Hello my name is [redacted]. My address is [redacted] I am sending you this note for a complaint on In and Out Wireless store. The address is [redacted] It is a phone store that sells all kinds of phones. Well, recently I purchased a phone from them. The first week I had the phone I had to return it because I couldn't answer my call waiting. The screen was bad. So they replaced the screen. It took them a week to return it. Once I received it, one of there workers said the phone had water damage in it. I only had the phone for a week why is it water damage in it. That's what I explained to them no one could give me an answer. I took the phone back thinking it was now repaired. Three days later I had to return it because the screen went completely out. When I returned the phone the manager says I don't know what's wrong with this phone I replaced the screen four times. I tell him you only fixed it one time for me. Well, he threw it off and said well it was before that. So he said he was going to fix it. Now it was February 11, 2015 when I bought the phone. It is now April 9, 2015 and I still don't have the phone. I waited a month for the phone. They said the screen was coming from China the reason it took so long. They final got the screen and they tell me I have to pay a fee of 150. My answer was no to that. So I tried to get my phone back. One of the workers said a part in the phone needed fixing now. The manager was never there. I finally went today they said I had to pay 79 dollars. My answer was no to that. I felt like the phone was already like that when I purchased it and I waited over a month for it so I shouldn't have to pay for it. So I told them either give me my phone back, or my money back, or just give me another phone. They refused to do either or. Also as the worker turned on the phone it was making a ticking noise. I brought that to their attention. The answers was still either pay the amount or come back tomorrow so they could take the screen off and give back to me. I wasn't settling for that because they could have made the phone worse than what it was. So I made a complaint with the police and the tells me that this is not the first call on them. They have had plenty complaints on them. I feel that its a matter that should be handle because people are losing money with these people and people should know about them before they waste their money. This is an issue I think you guys should look into because they are terrible in conducting business. If you could I would gladly appreciate it.
