Customer purchased car in april a used car that passed inspections payments were missed and customer only paid dollars since april and kept telling me for last months that she was spending money on car and could not make payments and wasnt driving vehicle I asked for receipts for repairs and she said she paid cash and had nonewhat really happen is she drove the car since april every month and put on miles yes and made a total of in payments for months of driving until finally broke and yes if she would have got current on her loan we probably would have traded her into a new carThese cars are used cars and the customer has to take ownership of the car and fixAnd for sure after 15k miles thanks Dan

Hello, first I would like to say that I gave [redacted] a car months ago that he has been driving the car with no problems that iam aware of about a month after he had the car a fuel pump went out in the car which I took care of the tow bill and new fuel pump at no cost to [redacted] [redacted] called me and said he thinks the motor is failing I told him that I would look at it for him and would possible get him another car this is truebut after me paying to have car towed in and looking at car we realized [redacted] had driven miles since his last oil change and car was completely out of oili decided not to help [redacted] unless he has money to fix his cari dont mind helping but this is not our fault

Car has not been serviced because vehicle had to be picked up from inpound to secure our asset because if was left on the side of the road, impound fee has not been paid, and customer is months behind on paymentsCustomer was told when payments are current and inpound fee is paid she will
get here car fixed thanks ***

To whom it may concern, Bren*** car was having a problem after purchase, We came and towed vehicle back to shop and found the alternator was not charging We fixed the car and have talked to customer since and he is happy with carIf not he is more
than welcome to come pick up his down payment,and bring car backAs for mileage on our cars they are older and after years old they are exempt from mileage, Most of our cars are point a to b cars helping consumers back and forth to workThx again ***

customer did purchase months ago and car was takin to a reputable service dept that has been in business for years, customer did bring car in more than once to fix, but customer would never leave car have repairs done because see expects us to give her another car to drive while we work on her

Hello *** is correct he did purchase the savanna van from indymotorsports the vehicle did pass Missouri inspection and after several tries we could not get van to pass emissions because engine had low oil pressure so we decided to put a new
motor in for *** at no cost to him after installing new motor the van ran great and passed emissions *** was complaining about used engine being installed and wanted to trade van before engine was installed we informed *** he could trade for something else he wanted a esclade which was not available to him and we have nothing else at this time in a big van.so the engine was installed and he is driving today thanks ***

angled in so we looked at vehicle and decided tire wear was caused from ball joint on lower side possible play so we installed new ball joint and alligned car everything else was completed We at indymotorsports do not do inspection for this reason we would like independant company to complete inspection so customer will not think we just passed something.As a owner it is inpossible to recondition a 190xxx mile vehicle to be like new it is not cost effective and this car was delivered safe thank you management

Revdex.com response, We received a certified letter in the mail [redacted] car had been inpounded , we called [redacted] and asked what happen explaned to her it was 650 to get car out she said she had zero money and car stopped in bar parking lot in offallon . So...

we decided to go pay 650 to get car out of impound and tow back to indy . After discovering alternator had failed we installed a new alternator and battery on car and explained to [redacted] car was ready after a month she came up with 600 we gave her the car and explained she owed still 350 for alternator 115 tow and 85 for battery which to this day has not been paid. [redacted] continued to make her payments with no problems for one year ,[redacted] comes in to make her payment and explains to us her transmission is out and again she has no money so again we decide to help her so we installed a used transmission and drive axles never telling her it was new , a new transmission would be around 2500 she was not willing to pay for new she had 500 dollars so again we explained to her she still owed 800 for balance on bill .Unfortately the used transmission lasted one year most warranties are 3 months Again no payments on balance . So finally [redacted] came in and made her last payment and I explained she owed 1300 and offered her a balance of 1000 would take care of outstanding bill for service . [redacted] received her title to her car there is a mechanic lein on car for service still outstanding .We at indy feel that we have helped [redacted] twice when she was in need to get her back going and are not willing to release lein thx [redacted]
