The company's offer was to call their number, no name or specific extension, and discuss with themI have already done thatI went over the situation with the customer service rep at lengthThe rep was rude, refused to refund my money and refused to escalate my call to a supervisor/managerI do not accept an opportunity to repeat that waste of time as a resolution to this matterAdditionally, I fully explained the situation in the text of my initial complaint.

Please note the charge of $2.99 has been refunded and the charge of $1.02 is normally voided by the bank following the verification.
