Indoor Comfort sent our lead technician out on 8/19/It was determined that we installed an air conditioner that was the same size as the previous equipment in the homeIndoor Comfort and MrGill came to the conclusion that we will upgrade the unit to a bigger unit at only the cost of equipment
and that we would provide the installationThe new unit was installed on 8/26/Customer is satisfied with the results

not sure why homeowner didn't get rebate but Indoor Comfort will refund customer the $and see if we can retieve the $350.00Steve

Problem was resolved

We will again send all paperwork by the end of today and send the Revdex.com copies of what customer has requested by the end of the day.?

I had an [redacted] system replacement installed this spring, the install was timely and was done in one day (took most of the day since I have dual systems) after 6 months the system is working perfectly, the air quality in my house has improved drastically and my energy bills have significantly gone down (hard to say by how much since last 2 summers were quite different). I not only would recommend Indoor Comfort but also the [redacted] carrier system.

Ihad a 8 am to 11 am apt, recieved call at 11:30 saying will be there at 1, never showed up, tried to call tech at 2 then at 3 no answer. I wasted an entire saturday, would not recommend.

We have come to an agreement with Mr. [redacted] and the situation will be rectified in the spring when the weather permits. We agreed to change
out the coil and charge the unit at the same time and the temperature needs to be above 60 degrees.

Terrible customer service...been trying to resolve an issue for over a year. We have had to call them as they have promised to followup up and resolve many times. NEVER received a call back. The so-called Office Manager stated several times that the Owner..Steve... would call back...well NEVER happens!
Still waiting!!!!
