I have been a member of Incsub, LLC through WPMUDEV.org since 2009 and I have been very pleased with the services they provide. They have worked with me on a couple of websites I own which I provide services on. They have gone more than the extra mile when I was in desperate need. I really think WPMUDev is one of the better premium WordPress plugin sites because not only do you get the plugins, you get support with it and support for actual WordPress. I don't run a large site, but they have certainly helped me out a lot. For WordPress sites large and small, they are a good way to get started with making an awesome WordPress experience.
Unable to cancel account and refund payment after numourus requests. The plugin did not work becasue I have an SSL site. The purchase was not needed and there is no way to cancel even after dozens of requests.
