Hello, yes [redacted] is correct she bought a car and after 3 or 4 weeks car would not start she brought it back and we replaced the fuel pump and she drove car again and started doing same problem , after 2 weeks we decided to trade her out of her car and gave her a new car . she was givin her title...

and all paperwork with car. Her new car after one week the wipers stoped working and brought her car out to get fixed and we ordered parts and had them being delivered , she was there for 10 min and said she couldnt wait 30 min to get car fixed. She has  been called several times to come back to get parts  on and wont respond. so at this time we are waiting for her. I feel these are used cars things happen , owners have to take ownership of their cars . we were nice enought to trade her into a new car at no cost to her. Thanks [redacted]

Customer purchased car in april 2016 a used car that passed inspections payments were missed and customer only paid 360 dollars since april and kept  telling me for last 3.5 months that she was spending money on car and could not make payments and wasnt driving vehicle I asked for receipts for...

repairs and she said she paid cash and had none. what really happen is she drove the car since april every month and put on 15607 miles yes 15607 and made a total of 360 in payments for 7 months of driving until finally broke and yes if she would have got current on her loan we  probably would have traded her into a new car. These cars are used cars and the customer has to take ownership of the car and fix. And for sure after 15k miles thanks Dan

Unfortunately we had a employee that was caught stealing from our account which involved closing our bank checking account . So because of this We could not file notice of sale with state of Missouri. We opened a new account waited for checks sent them the new check waited for them to get updated...

info in system finally getting back on line with state to order corrected title now we are just waiting for state to send title  should be any day thx [redacted]
