Dear Ms***: This will acknowledge your letter dated November 30, enclosing *** ***'s complaintI have investigated this matter with the assistance of *** ***, Vice President of Operations - TennesseeMs*** obtained a loan from our World Finance
Corporation office in *** ***, Tennessee on June 16, in the amount of $and agreed to repay it in (12) monthly installments of $beginning July 16, Our records indicate the payoff as of the date of this letter is $1391.92. We ask our customers to contact the branch on or before their due date if their payment is going to be lateWhen our office didn't receive a payment or hear from Ms***, they contacted her on July 17, to remind her of her paymentShe advised the branch at this time that she would have a payment to the office the same dayAfter several broken promises a payment was finally received on August 14, and a second payment on October 23, (which was later returned for insufficient funds on November 5, 2015)The account was not brought current so the branch tried to contact Ms*** to work out other arrangements to help get the account current and to reestablish communication. Ms*** claims the branch refused to accept her payment of $in NovemberAt each loan signing the representative closing the loan explains the terms of the loan (which includes the amount financed, finance charges, payment amount and due date) to each customer and, if the customer agrees to the terms, the customer signs a loan contractFor the loan in dispute (#***) Ms*** agreed to repay the loan in the terms listed above and signed the contractAs the payments were previously agreed to at the loan signing, we were unable to accept anything less than the full contractual payment due at the time Ms*** came in the office ($including late fees as of the date of this letter). After a thorough investigation, the account was charged off due to non-payment on December 9, at which time all contact from the branch office ceasedWe apologize for any inconvience we may have caused in an attempt to reestablish communicationPlease be advised that Ms*** made a legal commitment to repay this loan and we ask that she contact our World Finance Corporation office in *** ***, Tennessee to work out suitable arrangements for her account. Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION

Re: ID#[redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]: This will acknowledge your letter enclosing [redacted]’s complaint. I have investigated this matter with the assistance of Charlie S[redacted], [redacted] Collections Center Supervisor. Ms. [redacted] obtained a loan from our World Finance...

Corporation office in [redacted], Alabama on April 26, 2016 in the amount of $200.00 and agreed to repay it in (4) monthly installments of $50.00 beginning May 26, 2012. World Acceptance Corporation took legal action against Ms. [redacted] in May 2014 due to non-payment of her loan and a garnishment was issued. In November 2014, World Acceptance Corporation filed a Satisfaction of Judgment on the case against Ms. [redacted] once the loan was paid in full via the garnishment process. The judgment against Ms. [redacted] is accurate, factual data and will show on Ms. [redacted]’s credit history for up to ten years from the date it was filed. However, since this account has been satisfied in full, it should be reflecting as a judgment with a zero balance.  If this information is reporting inaccurately, Ms. [redacted] will need to supply the Clerk of Court with the documentation showing that the judgment has been satisfied. After a thorough investigation, we have found that the public record in which Ms. [redacted] states should not be listed will not be removed from her credit report as this is accurate, factual data.  However, we have attached all of the documentation pertaining to Ms. [redacted]’s case with World Acceptance Corporation so that this can be provided to the Clerk of Court to prove that the judgment was satisfied. Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION Ellen H[redacted] Manager, Corporate Compliance [redacted]

Re: Complaint ID #[redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]: This will acknowledge your letter dated November 16, 2015 enclosing [redacted] complaint. I have investigated this matter with the assistance of [redacted], Vice President of Operations - Oklahoma; and [redacted],...

Didstrict Supervisor. Ms. [redacted] obtained a loan from our World Acceptance Corporation office in [redacted], Oklahoma on December 11, 2014 in the amount of $1500.00 and agreed to repay it in (12) monthly installments of $125.00 beginning January 11, 2015. Our records indicate this account was paid off on February 4, 2015. Ms. [redacted] previously contacted our home office to file a complaint on November 16, 2015 regarding the handling of the payoff on her account. Ms. [redacted] contacted our branch January 28, 2015 and requested a payoff on her account, at which time she was quoted a payoff for that date in the amount of $1145.77. On February 4, 2015, a check was received at the office in the amount of $1154.91. As the check did not contain any notation indicating the intention for payoff, the branch posted the check as a regular payment. After a thorough investigation, we apologize for any inconvenience this mincommunication may have caused. We have since corrected the account to indicate its payoff as of February 4, 2015. A copy of the paid out contract and the receipt showing the payoff were mailed to Ms. [redacted] on November 17, 2015. Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION [redacted] Vice President Corporate Compliance

RE: ID #[redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]: This will acknowledge your letter dated May 12, 2015 enclosing Ms. [redacted]’ complaint. I would like to apologize for the lack of timeliness in our response and also for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms. [redacted]. I have...

investigated this matter with the assistance of supervisor [redacted] and our Mission, Texas branch employees. Ms. [redacted] obtained a $931.04 (amount financed) loan from our Mission branch on April 9, 2015 and agreed to repay the loan in (10) monthly installments of $135.00 beginning May 9, 2015. Ms. [redacted] went in to the branch to inquire about paying her account off early. The payoff amount quoted did include a partial refund of her interest that was included in the loan (see the attached contract), but Ms. [redacted] feels it should be more. Interest is pre-computed for the term of the loan. If she had taken the full (10) months to pay it off, she would have paid $418.96 in finance charges. When paid off early, only part of that interest is refunded; additionally, the majority of the interest is paid at the beginning of the loan and the payoff amount will differ on a daily basis. Ms. [redacted] paid off the account on May 18, 2015; $243.76 was refunded in interest at the time of payoff. After a thorough investigation, it does not appear that our lending activities have violated any applicable state or federal laws. If I can be of any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact me. Yours very truly, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION [redacted] Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary

RE: ID #[redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]: This letter will acknowledge your letter of May 14, 2015 enclosing Mr. [redacted] complaint regarding the alleged denial of his credit application and problems with his loan process. I have investigated the matter with [redacted]...

[redacted] Vice President, and our [redacted], Indiana branch employees. Mr. [redacted] initially applied for a $4,500.00 loan on April 15, 2015 which was denied. Mr. [redacted] did however qualify for a smaller loan. Unfortunately, as Mr. [redacted] does state the branch employee did not properly check our internal system to see the previous charged-off account existed until after telling Mr. [redacted] he was approved for the smaller amount. We apologize for this over sight and for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. [redacted]. Please be assured that proper retraining regarding accurate loan closing has bene provided to the branch employees for future issues. Regardless, upon receipt of the complaint from your office, the smaller amount loan was approved and Mr. [redacted] received his loan proceeds on May 21, 2015. It appears that the situation has been resolved to everyone’s satisfaction and our practices have not violated any state or federal laws or regulations. If you should need further information, please do not hesitate to contact meYours truly, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION [redacted] Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

have accounts with our World Finance Corporation office in [redacted], Tennessee (#[redacted]) and [redacted], Georgia (#[redacted]). The accounts were charged off in September 2015 and November 2015 respectively, and we sent letters to Ms. [redacted] on January 31, 2017 offering a settlement on each account. It had not been coded in our system to reflect that Ms. [redacted] was deceased and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This issue has now been corrected in our system and we have added additional notes to Ms. [redacted]’s accounts to ensure this doesn’t happen again. In addition, if Mr. [redacted] will provide a death certificate to our World Finance Corporation office in [redacted], Georgia, we can file a life claim on this account (#[redacted]). Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION Ellen H[redacted] Manager, Compliance [redacted]

If a company chooses to report to the bureaus, then they must report accurately.  We report and we report accurately.  Ms. [redacted] account was paid late and we are reporting as such.  Our policy is not to do goodwill adjustments.  If we do for one customer, then we would have to do for all so we choose to report accurate information for all.  We also stated in our response that when the branch was asked to cease calling the references listed, we stopped so no actions violated any laws or regulations.  We stand by our original response attached once again for convenience.Thank you.

Re: ID[redacted] Dear Ms. R[redacted]: This will acknowledge [redacted]’s complaint filed on behalf of [redacted]. I have investigated this matter with the assistance of Stormy U[redacted], District Supervisor – Illinois. Ms. [redacted] obtained a loan from our World Finance Corporation...

office in [redacted], Illinois on August 3, 2016 in the amount of $1404.00 and agreed to repay it in (12) monthly installments of $117.00 beginning September 3, 2016. Our records indicate a payment of $127.00 is currently due on the account. In the complaint, Ms. [redacted]’s daughter, [redacted], stated that she put a cash payment under the branch door and that the branch office stole her money as Ms. [redacted] was contacted about a missing payment. The branch office never received the payment and were unable to find $120 in cash anywhere in the branch. The branch manager reviewed camera footage from a store beside the branch and did see Ms. [redacted] approach the branch door before returning to her vehicle. However, there is a sign posted on the branch door stating that World Acceptance Corporation is not responsible for cash left in a night drop slot for payments. This particular branch doesn’t have a night drop slot, so the cash payment would have been placed beneath the door. District Supervisor, Stormy U[redacted], contacted Ms. [redacted] on February 23, 2017 to explain the investigation process and apologize for the lost cash as the branch office has been unable to find the cash payment Ms. [redacted] claims she made. After a thorough investigation, Ms. U[redacted] offered to take care of half of the cash payment and waive any late fees accrued due to the investigation. Ms. [redacted] agreed that she understood the situation and appreciated our willingness to correct the issue. Also, a decision has been made to seal the bottom of the branch door and have a proper night drop slot installed for payments made outside of business hours. Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION Ellen H[redacted] Manager, Compliance [redacted]

Tennessee on July 1, 2017 in the amount of $5200.00 and agreed to repay it in (26) monthly installments of $200.00 beginning August 1, 2017. Our records indicate a balance of 1040.00 is due on the account as of the date of this letter. In her complaint, Ms. T[redacted] states that she has not received a bill from World in over 3 months. World does not send out monthly statements to our customers. Ms. T[redacted] also requests copies of her loan documents from this loan. However, if Ms. T[redacted] wishes, she can visit her local branch to review her current standings and get information on what is owed on her account. She can also request copies of her loan documents at that time. After a thorough investigation, it was determined that the information reporting to the CRA's are correct. We furnish all credit information fully and accuratley to the credit reporting agencies and accordingly, we will not grant your request to remove accurate and factual datas. If Ms. T[redacted] will visit the branch, she can obtain all information that she is requesting. Sincerely, WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION K[redacted] P[redacted] Director of Compliance

Dear Ms. [redacted]: This letter will acknowledge your letter of August 14, 2015 enclosing Ms. [redacted] complaint alleging harassing collection calls and visits to her place of employment. I have investigated the matter with [redacted] [redacted], Vice...

President, and our Mission, Texas branch employees. Ms. [redacted] obtained a loan on June 13, 2015 from our Mission branch location and agreed to repay it in (8) monthly payments of $105.00 beginning on July 13, 2015. As of the date of this letter, a payment of $220.00 is past due. Due to her delinquency and missing the first payment due on her first loan with us, we did attempt to contact Ms. [redacted] through the telephone numbers and addresses provided by her at loan closing. When numerous calls were unanswered and messages were unreturned, the branch employees did attempt to make contact by calling the place of employment, but no requests to cease contact via the job were ever received. The number provided by Ms. [redacted] on her application as her cell number is in fact the number she is claims is her work number, as she is the owner ofth her company ([redacted]th Income Tax). The branch has only actually spoken to Ms. [redacted] twice—on August 10 and again August 11 ; on both days, she promised to be in that sameth day, but both promises were broken. Ms. [redacted]’ complaint alleges that [redacted] called on Augustth 13 and threatened to visit her work to collect, but we have no record of him even speakingth to her on the 13 . Subsequently, the branch employees visited the residence on the evening of August 13 , but only left a sealed notice on the door as no one was home. Upon receipt of the complaint from your office, the account has been notated and no future calls or visits will be made to the place of employment. Ms. [redacted] should be aware that she did make a legal commitment to repay the money loaned to her; it is in her best interests to stay in touch with the branch to work out a way to repay her loan. After a thorough investigation, it does not appear that our collection activities have violated any applicable state or federal laws. The branch has not called “100 times a day from different numbers” as Ms. [redacted] claims. A copy of the collection call of is attached detailing the call times dates. Also, we cannot delete any credit history information including late payments. The reporting of accurate data is an essential obligation of data furnishers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act §623. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. WORLD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION [redacted] Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel

Our records indicate a payment of $103.00 is due on February 5, 2016. When no payment was received in May, the branch attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] to notfiy her a payment had not been received. A payment was later received June 29, 2015, however Ms. [redacted] was still due for another payment.
