I am shocked to find negative reviews about Live PC Expert hereI bought their first subscription a couple of years back for my desktopI needed an antivirus support and Live PC Expert secured my PCThey were always available for technical support whenever I had any software issue in desktop- even they updated my operating system to Windows Recently, I purchased a new laptop and I did not have to think for a second optionThey instantly setup my PC with all the software required for first purchaseTheir customer service is always welcoming and instantI’d always recommend Live PC Expert as a suitable destination whenever you are in need of technical support

A friend of mine gave the number of Live PC Expert for tech supportAt first I was very reluctant, but the guy who handled my issue made me so comfortable with the kind of knowledge he possessed for the issue I called them upThe best part was that apart from being a good technician the guy was also a very good teacher, and to those of us that are technically challenged, this is very importantI am satisfied with their services and recommend the business

I got a Toll Free number from Google search and got connected with www.livepcexpert.comThough it was very time consuming, but, these guys really helped me to fix my Fujitsu Lifebook NHNotebookI must say after getting my Notebook back to proper functioning I almost forgot the time they spent working up on it

I could get all the technical problem of my HP Printer with the help of a tech guy who told me to be from Live PC Expert.The agent was very helpful and I am very pleased with the services Live PC Expert offersI would recommend their services

Our association with Ms. *** *** started on 7/13/2016 when she had agreed to subscribe our specialized tech support service at an amount of $249.99 for a period of one year. We were informed that her computer hadn't responded and subsequently one of our technicians took remote access of her system in order to diagnose the issue. As expected, the system had become infected with a nasty virus which our technician had removed it in no time. Meanwhile, the customer was informed about the development and she had even assessed our claim only to inform us over phone that her computer was working fine on 7/14/2016 at 12:12 AM IST.
It is Live PC Experts' policy to give our customers the opportunity to seek our support to resolve issues of their PCs apart from virus attack during the tenure of subscription. Although we have resolved the problem faced by Ms. Kimberly White, yet she is disappointed with our service. We sincerely regret we fell short of our commitment in this instance. Therefore, we have decided to refund the entire amount of her subscription, which should reflect in her account in few days
As a good gesture, we still offer one time free service on any of her system
We trust the action taken by us will bring a sense of resolution and satisfaction concerning this matter

Around a month before I signed up for an annual subscription with Live PC Expert for its tech support servicesThough they resolved my primary issues, but, somehow I got dubious and all of a sudden left a mail in their customer care department for a refundI was surprised that within no time I got a call from their customer care department and asked me for my pain pointsThe way this guys handled my case and talked to me, and when I felt that they processed my refund request in no time, without pressurizing me to go with themThey also told me that the refund process usually takes four to six working daysI must say I got my money back within the promised time frameBy now I could feel that the company adhere strict and right policies for its customersI called them back and went for three years subscription this time
I hope Live PC Expert will keep on exceeding my expectations

I called up Live PC Expert for issues with my newly purchased Toshiba LaptopThough I thought it was Toshiba, but the moment the guy told me that he was from Live PC Expert, which provides tech support independently for different brands; everything was pretty clearSince I was in hurry and need the resolution, I thought getting my issues resolved atleast for that timeBelieve me after getting all my issues resolved all I could say was that it was the best money spent, the tech agent was right on the problem and fixed it within minSince then I have called them for many times for different technical issues, and I was timely assisted and guided for certain precautionary measures as well

I have found them ready and ableI could not have rescued any of my three computers locally like they didOne problem I had was that the connection with the internet disappeared after I installed Windows and after working fine for an hour I logged off and there were updates from MicrosoftThe next time I logged on I got hung up on connecting and they took hours to resolve the issueWell worth the cost

Though calling them was not what I would like in case I need technical support for my HP Computer, but, at that hour of night I had no option but to call up their toll free number which I got from a very close friend of mineThis was altogether a new experiment for me but the help I received from them , I cannot faultThe tech agent from www.livepcexpert.com successfully fixed the issue and compelled me to change my mindToday, I am a happy customer of Live PC Expert and would recommend others who are like me to try on their services
