Dear Ms***: This will acknowledge your letter dated February 23, enclosing *** ***'s rebuttal complaintI have again investigated this matter with the assistance of *** ***, Vice President of Operations - Indiana; and *** ***, District Supervisor. When customers file their taxes with our offices, our associates advise them that their refund may be received within 5-business days as this is an average time for the IRS to process returnsWe define business days as Monday through FridayMs*** filed her taxes on January 22, and 10 business days from that date would be February 5, However, Ms*** did not receive her refund until business days later on February 10, As stated previously, the IRS system was down nationwide for a day period February 1-3, which may have caused a delay in the IRS processing received returns and issuing refunds as promisedThis day breakdown in the IRS system may possibly be the reason that Ms***’ refund was delayed past the estimated 5-business day average. After a thorough investigation, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.. Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION *** *** Vice President Corporate Compliance

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
In the companys response they are stating they CANNOT delete credit reporting which is a lie. In fact they
can. Credit laws only require you to report accurately if you do report. You are in control of whether or not you report at all and you do have the capability to request the CRAs to delete the listing. I am asking for a courtesy deletion due to the very unprofessional practices of your employees which almost caused me a job loss by caling my boss multiple times a day ....my work phone as well as my mothers....then coming to my house.....and being rude and cursing on the phone! If this is not resolved in a timely manner I promise you that we will take this case to court They are citing a credit law that is indeed correct that if you report an item you must report it correctly however your are NOT required to report it and you CAN delete it. I know credit laws.....and you are under no obligation to report a tradeline and can request removal of a tradeline as well via an e-OSCAR request
