I had an [redacted] system replacement installed this spring, the install was timely and was done in one day (took most of the day since I have dual systems) after months the system is working perfectly, the air quality in my house has improved drastically and my energy bills have significantly gone down (hard to say by how much since last summers were quite different)I not only would recommend Indoor Comfort but also the [redacted] carrier system

As I stated previously, the issue with the tile has nothing to do with the furnace installThe customer tiled around the previous furnace and the new furnace we installed was smallerThe tile does not match up because no furnace exists that is the same size and previous furnaceThe wiring issue was also the existing wiring and has nothing to do with the furnace that Indoor Comfort installedThe wiring is in a junction box in the ceiling that we did not touchThe service call was due to the wiring in the junction boxThe warranty covers mechanical failure of equipment that we installedThis was not a mechanical issue with the installationI have no problem reinstating the warranty once the service call has been paidThe manufacturer warranty remains in effect

Indoor Comfort sent our lead technician out on 8/19/It was determined that we installed an air conditioner that was the same size as the previous equipment in the homeIndoor Comfort and MrGill came to the conclusion that we will upgrade the unit to a bigger unit at only the cost of equipment and that we would provide the installationThe new unit was installed on 8/26/Customer is satisfied with the results

Ihad a am to am apt, recieved call at 11:saying will be there at 1, never showed up, tried to call tech at then at no answerI wasted an entire saturday, would not recommend

We have fixed the problem and customer is happy with the solution
