This company is wrong. You go through all these hoops and the sense you all the information and tell you it would be in there the next day. Then the th call you and tell you it was denied. Not only did I wasted 2 hours I come out with nothing. Do not get a loan from this company. They floo not tell you about the requirements.

I signed my loan agreement three days ago and still haven't received my loan yet. This ridiculous especially since now they have all of my information and I don't have my funds. I am not happy AT ALL!

I have tried to contact them multiple times and get no where. However I still receive multiple calls and emails. When they call and I explain the situation they give the same never provided. No one ever answers and I have left several messages. I have repaid this load many times over. The rest of this so called debit needs to be forgiven and they need to stop there very shady loan practices. If this is not resolved I will have no choice but to contact the proper government authorities. Also they keep threatening to contact my employer. This is not ok. This entire company is a preditory loan company.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:they keep giving run around  giving different amount of payment. it was to be $47 then get email thay I could either pay two payments of  $120 or $60 plus another  $30 said  1st payment was prorated. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Yes ou finally responded but it was not that I asked you to skip payment on July 7 but that you made error knowing I get paid every 2 weeks - I got paid June 30 so common sense I get paid again July  14 - you should know that and I asked you fix this. Well then I get email  you want to increase how much my payment is-no way! My payment was $47 not $60 and you want either $60  plus another $30 some  on 14th and 28  or $120. I am not doing that for your screw up. I asked one extension on June 30 and then for you to fix your screw up  that payment was due July 7 when I get paid every 2 weeks. Seems like company is a scam.I waqnt this corrected! You did not respond back right away either.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I still would like a credit report that states that my credit isn't affected for this loan, taking your word for it isn't enough considering you tell people they are approved for a loan, then once you have my information tell me that I am not, I understand that you stated my credit isnt affected but I need proof considering they way you guys do business.
