen and now it has not and I’m going to take legal action against them if not resolved

Mr. ordered a motorcycle exhaust from us. The part was out of stock from the manufacturer with no ETA. We spoke to Mr. several times via phone and kept him updated with the information we had from our supplier. He was told that his part would ship as soon as it was available. His order shipped a few days ago via FedEx. He should have it any day. As we said, and told him several times, we shipped it to him the moment it became available to us. Here is the tracking number which he has already received via email:

I paid them in feb $220.00 and now it's June and no product and will not return money either. They have blocked me from contacting them.

The customer was mistakenly sent the wrong size product. We sent him a prepaid return label to get the product back to us so that we could send him out the right size replacement. It took over 20 days for him to return the product back to us. In that time, we had sold out of the size he needed. We informed him of the situation and let him know that we were currently building them and would get the correct product to him as soon as we had them completed.

The product is hand built and takes some time to complete. Once they are built, they are then send to our powder coat facility to be powder coated before being returned to us. This process does not happen in our facility, so wait times are out of our control. The time frame was not to the liking of Mr. but it was out of our control. Once we got the product back from powder coat, he was shipped one immediately. He did not request a refund. He continuously asked us to send his product to him ASAP, which we did.

Mr. was not blocked from contacting us. We have a public phone line that he could call us on at any time as well as email that we are always reachable on. He was only blocked from contacting us on Instagram after making threats and calling our sales staff inappropriate names. One of the employees that controls our social media accounts is female and we couldn't allow her to be bombarded with his disgusting, vile messages. So he was blocked on Instagram only. He could have contacted us any other way.

Mr. has received his product.

The owner of this company is refusing to give me my motorcycle back after I have refused his services. He has given me the run around for 4 months and continues to tell me my motorcycle will be ready in one week. He is refusing to let me see my motorcycle or take it back and everything was paid for upfront with credit card. No money is owed at all. I do not want his services and want my motorcycle back. I was originally told by owner the oil change, new handlebars and exhaust would be a month or less and this was back in July of this year. Police were called today and a report was filed. Owner also exchange messages with me and said that "you don't call the shots." The conversation was save to my phone.

Mr. picked up his motorcycle from our shop on 12/2/17.

He dropped off his bike for an exhaust, 1K mile service and handlebars. He did not have an appointment when he dropped off the bike. He bought handlebars and a custom exhaust which were both special order parts that had to be paid for up front. He was made aware of this and told there are no returns on special order parts because they are ordered specifically for his bike. He was not required to pay for any labor until the job was completed. He chose to pay for the entire invoice up front. The exhaust had a lead time from the manufacturer of 6-8 weeks. The customer was told this. He was not told the job would be 1 month from the date he dropped it off. We have no control over this timeframe as we do not manufacture the part, we only sell and install it. Any delays from the manufacturer are out of our control.

We have never refused to let the customer see his motorcycle. He requested pictures of the work done on his bike and we sent them right away.

The customer has his motorcycle and all work is complete.

Hello,Hope this finds you well. I work as a firefighter and have been up north fighting the fires and have been unable to answer the email you sent out on my case. I do not accept imzzelite’s response. *** or someone from that shop put 1800 miles on my motorcycle. I don’t know about you but when I take a car in to get serviced or worked on, I don’t expect to see 1800 more miles on the vehicle. It’s unprofessional and terrible business. The ignition switch to the motorcycle was take out without my agreement or acknowledgment. He took the switch out and the handle bar lock without ever asking me. Imzzelite also took double payment for the work. I reported fraud to my credit card who then pulled the money back to their account since no work had been don’t on my motorcycle and hadn’t seen it since July 7th. Imzzelite they finished the work and replied to credit company and got the money back to which I had no idea because *** told me I could only get bike if I paid cash. Got back from the fire to immediately get my motorcycle. I offered my cash payment without knowing he got the money credited back to his account a day or two before. *** took my cash without hesitation. I do have my motorcycle back but I am very unhappy with this shop and it should have further investigation done and follow through with why there as so many complains and why the Bureau of Automotive Repair and other agencies are investigating this business HEAVILY. I have already contacted my credit card company and they were very unhappy as well that the business took the credit and cash. They called me today and said it will get handled since I have all proper documentation.

All of this customers claims are false, his mileage accusations are not accurate at all and are being blown out of proportion to accomidate his case. He was told up front that custom modifications would need to be done for his bike to accept tbars and he stated that he left that in our hands. His bike had multiple test rides on it to make sure it was in proper order before delivering to the customer which he is well aware of but his odometer readings are false and inaccurate. We did not receive any double payment or additional payments from this customer on this project and have no idea what he is trying to pull off but after all his complaints and false claims it appears he is attempting to commit fraud with his credit company to cheat us out of our money for the completed work. We are not under any investigation of any kind and deal with very few complaints due to the fact we deal with thousands of customers per year. Unfortunately this customer cannot be satisfied no matter what we do or say he always moves onto another false complaints and always wants to weigh heavy on the fact that he is a firefighter as if that makes him better than us or his claim more important than others and to attempt to sway the opinions of other consumers reading into this issue. *** you are a man that puts your boots on the same way as me or any other man every morning when you wake up, you are no more special or important than me or anyone else in this world, so act like a man and a public servant whos salary is paid by taxes from the sweat of my brow and move on and enjoy your amazing custom motorcycle that we built for you, life is to short to spend it whining and complaining . Get out on the highway and enjoy your first bike and hopefully it will change your negative attitude and outlook on life.Sorry we cannot resolve this matter but some people just cannot be helped.
