9-27-Re: [redacted] Case number: [redacted] The Following is Indianapolis Singles Response to Ms [redacted] ***’s Complaint “I was promised a list of members a month that they would recommend to me.” Indianapolis Singles Does offer member recommendations with some membership options Indianapolis Singles did offer to give Ms [redacted] member recommendations as well, Ms [redacted] was never promised a certain number of men on a monthly basis During the course of Ms***’s membership (Ms [redacted] has been a member for the past months) Indianapolis Singles has provided her with no less than recommendations “I have not received any member recommendations for at least months”Ms [redacted] has received recommendationsMs [redacted] also has complete and full access to the membership database where she can select any current and active memberMs [redacted] has also been given complimentary online access so that she can view the membership database from the comforts of her own homeOur online service requires an additional contract and monthly fee for access from home by members However, as a concession, Indianapolis Singles has provided Ms [redacted] with complimentary online “What they are selling is not what they have.” Indianapolis Singles offers opportunities for singles to meet other singles That is what was offered to Ms [redacted] and that is what she has been given, an opportunity to meet other singles who are looking for relationships “It is a lie about their services.” We dispute Ms***’s claims that she has been lied to in anyway All services were outlined during her initial meeting, and her signatures on the contract along with her initials, indicates she was in agreement with the terms She was also provided with a copy of all paperwork and contracts for her records “They have very few available members - that is not what they promised.” Indianapolis Singles never gives claims to the number of men or women it its database, nor to its demographicsThe number of members’ changes frequently as new members come on board to the membership and people go inactive as they begin dating exclusively It is our position at Indianapolis Singles that It only takes one; the right one The Indianapolis Singles membership is based on quality not quantity Please refer to the contract which states we do not provide oral representations or specific demographics “Also promised a big list of members who frequently visit this city.” Indianapolis Singles would have never promised Ms [redacted] a “big list” of members from other locations that visit our city Indianapolis Singles does have affiliate locations and a member can be part of the database based upon the membership they have “Take people’s money and produce nothing.” During the course of Ms***’s membership, Indianapolis Singles has sent her no less than recommendationsShe has selected no less than members from the Indianapolis Singles Database, where over gentlemen selected and expressed interest in Ms*** Ms [redacted] has also had mutual consents during the course of her membership Ms [redacted] has not made any selections from the database since April of this year During the course of Ms***’s membership, she also informed us that she would be unable to date due to a personal health matterIndianapolis Singles in good faith will add an additional months to Ms***’s membership and continue to assist her in finding the person she is looking forIndianapolis Singles will not offer any reimbursement as Ms [redacted] has utilized her membership and experienced mutual consents through the Indianapolis Singles service Thank you, Real Indianapolis Singles Management Team 317-471-

.In observing the [redacted] newscast on I am prompted to support ALL allocations that the claimant made during the publicized news clipIndianapolis Singles would like to note: Ms [redacted] is not a current member of Indianapolis Singles but a former member, of Indianapolis SinglesThe [redacted] News Story has no bearing on the membership that Ms [redacted] once had with Indianapolis SinglesHer support of said allegations also have no bearing on the membership Ms [redacted] once held with Indianapolis Singles Unfortunately, I was encouraged by promises of Indianapolis Singles staff to sign an agreement with Indianapolis Singles and pay a fee for what I eventually discovered was only to have limited access to any men in my age range of 55-years of age.Ms [redacted] was not encouraged to join on promises by Indianapolis Singles staff Indianapolis Singles Has upheld the contract agreement entered into by Ms [redacted] and Indianapolis Singles During the course of the membership that she formerly held with Indianapolis Singles Ms [redacted] Selected men, (of those men of the men were from other Cities which include Cincinnati, Detroit, Charlotte, Boca Raton, Chicago, StLouis), of the men that she selected of those men were interested in her as wellDuring the course of her membership Ms [redacted] was also selected by Gentlemen from the Indianapolis Singles database; she was interested in two of those men There was NO access allowed to the site until the fee was paidWhen accessing the site for the 1st time I noticed many interesting members were CURRENTLY IN - ACTIVE therefore not accessible to me and many that were available lived over miles from the Indianapolis area.Ms [redacted] alleges that Indianapolis Singles did not allow her access to the database until fees were paid Ms [redacted] did not have access in fact until her photographs were taken and all preliminary paperwork was completeThis is true for all Indianapolis Singles members Indianapolis Singles Values it members privacy and does not grant access to the database until photographs and profile are complete Ms [redacted] states that most men available lived over miles from the Indianapolis area, this is inaccurate while Indianapolis Singles does have members all over the state of Indiana most of the Indianapolis Singles members live in the Indianapolis area and surrounding suburbs With this being said as mentioned previously of the men that Ms [redacted] selected during the course of her membership she selected members from other cities who lived well over miles from the Indianapolis area I was told the signing of the Agreement that there would be HUNDREDS of eligible males to choose from and Kristy even mentioned that she had personally signed up many guys that would be PERFECT for meOf course I was told I would have NO problem on men responding to my profileA photoIndianapolis Singles nor its employees guarantee or allude to the number of members in the Indianapolis Singles database as it will change and fluctuate daily due to new members becoming involved, and members who enter into relationships Indianapolis Singles furthermore does not guarantee that any persons from the database would be a perfect fit for another member(I/S makes no representations as to the demographic makeup of its membership at this or any other time I/S does not guarantee that its membership includes persons whom you will wish to meet or enter into a relationship with, or persons who will wish to meet you or enter into a relationship with you.) Although we understand Ms [redacted] , changed her mind our contract is very clear and that we do not offer refunds as stated before, she came to Indianapolis Singles because she was looking for a way to meet quality men which is what we provide It was her choice to join Indianapolis Singles, furthermore, it was her choice to pay the agreed-upon fee, and Ms [redacted] is responsible for the charge If she chooses not to take advantage of the membership that is her choice, however, we are here to help her should she change her mind Indianapolis Singles Management Team

Tell us why here...To reiterate the facts on the contract: She spent two hours being interviewed and going over each point of the contract. We did not and would let anyone sign a membership agreement without reading it. In fact, we cannot even imagine that anyone would even consider signing a contract without reviewing it. That is an incorrect and unfair statement made by [redacted] .Of course she wasn't permitted to view the website until she was a member. Our members are subjected to criminal background checks for the safety of all involved. Our members are concerned with privacy and safety – how can we provide that by letting nonmembers access our private website? She has admitted to selecting 12 members in the short time that she has been a member –obviously we provide the services that that we offer. She also claims that our representative, Brenda contacted her regarding cancelling the contract. That is incorrect as well. As we stated in our first response – we offered to stop the online / concierge service for her after she completes her contractual obligation. Out of good faith – we offered her free access to them after she completed her contractual obligation. She is not eligible to cancel the membership contract and that was not offered to her.She claims to not know what her total program fee is – yet she has a signed contract and she paid for the membership with a credit card. Normally, when someone signs a contract / credit card slip etc. – they are aware of what the price was. She then claims that our representative doesn't seem to know what the price was. That is also incorrect and doesn't make any sense. The price for the program was 995.00 – same as it is on her credit card receipt and the contract.She claims that one of the members had a “wrong number” – we will review that. Members change telephone numbers all of the time – like everyone else in the world. If the number was incorrect – the member may have simply dropped a home line or switched his phone service. She complains of concierge services that were not used. She chose the concierge services – and they are available for her to use at her convenience. She did agree in writing to have the concierge services /online in writing. Out of good faith – we offered her free access to them after she completed her contractual obligation [redacted] is not entitled to a refund of any monies paid to this point, as she signed a legal and binding contract. [redacted] came into the "Indianapolis Singles" office on 1-7-when she signed up for the "Intro" MembershipShe met with our representative for over hours, during which time the entire membership and no cancellation policy was described to herShe signed the documents agreeing to the terms as written out in the contract, which states "It is understood and agreed that Indianapolis Singles does not grant, and you shall not request cancellations or rescissions of any kind"She cannot cancel her membership to "Indianapolis Singles"The membership agreement that [redacted] entered with our company was not a verbal agreement, and the written agreement signed states that there are no "cancellations"Under Indiana law, a sale is usually considered final immediately [redacted] is not eligible for any refund.She willingly filled out a retail installment contract with us for our finance company agreeing to pay for the membership over the course of payments - she completed everything that was necessary for the loanWe can provide copies of the paperwork that she signed and agreed toShe filled out a credit application / signed off on a retail installment agreement for payments of / filled out a recurring payment authorization to debit form! (Which obviously indicates that she knew that the payments would be coming out!) I know I was gullible, but that doesn't mean that people should take advantage of a person who is vulnerableHowever, she never talked about a refund or that I could not get a refund until afterwards! Still, I believe if she had told me up front that I couldn't get a refund, I know I would have not stayed and went through this! I would have just left! She never spoke of a refund during the interview!! Elle made it seemed as though I had to sign up first in order to find out more about the company! Very shady!!! I realized that I had made a big mistake, because I still didn't know anything about the company, I had just signed these papers, she told me that she would introduce me to her uncle and that he was not a client or in the service that she offered and once I got home and the next day I immediately called Elle to ask for a refund, she was not in the office, so I left a message for her to call me and she never called me, I had to call her back!!! Everything seems so shady more so after the fact of signing and allowing her to charge my account with $on my charge cardI was not using good judgement at all, I believe that she played on my vulnerability and curiosity at that point and therefore I just feel like I got played out my money and at this point dignity!!! I am so disappointed that all I want is my money paid back to me and that's it! I DO NOT want any parts of this shady business dealings! It is so unfortunate that people will use your vulnerability against you! I feel like the interviews are only a part of Elle trying to see where you are at with your emotions, financially and vulnerability and then use that against you!!! Looking back on the whole thing that is exactly what happened!! So unfortunate!!! I feel Elle only wants to know those things, because it's the money that she is more concern with and not the potential client! I believe because I was vulnerable is why I made such a bad decision and would like my money back and not go forward with Indianapolis Singles!!! I don't want any part of that company at all! Again, I believe I would have made a better choice if I was told upfront that they don't give refunds!!!???? I didn't get that chance to make that type of decision! I was played and I am very upset about it! Again, I DO NOT want to belong to any singles group or whatever it is! I believe that I am an intelligent person, but this proves that there are more cunning people out there trying to rip you off and if you are in a vulnerable state, you can be took advantage of and make bad choices! How is this Ok? In their counter they say I went back to Match I still have days paid remaining on Match so had access but the reason I am went back is STILL to find a physically fit 35-year old professional Nothing has changed If Indy Singles would have had the variety of women that was verbally promised I would have gladly paid that money (the money I already paid as my token of faith) and used their service I don't want someone in Cincinnati, I want someone in Indy This comes down to selection for price and this deal is not fair! Some counter points After the review there were three women I had interest One recently joined match Using Indy Singles own point, “if Indy Singles was so successful why did she just joined Match?” She responded to me on Match but not on Indy Singles and said she is not active anymore on Indy Singles The people responding to me were not my preferred age group or met the physically fit standards I informed them in the interview, so are they are not legitimate candidates They may or may not have listened to me during the interview (sales pitch, not really an interview or we would not be here) but simply do not have the volume of clients to make good on their verbal claimsLegally, I am sure their contract is solid That is why I am at the Revdex.com This is a predatory company that plays on people’s emotion and loneliness Is it OK in Indiana to make verbal promises but hold a contract created by lawyers to penalize the average buyer without delivering? This is very similar to buying a timeshare in Grand CaymanI am not satisfied This was a negotiation I offered to take less than 100% and they offered nothing in return except attacking my credibility I want my refund I will accept the loss of fees paid but I want 90% of membership money returned I also want to be removed from the site immediately I am completely unsatisfied and after their response more steadfast I will take whatever action is next if there is not going to be a negotiation?

He says that the service is “nothing like what they sold me”...Yet, he has selected members and has been selected by members in less thanweeks! We do not promise “match making” – yet do try our best to makesuggestions to our members as to possible compatibility when we canWe want ourmembers to be successful, but we cannot make anyone say “yes” to someone He mentions that thereare charges for extras and for web access and other featuresAll of ourmembers are offered the same programs and they are all offered the same varietyof options that would best serve their needsFor example: some members purchase a photo CD of the photos that weretaken during the initial photo / video session – for their own use – to sharewith familySome members do not want to purchase the photos and some doThereisn’t anything wrong with offering upgrades to members that want themMostpeople like to have choicesHe mentions paying for his pictures being “savedto disc” Let’s be clear – the pictureswere purchased by him for his personal use outside of the service .He did notneed to have copies of his pictures at his home to aid him in his membershipwith our companyHe liked the photos and wanted to have his copies for his privateuseAgain, what is wrong with that? I spoke to *** (first person I tried to meet on Indy Singles) through Match.com after she denied me on the 29th out of days on Indy Singles with no reason given for the denial. She said she was not on the site anymore and did not know I asked her out. How did this denial happen? Someone there denied my requests just within the demanded day window!! It probably would not look good for a “no reply” when I have a Revdex.com claim? I will only accept a refund for being verbally oversold but Indy Singles stand behind a wordy legal contract (I am not a lawyer). This does not seem to be possible without me retaining a lawyer. May 16, *** *** came into the “Indianapolis Singles” office on 4-27-when she signed up for the “Trial” Membership. She met with our representative for over hours, during which time the entire membership and no cancellation policy was described to herShe signed the
documents agreeing to the terms as written out in the contract, which states “It is understood and agreed that Indianapolis Singles does not grant, and you shall not request cancellations or rescissions of any kind”. She cannot cancel her membership to “Indianapolis Singles”The membership agreement that *** *** entered with our company was not a verbal agreement, and the written agreement signed states that there are no “cancellations”. Under Indiana law, a sale is usually considered final immediately*** *** is not eligible for any refund Please note from our contract which *** *** signed: It is understood and agreed that Indianapolis Singles does not grant, and you shall not request cancellations or rescissions of any kind”. She claims that many of the features mentioned during the interview have additional fees*** *** chose which membership and features that she wantedShe was offered web access from home for an additional fee, but she declinedShe pointed out the fact that she lives less than minutes away from our Center and would prefer to come into the office to make selections and respond to membersShe isn’t eligible for a refund. The following is Indianapolis Singles response to *** ***’s Complaint I signed up with Indianapolis Singles in Feb and paid a ridiculous amount stupid on my partMs*** is correct, she did join Indianapolis Singles on February 10th, 2017. Ms***, during her initial visit,
did agree to the standard membership and the purchase price. Ms*** signed all corresponding documentation and contracts which indicate her understanding of the membership she was in fact joining Nothing was said about being charged a month after the first three months to use the service onlineIt was explained to Ms*** that the first three monthly payments of online access were included in the initial cost of her membership, after the first three months Ms*** was told she would be responsible for the following three months of payments which are 5/10/17, 6/10/17, 7/10/17. After the afore mentioned three payments per the online agreement, Ms*** has the right to cancel her online payment, in writing at least days prior to her next billing date if she so chooses. Ms*** does have the ability to view the database from our Library located within the Indianapolis Singles office, where she can make selections from the database, and respond to men who have selected her, if she chooses to cancel her online service after her 7/10/payment I would never have signed up with them knowing I was going to have to pay even more money than what I had already paidMs*** was fully aware of the contractual obligations as demonstrated by her signatures not only on the online agreement but signatures on the Indianapolis singles Contract twice and initialing no less than times. I have had one date many of the members say they are inactive membersMs*** has had gentlemen in the database select her, two of which she was not interested in of which she responded yes to, and the last she simply did not respond to. Indianapolis Singles encourages Ms*** to respond back to gentleman who select her and, to continue to make selections of her own in the database. I feel I was really taken advantage of and want a refundThank you Indianapolis Singles in no way took advantage of Ms***, Ms*** sought out Indianapolis Singles while filling out singles leads via the internet. Ms*** decided to join Indianapolis Singles to diversify the way she was currently meeting men. Indianapolis Singles does not owe and will not provide a refund to Ms***. Ms*** has utilized the Indianapolis Singles service and during the short time she has been a member, has begun dating. We encourage Ms*** to continue to utilize the database and to call the Indianapolis Singles office if she should need any assistance with her membership. Whether or not Mr*** chooses to be proactive with the membership is at his own discretion. Under the law, we have to make the services available to him in which we have done in its entirety. The facts in this case are quite clear. Mr*** has utilized the membership. He was given all promised and necessary resources to be successful. His signatures and initials on documentation are proof of his acknowledgment of the terms set forth. It is clear that we have upheld our end under the contract. We encourage, yet again, Mr*** to continue to utilize his membership as he is not entitled to any sort of refund of monies paid or monies owed.
