the trial the membership fees were applied. Further to the customer's request the account was cancelled and an attempt to issue a full refund was made, however as the customer is requesting a refund that falls outside of the company's refund policy (and dates back to charges from 2016), we were unable to automatically issue a refund for the full amount. After further investigation, the company in good faith will be issuing a refund for the outstanding amount claimed. As mentioned, as the charges date back to 2016 and 2017, the company will not be able to issue the refund directly to the credit card but will issue a check for the outstanding amount being claimed, being $199.95.The company continuously strives to ensure that its customers are fully satisfied with its services and strives to provide its customers with the highest level of customer service and support. Dear Revdex.com of Delaware, Regarding the above case, you closed it as "invalid." Frankly this floored me. First of all I believe you contacted the wrong company. You contacted Digital Altitude. The company who I filed a complaint against, Digital Access Media LLC has a website at www.DigitalAccessMedia.com. Second, there are already 16 complaints on YOUR Revdex.com site against this company, so how can my complaint be invalid??? Their phone number is even on your site: 877-484-4796. They also have a number of subsidiary websites such as mediavex.com, mediabak.com, and mediadec.com among others. My credit card was billed $39.99 twice by mediavex.com. I have never ordered anything from them or even knew they existed period, and fully believe they obtained my card by fraudulent means. Look at the other complaints on your website against them and you will see that I am not the only consumer they pulled this on. Mediavex'x number is 844-927-9163. Their email is [email protected]. I called them and the rep refused to remove the two $39.99 charges. I told her we never ordered anything from them but she didn't budge nor issue a refund , nor could she provide any proof of our supposed "order." When I asked her what they sold she said "ebooks." I told her to check my record and she would see that nothing was downloaded. How could one download something if they don't even know they have an account? I have reported this company to Visa and the Internet Crime Center as well for fraudulent billing without one's knowledge or consent.  Anyway, please re-open this case. Companies like this have to be punished and/or put out of business when they engage in unlawful billing practices. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to help.
