The business uses deceptive ways to make you sign a contract.Indianapolis Singles does not utilize “deceptive ways” to make any potential member sign contractsThis statement is and defamatory. And they coerce people I go doing it only for you to find out they don’t tell
you what is in the fine print which is that they are not responsible for verbal promises made by them.Indianapolis Singles nor any of its representatives coerce potential members at any point during the course of the interview process or throughout the membership. All members including Ms*** are presented with membership contracts and must-read sign and Initial all aspects of the contract prior to gaining membership into the Indianapolis Singles program. Ms*** was fully aware of all terms of the Indianapolis Singles contract. After I deactivated my account because the service clearly did not benefit me in any way during the period they continue to charge me and tell me I will not cancel my contract.Ms*** emailed the Indianapolis Singles office and asked for her membership to be placed inactive due to her traveling outside of the country for the next few monthsShe then a few days later emailed stating that she wanted to cancel her membership. Indianapolis Singles did tell Ms*** that Indianapolis Singles does not offer cancellation of membership payments and she would still be responsible for her payments. It is our position that Ms. *** is not being truthful in this statement. Initially, Ms*** told Indianapolis Singles that she was not currently in the country and that was the reason she would not be utilizing the membership until further noticeDue to her stated absence from the United States, Indianapolis Singles did offer to extend her membership time when she returned home. Even though Elle knows it happened so fast she did not even let me read through all the fine print she is now lying and telling me I did.No representative of Indianapolis Singles lied to Ms*** in any way, Ms*** was presented with the Indianapolis Singles contract she did read, sign and initial all portions of the Indianapolis Singles contract during her initial meeting. I tried to resolve the issue with them on billing me when I’m not even using their service but they were so rude over the phone therefore I told them from now on we communicate through email since every time Elle calls me she is always very disrespectful and rude.Indianapolis Singles prides its self on assisting its members in any way possible as outlined in the Indianapolis Singles contract. Indianapolis Singles nor its representatives were rude to Ms***The contract was explained to Ms*** over the phone where she became agitated that Indianapolis Singles would not refund nor stop her monthly payments. It as if she is instigating an argumentShe keeps trying to get me to come to their office but with the way she talks to me on the phone I do not want to be put in a situation where I may react out of anger.At no point has Indianapolis Singles nor its representatives instigated any such arguments with Ms***, quite the contrary. We have spent much time responding to emails from Ms*** that some might say were meant to instigate Indianapolis singles representatives. Despite these circumstances, the Indianapolis Singles staff will continue to provide all services as outlined in the contract and assist Ms*** with her membership in any way we can. She has threatened to take legal action if I don’t continue to pay them.Indianapolis Singles nor its representatives have threatened Ms*** in any way. Ms*** has persistently expressed she would explore legal action against the company, and the representatives themselves, if payments were not terminated. But I feel like I was misled and trusted her to explain the terms of contract truthfully and at this point I feel like I need a mediator to resolve this issue if it has to be done face to face because she clearly lies about what happened on the day I signed the contractMs*** has not been lied to nor mislead. Ms*** was fully aware of the terms that she agreed upon when joining Indianapolis Singles. It is our position that Ms*** herself has been deceptive as to the reasons she wants her payments stopped and a refund given to her and also just keeps trying to convince me that I need their services after I clearly told her I don’t need it anymore.Indianapolis Singles cannot convince Ms*** that she needs any services. Indianapolis Singles has explained our position that we are here, ready, willing and able to assist her during the course of her membership, should she choose to utilize it. We have also been clear in regards to our cancellation policy for members. Indianapolis Singles contract does not allow for members to cancel payments simply because they do not need or want the program any longer. It is a legal binding contract between the consumer and the business which clearly outlines that there are no refunds. It is our goal to help members find potential romantic relationships. When and if that happens, the membership is not refunded to members, nor are they exempt from finishing to pay off their contractual obligation to Indianapolis Singles. She is always trying to force me to give her reasons and asking me very personal questionsBut after she lied I don’t even feel comfortable sharing any personal information with their company Indianapolis Singles has not forced Ms*** into doing anything, or giving reasons for anything. Indianapolis Singles is a dating organization. The nature of dating is a very personal topic. Therefore, personal questions were asked during the Initial Interview and during the course of Ms***’s membership After much consideration, Indianapolis Singles feels that Ms*** will continue in her attempts to defame our company and reputation. Despite our efforts, she has made it clear that she does not want to work with any of the Indianapolis team. Although Indianapolis Singles admits no wrong doing, as a way to rectify this situation, we would be willing to let Ms*** out of her contract and forgive any future payments owed. If she is agreeable to this compromise, we will terminate her membership immediately. Please let us know if this is satisfactory to Ms***. Thank You Indianapolis Singles Management Team

Indianapolis Singles has attempted to resolve this complaint with Ms***. Ms*** has requested to terminate her membership with Indianapolis Singles, and Indianapolis Singles has offered just that. If Ms*** would like to cancel her membership with Indianapolis Singles, we will do so immediately, and forgive any outstanding payments associated with her account. While Indianapolis Singles admits no wrongdoing, it is our position that severing this relationship may be in the best interest of both parties. If Ms*** is in agreement, we ask that she send something in writing requesting to cancel her membership, and we will consider the contract null and void. In closing, Indianapolis Singles has made every attempt to resolve this matter with the consumer

Ms*** did, in fact, come into the Indianapolis Singles office on Monday, August 28th, 2017. Ms*** was fully aware that she was coming into the Indianapolis Singles office for an initial meeting for potential membership with Indianapolis Singles. After the
initial meeting, Ms*** expressed interest in joining the Indianapolis Singles membership. Ms*** elected to Join Indianapolis Singles on that day. All initial paperwork and contracts were completed on August 28th, 2017. Ms*** did read, sign and initial the Indianapolis Singles contract no less than seven times. In addition to reading, signing, and initializing the Indianapolis Singles contract, Ms*** completed several forms as to the qualities she was looking for in a potential future partner, scheduled a photography appointment, and completed membership questionnaires. Ms*** was also fully aware that she could not cancel her Indianapolis Singles Membership as indicated by her initialing the following portion of the Indianapolis Singles Contract “It is understood and agreed that I/S does not grant, and you shall not request, refunds cancellations or rescissions of any kind” furthermore, Ms*** also understood: “You acknowledge that a disproportionate portion of the fee for I/S’s services is earned by the end of the initial interview since a great deal of time and money is spent recruiting new Members, interviewing and counseling Members (for eligibility, genuineness of purpose, etc), providing materials to new Members, and so on. Therefore, you agree that most of the Membership fee covers the cost of services provided through today’s date and the rest covers the cost of future services including the use of I/S’s Video Library.” Ms*** was not deceived at any point Ms*** did meet with an Indianapolis Singles representative where she shared information about her dating past and explained what she was looking to achieve in the future, during this meeting the Indianapolis Singles representative explained the Indianapolis Singles membership where after Ms*** decided to join the Indianapolis Singles program. Ms*** did call Indianapolis Singles to cancel her membership and was told that Indianapolis Singles would not cancel her contractual obligation with Indianapolis Singles per her contract, while Indianapolis Singles is sympathetic to Ms***’s family situation at this time in her life this has no bearing on the contract that she entered into with Indianapolis SinglesMs*** in no way has been taken advantage of she decided to join Indianapolis Singles and we encourage her to call the Indianapolis Singles office to reschedule her photo appointment at 317-471-Indianapolis Singles is open days a week to address any of Ms***'s Concerns

I am glad that the manager *** made it so easy to prove that Real Indianapolis Singles lies about customers and treats them poorly Their complaints that I insisted on meeting at times outside of business hours can easily be shown by the attached email FROM THE MANAGER PICKING THE DATE AND TIME for meeting Now, I will concede that there was a possibility that someone was in the office at the time of the meeting I have no way of knowing because the door was locked, lights were out, and no one answered to the knock Since they scheduled the meeting time and date, and then made it physically impossible for me to show up to it, then blatantly lies on this public forum about scheduling it in the first place, I would assume they are attempting to severe the contract they put in place Of course, this is a contract that had to be signed and money exchanged BEFORE the company would allow access to information on what they had to offer.Also, what they have to offer is an internet based search site for dating their members However, the company advertises on their website that bit is not internet dating advertising, blatant lies (as even witnessed here) and unconsciounable contract practices

The next thing I know I was signing paperwork thinking that I could cancel the services and get a refund. I didn't realize that she wasn't going to give my money back after I asked her for it! I know I was gullible, but that doesn't mean that people should take advantage of a person who is vulnerable. However, she never talked about a refund or that I could not get a refund until afterwards! Still, I believe if she had told me up front that I couldn't get a refund, I know I would have not stayed and went through this! I would have just left! She never spoke of a refund during the interview!! Elle made it seemed as though I had to sign up first in order to find out more about the company! Very shady!!! I realized that I had made a big mistake, because I still didn't know anything about the company, I had just signed these papers, she told me that she would introduce me to her uncle and that he was not a client or in the service that she offered and once I got home and the next day I immediately called Elle to ask for a refund, she was not in the office, so I left a message for her to call me and she never called me, I had to call her back!!! Everything seems so shady more so after the fact of signing and allowing her to charge my account with $995.00 on my charge card. I was not using good judgement at all, I believe that she played on my vulnerability and curiosity at that point and therefore I just feel like I got played out my money and at this point dignity!!! I am so disappointed that all I want is my money paid back to me and that's it! I DO NOT want any parts of this shady business dealings! It is so unfortunate that people will use your vulnerability against you! I feel like the interviews are only a part of Elle trying to see where you are at with your emotions, financially and vulnerability and then use that against you!!! Looking back on the whole thing that is exactly what happened!! So unfortunate!!! I feel Elle only wants to know those things, because it's the money that she is more concern with and not the potential client! I believe because I was vulnerable is why I made such a bad decision and would like my money back and not go forward with Indianapolis Singles!!! I don't want any part of that company at all! Again, I believe I would have made a better choice if I was told upfront that they don't give refunds!!!???? I didn't get that chance to make that type of decision! I was played and I am very upset about it! Again, I DO NOT want to belong to any singles group or whatever it is! I believe that I am an intelligent person, but this proves that there are more cunning people out there trying to rip you off and if you are in a vulnerable state, you can be took advantage of and make bad choices! I didn't see it coming!!! I had be had!!! Didn't have my guard up and somehow I trusted Elle!!! Please help me get my money back !!!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First my name is not [redacted].  In your response you cite Mr. [redacted].  You must be confusing my complaint with another. Second, they did send me three prospects, one out of my desired age group and two in Cincinnati.  I live in Indianapolis and was quite clear I wanted to date someone in Indianapolis.  I did say I would consider Chicago but again no contact.  Again, it appears they can say whatever during the sales process and then their contract allows them to mislead!  Shame on me for not being a lawyer and trusting this company. I have had seven women reach out to me outside my age preference and fitness level. I had sent a request to one of the two women on this site that met my requirements.  She denied me on the 29th out of 30 days to just meet the requirements (Have to respond within 30 days).  I do not think she is actively on this site so who denied my request?????? With my busy travel schedule I wanted to find someone between 35-45 that is physically fit to try to date and meet.  Their own services show 1 in 4 successes in asking for dates.  There were two women that met my requirements and one of them is not logging on to the web page.  I signed a contract for services promised.  I have not been delivered on those promises and in the Indy area there is 1 woman available between 35-45 that is fit that did reply.  This company is a shell.  There are very small amounts of people actually in the system and for the money this is a scam. I want 90% of my money returned or legal actions will follow.  I don’t care how much I have to pay because this is wrong!Regards,[redacted]

It may have been in all the papers I signed, but was not told that. I can't understand just what my original cost actually paid for. The pictures were not professional pictures, which was told they would be, I have gotten nothing.   As for the two men who replied, one was "35" the other one "81.  I rejected both, I am 69 and not interested in a 35 yr old who likes going to the gym and watching ballgame on TV, or someone 81.  The three men I chose, one said no and never heard from the other two.  Then also, so many of the men are "inactive" members.

membership and no cancellation policy wasdescribed to him. He signed the documents agreeing to the terms as written outin the contract, which states “It is understood and agreed that IndianapolisSingles does not grant, and you shall not request cancellations or rescissionsof any kind”. He cannot cancel his membership to Indianapolis Singles. The membershipagreement that [redacted] entered with our company was not a verbalagreement, and the written agreement signed states that are no “cancellations”.Under Indiana law, a sale is usually considered final immediately. [redacted] is not eligible for any refund. [redacted] has requested a refund for which he is notentitled nor will he be granted. We have reviewed his “claims” and found themto be unfair and without merit: His claims don’t make a lot of sense, to be honest. We will gothrough his complaints and respond to them.   He says that he was a member of Match.com prior to joining our service –if he had been successful there - itdoes stand to reason that he wouldn’t have joined our service. He then went onto say that the cost of the service at Match.com was 30.00 a month.  He elected to join our service after a twohour interview and reading and signing the contract. .Our service costs morethan 30.00 a month – what is wrong with that?    He then states that after we did a background check on him – we offeredhim a membership... We do screen our members prior to offering a membership. Again– what is wrong with that? He mentions that we offered a “discount “for joining on the samevisit. Most companies offer the same incentive – it is motivation for someonewho wants the service to begin with. Again, what is wrong with that?  He mentions that one of our members “[redacted]” is a member atMatch.com as well – we do not know if this is true – nor is it relevant. Ourmembers have a right to be a member of another dating service. If he was tryingto “research “the data base at Match.com – one would have to assume that he stillhas a membership there as well. And to go back to the obvious – if he had foundsuccess there – why did he join our service to begin with?He goes on with this thought – he says he picked “[redacted]” and shehasn’t responded – then he believes that she is on Match.Com as well  – and that caused him to realize that he had “overpaid”for our  service....   It is important to mention that he selected “[redacted]” on 11-10-2014 –Less than 9 days ago- and he seems concerned that she hasn’t responded yet...We do give our members time to respond to someone and 9 days does not seem likea long time for someone to have time to review the profile and video and makean important decision.  He points out that our contract states “the no cancellation clauseand no verbal promises” That is true and a good thing. He read the contract thathe signed and was aware of what he signed .So again – what is wrong with that?     He says that the service is “nothing like what they sold me”...Yet, he has selected 2 members and has been selected by 4 members in less than3 weeks! We do not promise “match making” – yet do try our best to makesuggestions to our members as to possible compatibility when we can. We want ourmembers to be successful, but we cannot make anyone say “yes” to someone. .    He mentions that thereare charges for extras and for web access and other features. All of ourmembers are offered the same programs and they are all offered the same varietyof options that would best serve their needs. For example: some members purchase a photo CD of the photos that weretaken during the initial photo / video session – for their own use – to sharewith family. Some members do not want to purchase the photos and some do. Thereisn’t anything wrong with offering upgrades to members that want them. Mostpeople like to have choices. He mentions paying 128.40 for his pictures being “savedto disc”.  Let’s be clear – the pictureswere purchased by him for his personal use outside of the service .He did notneed to have copies of his pictures at his home to aid him in his membershipwith our company. He liked the photos and wanted to have his copies for his privateuse. Again, what is wrong with that?    We strongly encourage Joseph Bankovich to continue toutilize the membership. He is not entitled to a refund for the monies paid. Hedid not follow the policy as written by the state of Indiana and therefore, hecannot cancel his membership to Indianapolis Singles. . .            Wecan provide all signed and dated documents with [redacted] signature which indicates that he knowinglyand willingly joined Indianapolis Singles on 10-29-2014 and accepted all termsand conditions in doing so.  [redacted] has utilized the membership:            ~Completedhis photo and video session             ~Selectedwomen as well as responded to women that have selected him             ~Beeninvited to member events            ~CompletedprofileHis activity is clear representation of hisutilization   Our ethical,professional and legal obligations only require us to make every resourceavailable to members to be successful.  Ultimately, it is up to themwhether they choose to use them. In conclusion, [redacted] did sign all areas of the contract) and agreed to the amount as hissignature is clearly written. [redacted]  I am very disappointed with such unbelievable professionalism of this business, accusation about threat is outrages, I stated that those people have the same experience with you and willing to make a commence. For this three month I have not experienced  interaction about members with your matchmakers. My selection of age appropriate member never responded me themselves, and obviously I have not heard anything from the office. I just looked at your site today, no difference half member are inactive and half big age difference, and one I selected not answering, no matches what so ever. Comparing to the other site when 100 join every day, your service very limited and no communication provided.  I will stand by by commence and my opinion. I agreed to take a lost on my investment with this deal. I truly,truly regret and will not recommend your service to anyone.

[redacted] came into the "Indianapolis Singles" office on 1-7-2015 when she signed up for the "Intro" Membership. She met with our representative for over 2 hours, during which time the entire membership and no cancellation policy was described to her. She signed the documents agreeing...

to the terms as written out in the contract, which states "It is understood and agreed that Indianapolis Singles does not grant, and you shall not request cancellations or rescissions of any kind".
She cannot cancel her membership to "Indianapolis Singles". The membership agreement that [redacted] entered with our company was not a verbal agreement, and the written agreement signed states that there are no "cancellations". Under Indiana law, a sale is usually considered final immediately.
[redacted] is not eligible for any refund.She willingly filled out a retail installment contract with us for our finance company agreeing to pay for the membership over the course of 36 payments - she completed everything that was necessary for the loan. We can provide copies of the paperwork that she signed and agreed to.
She filled out a credit application / signed off on a retail installment agreement for 36 payments of 110.97 / filled out a recurring payment authorization to debit form! (Which obviously indicates that she knew that the payments would be coming out!)
And on her credit report it shows that she currently has an installment loan that is active for a vehicle. She is obviously familiar with retail installment contracts as most of us are. She has admitted to not coming to the offered photo / video appointments that were offered to her in the past. She can come into the office 6 days a week to have her photos taken.
She can "freeze" her membership as in not being on the site - but she cannot "freeze" the payments. She is aware of this.
We cannot make her utilize the membership for which she is legally and financially responsible for, but we are also not obligated to release her from the membership obligation that she agreed to. She was not told that that her contract would be voided if she started dating someone that was leading towards marriage... That is ridiculous. If you purchase a membership ­you are liable to pay for it - simple as that.
Of course our members get married and or date seriously over the course of the membership - that has no bearing on the amount that was financed or being responsible to pay for it. Normally, a membership is paid for up front, but we do offer members the ability to pay for a membership through financing the membership in monthly payments.
She joined our company on 1-7-2015 (and completed all necessary paperwork) and at that time she indicated that she was fully ready to meet someone.
She now claims that she is in a serious relationship heading towards marriage - less than 6 weeks after joining our service and that we are being unethical by expecting her to have to pay for the membership that she signed up for.
[redacted] is not entitled to a refund for the monies paid. She did not follow the policy as written by the state of Indiana and therefore, she cannot cancel her membership to Indianapolis Singles. She is responsible for the balance of the membership.
Our ethical, professional and legal obligations only require us to make every resource available to members to
be successful. Ultimately, it is up to them whether they choose to use them.
In conclusion, [redacted] did sign all areas of the contract and agreed to the amount as her signature is clearly written. The fact that she acknowledged all terms and signed a legal binding contract is the reasons she
is not entitled to a refund of monies paid.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted]  I read the rebuttal and I am sure they have the legal contract buttoned up.  This is a high pressure sale where you make verbal commitments but don't have to live up to them due to a wordy legal contract.  This contract is logical now especially since the sales person kept closing me on the commitment and contract, not about helping me find a partner. I am not a lawyer.  After seeing the offering it does not come close to the verbal promise.  But, according to this company they don't have to live up to any verbal promises because I signed a contract.  I take offense at their rebuttal to "Our ethical, professional and legal obligations only require us to make every resource available to members to be successful".  They did make a professional and legal attempt (best they could).  Ethical is the question.  There are no ethics being used here.  This is a “slight of hand sales” and preying on the weak and desperate.  I had to get a Revdex.com complaint just to get a call back.  I came to this site because I was told there were many corporate people like me that were busy and there were numerous physically fit people like myself.  What I got was a basic website with minimal members that don't meet the things I was searching for in the interview?  How is this Ok? In their counter they say I went back to Match.  I still have 30 days paid remaining on Match so had access but the reason I am went back is STILL to find a physically fit 35-45 year old professional.  Nothing has changed.  If Indy Singles would have had the variety of women that was verbally promised I would have gladly paid that money (the money I already paid as my token of faith) and used their service.  I don't want someone in Cincinnati, I want someone in Indy.  This comes down to selection for price and this deal is not fair!   Some counter points.  After the review there were three women I had interest.  One recently joined match.  Using Indy Singles own point, “if Indy Singles was so successful why did she just joined Match?”  She responded to me on Match but not on Indy Singles and said she is not active anymore on Indy Singles.  The people responding to me were not my preferred age group or met the physically fit standards I informed them in the interview, so are they are not legitimate candidates.  They may or may not have listened to me during the interview (sales pitch, not really an interview or we would not be here) but simply do not have the volume of clients to make good on their verbal claims. Legally, I am sure their contract is solid.  That is why I am at the Revdex.com.  This is a predatory company that plays on people’s emotion and loneliness.  Is it OK in Indiana to make verbal promises but hold a contract created by lawyers to penalize the average buyer without delivering?  This is very similar to buying a timeshare in Grand Cayman. I am not satisfied.  This was a negotiation.  I offered to take less than 100% and they offered nothing in return except attacking my credibility.  I want my refund.  I will accept the loss of fees paid but I want 90% of membership money returned.  I also want to be removed from the site immediately I am completely unsatisfied and after their response more steadfast.  I will take whatever action is next if there is not going to be a negotiation?

any claims that we will be able to help someone overcome shyness. However, Mr. [redacted] is correct in the fact that we do provide opportunities for singles to meet other singles. We offer member events as well as the online selection process. We also personally help our members throughout the entire process. Going to member events will help build his confidence as well as making member selections.   “I did not fully understand the financial obligations required by this service.”   Mr. [redacted] was provided with all the financial information pertaining to his membership prior to joining our service - he read and signed all sections agreeing to all terms and conditions.  Mr. [redacted] is current with his payments to Indianapolis Singles - leading us to believe that he was completely aware of his membership payments and understood the financial obligations, and all of the obligations to utilize his membership.    “When I went to have my photo taken at the scheduled time, they never took my photo. They put me in a room for hours while other people had their photos taken.”   Mr. [redacted] was never placed in a room for hours without having his photo taken.  Mr. [redacted] arrived late for his photo appointment and was told that we would do our best to fit him in.  After about a half hour, Mr. [redacted] stated that he had to leave as he had someone with him. The receptionist tried to reschedule Mr. [redacted]’s photos, however, he did not know a good time that he could come back in. He was given a card with all of our contact information and asked to call when he was able to look at his schedule. He did not call back to reschedule – we have called Mr. [redacted] to reschedule with no response.    “I attempted to contact them within the month, but they never called me back.”   All calls made to Indianapolis Singles are answered, and or a return phone call is made within 24 hours.  If Mr. [redacted] had called the Indianapolis Center his call would have been returned.    “They now say that because I did not have my photo taken they cannot provide services until they do so.”   We have provided services to Mr. [redacted], not limited to Initial Interview, Background checks, the completion of his written profile and - personal shopping. In order for Mr. [redacted] to begin fully using his membership and selecting women from our database – and for women to select him, he will need to come in and have his photos taken per his contract.    I have been waiting 6 months for services with no results.   Mr. [redacted] will not be able to fully experience the benefit of his membership until he complies with his membership agreement and completes his photo and video session.   We fully upheld all of our obligations to [redacted], but out of good faith and a sincere interest in helping him in any way that we can:  We are going to extend his membership for one extra year at no cost.   We look forward to hearing from Mr. [redacted] soon, to schedule his photo appointment.   Thank you,   Real Indianapolis Singles Management Team 317-471-0580

.In observing the [redacted] newscast on 62317 I am prompted to support ALL allocations that the claimant made during the publicized news clip. Indianapolis Singles would like to note:  Ms. [redacted] is not a current member of Indianapolis Singles but a former member, of...

Indianapolis Singles. The [redacted] News Story has no bearing on the membership that Ms. [redacted] once had with Indianapolis Singles. Her support of said allegations also have no bearing on the membership Ms. [redacted] once held with Indianapolis Singles.  Unfortunately, I was encouraged by false promises of Indianapolis Singles staff to sign an agreement with Indianapolis Singles and pay a 3995.00 fee for what I eventually discovered was only to have limited access to any men in my age range of 55-69 years of age.Ms. [redacted] was not encouraged to join on false promises by Indianapolis Singles staff.  Indianapolis Singles Has upheld the contract agreement entered into by Ms. [redacted] and Indianapolis Singles.  During the course of the membership that she formerly held with Indianapolis Singles Ms. [redacted] Selected 42 men, (of those 42 men 12 of the men were from other Cities which include Cincinnati, Detroit, Charlotte, Boca Raton, Chicago, St. Louis),  of the 42 men that she selected 8 of those men were interested in her as well. During the course of her membership Ms. [redacted] was also selected by 11 Gentlemen from the Indianapolis Singles database; she was interested in two of those men.   There was NO access allowed to the site until the fee was paid. When accessing the site for the 1st time I noticed many interesting members were CURRENTLY IN - ACTIVE therefore not accessible to me and many that were available lived over 50 miles from the Indianapolis area.Ms. [redacted] alleges that Indianapolis Singles did not allow her access to the database until fees were paid.  Ms. [redacted] did not have access in fact until her photographs were taken and all preliminary paperwork was complete. This is true for all Indianapolis Singles members.  Indianapolis Singles Values it members privacy and does not grant access to the database until photographs and profile are complete.  Ms. [redacted] states that most men available lived over 50 miles from the Indianapolis area, this is inaccurate while Indianapolis Singles does have members all over the state of Indiana most of the Indianapolis Singles members live in the Indianapolis area and surrounding suburbs.  With this being said as mentioned previously of the 42 men that Ms. [redacted] selected during the course of her membership she selected members from other cities who lived well over 50 miles from the Indianapolis area.   I was told the signing of the Agreement that there would be HUNDREDS of eligible males to choose from and Kristy even mentioned that she had personally signed up many guys that would be PERFECT for me. Of course I was told I would have NO problem on men responding to my profile. A photoIndianapolis Singles nor its employees guarantee or allude to the number of members in the Indianapolis Singles database as it will change and fluctuate daily due to new members becoming involved, and members who enter into relationships.  Indianapolis Singles furthermore does not guarantee that any persons from the database would be a perfect fit for another member. (I/S makes no representations as to the demographic makeup of its membership at this or any other time.  I/S does not guarantee that its membership includes persons whom you will wish to meet or enter into a relationship with, or persons who will wish to meet you or enter into a relationship with you.)  Ms. [redacted] has not had a problem with men responding to her request to meet them. Once again, she selected 42 men thru the course of her membership 8 men said yes, the remaining men responded however were not interested in pursuing a relationship with Ms. [redacted].     I feel I was totally mislead and the site was very misrepresented by ALL staff members.I feel the site should be bannedclosed so others are not a victimORI should have unlimited access to the site with NO expiration in hopes that they have added more eligible men in my age range and I might finally see the site as a positive for meOR I receive a REFUND of my 3995.00 for non-performance as promisedMs. [redacted] was not misled at any point by Indianapolis Singles or its representatives.  Ms. [redacted] utilized her membership and services as outlined in her contract during her membership term with Indianapolis Singles.  Indianapolis Singles did uphold all terms as outlined in the contract in assisting Ms. [redacted] with her membership. Indianapolis Singles will not refund any monies to Ms. [redacted] as she did utilize her Indianapolis Singles membership during its term, Indianapolis Singles will not allow Ms. [redacted] to have a lifetime membership here with Indianapolis Singles as Indianapolis Singles does not offer lifetime memberships. Once again Ms. [redacted]’s membership is expired.  Ms. [redacted] is no longer a member of Indianapolis Singles.  Thank you, Indianapolis Singles Management Team.
