echnical support provided by Live PC Expert is hassle-free and supportive. I called Live PC Expert because my system was showing a regular error message, while opening certain programs. Along with that, there were some minor security issues as well. The guy who handled my call was quick to understand the issues and they were resolved soon. After repair, the tech guy also shared with me some quick tricks that can help PC perform better. Overall, services of Live PC Expert are more than satisfactory. I would like to recommend business for these guys!

Being on the receiving end...

of certain allegations, assertions and other false accusations that were made against our organization by our esteemed client, [redacted] is not a pleasant experience.
Being a registered tech support company, we outright deny allegation made by Mr.[redacted], our esteemed customer holding ID :77655. The complainant or customer had registered with a 3 year plan with us on February 10, 2016 at an amount of $449.99. Based on the service contract that was duly signed by [redacted], one of our certified technicians had taken his system on remote for diagnosing the root cause of the problem and resolving it eventually. The issue was resolved and the customer was fully aware of the development. Meanwhile,he had shared his satisfaction with us about the support he received through online chat and confirmed that his system was working fine.
First, [redacted] had electronically signed the contract agreement that stated the price for the tech support availed and area of our expertise. This indicates that [redacted] hadn't been kept under wraps about the service offered. Second, [redacted] apparently alleged that we presented false documentation to defend our claim as a credible tech support company. This allegation is completely uncalled for from a supposedly educated octogenarian whose system was running fine post our technical intervention. Finally, the client has threatened to sue our organization if we will fail to refund the service charge along with other frivolous charges.
Our organization would like to inform you that our shared documentation is legitimate and authentic. Given that the complainant yearns for settlement, we have agreed to refund him $449.99, which is the service charge fixed through mutual consent.
Therefore, we would like to attach the service contract agreement, once again to refute the allegations made against our company.
We have initiated refund of $449.99 to his account. His account at our end stands closed but as good will gesture we will give him one time free support in future whenever he comes to us.

While starting with my business, I needed to install all the basic software in more than a dozen of computers. I called for Live PC Expert but I was hesitant at the beginning to pay them for all the PCs, so I tested their services only for one PC, without informing them about the bulk order. They were impressive with the efficiency. Plus, they not only installed the software that I requested, but also suggested more software that I would need later on. The technician who helped me was well-skilled at his work and friendly. I chose Live PC Expert for rest of the computers as well. Their services lived up to the standards set earlier. At the end, I needed a network between all the PCs, so Live PC Expert helped me with network setup. Technician informed me about the importance of firewall for secure networks and installed it. It simply implies that they are willing to help and not ‘just complete the job formality’ kind of guys. Keep it up Guys!

A friend of mine gave the number of Live PC Expert for tech support. At first I was very reluctant, but the guy who handled my issue made me so comfortable with the kind of knowledge he possessed for the issue I called them up. The best part was that apart from being a good technician the guy was also a very good teacher, and to those of us that are technically challenged, this is very important. I am satisfied with their services and recommend the business.

I have a few questions about the process that was used by the business to obtain remote control of my computer !
 
       1. How and why did the business ascertain that my computer was at risk?
       2. Why did their pop-up window have a sound alarm and freeze my computer unless I obtained help?
       3. Why was their help phone number conveniently next to Microsoft Windows Support?
       4. Why was I led to believe that if I did not get the "security problem" resolved I would lose my important information compiled?
       5. Also, a remote access program "LOGMEIN" was installed to give access to "Live PC Expert". Remote access was also
           TURNED ON in the windows security section . Why?
       6. I am very curious to know how their "ransomeware" got in my computer to deem the computer at risk!
 
For the above concerns I reject the business response.

This company is a complete scam and should be investigated by the attorney general. They presented false evidence to the credit card company claiming their scam was legitimate business. Since I do not want to waste any more of my time I will accept the settlement of a refund for 449.99.

I am shocked to find negative reviews about Live PC Expert here. I bought their first subscription a couple of years back for my desktop. I needed an antivirus support and Live PC Expert secured my PC. They were always available for technical support whenever I had any software issue in desktop- even they updated my operating system to Windows 8. Recently, I purchased a new laptop and I did not have to think for a second option. They instantly setup my PC with all the software required for first purchase. Their customer service is always welcoming and instant. I’d always recommend Live PC Expert as a suitable destination whenever you are in need of technical support.

Based on the service contract that was duly signed by Schroeder, one of our certified technicians had taken her system on remote for diagnosing the root cause of the problem and resolving it eventually. The issue was resolved and the customer was fully aware of the development. Meanwhile, she had shared her satisfaction with us about the support she received through online chat and confirmed that her system was working fine.  Live PC Expert contact details were saved in customer’s computer desktop. Customer was briefly explained the features and benefits of unlimited software support for 2 years. The customer could have contacted us regarding any issue related to support as all the contact details of Live PC Expert was being shared with her. We might have taken some appropriate steps to ensure customer satisfactions as we are customer oriented organization. And we are still ready to process the refund if the customer call us. We are leading tech support company and we maintain 100 percent transparency and authenticity when it comes to catering top quality and affordable technical assistance to customers based in various countries. The specimen of our transparency and authenticity is reflected from our willingness to refund the money to Mrs. [redacted] if she would contact us. The guy from www.livepcexpert.com was very helpful, in fact, beyond belief in restructuring my computer and allowing for a far more efficient, productive and effective use of the computer functions. It's a really a great service that I have valued and recommend to others who are looking for a reliable tech services provider .

We would like to update that Norton Protection is a complementary gift given to our some esteemed customers. We stand still on our commitment to partially refund the amount after the deduction of the charges for our services delivered to the [redacted].
As per our promise we tried to contact [redacted] many a times but could not reach her, hence as a standing operating procedure, a mail was sent to her conveying every possible way to reach us directly. We feel that the [redacted] could not understand motive of that mail and hence reached to Revdex.com. We would appreciate if [redacted] could reach us and talk to us for the refund process as we are not getting response from her. In a very short span of time, the technician had resolved the issue andthe client was fully aware of it. Meanwhile, the 'live chat' or 'voice chat' details occurredbetween us and Mr. [redacted] are a testimony of his acceptance that his system is working fine.So, where does the question of duping Mr. [redacted] arrive as alleged by him as “COMPUTER SCAM& FRAUD.” As far as complaint is concerned, our service contract clearly highlights that no amountis refunded once the issue is fixed. So, there is no point in deceiving Mr. [redacted], which isagainst our service policy.For speedy resolution of the dubious demand made by Mr. [redacted], we have attached voice logsin this mail to support our claim of offering a quick solution to remedy the problem. We anticipatethat our supporting documents will defend us against this dispute.

The Revdex.com indicated to me that Live PC Expert would refund me back the money for the Norton protection I paid for in advance.  To date, I have received nothing.  I had to purchase virus protection from Norton, since my subscription ran out.  Live PC Expert owes me a refund for the 3 years of Norton software they promised to install as stated in the contract I signed.  The only thing I have heard from Live PC Expert is the following e-mail:
