We hired Clean Pro LLC to clean carpets of a home we just purchased When returning the next day, the carpets were wavy, loose and pulled away from the tack strip at the wallsWe called Clean Pro and were quoted "about $100" We had three rooms and estimated the labor (no materials involved) to be around $300-$for the total job Final bill for two men from 3pm to 5pm (still all labor, no materials) was $ This comes to $per hour per man for labor onlyAfter calls to [redacted] , the owner, with promises of return calls from [redacted] the "new" co-owner", and representative that did the actual work, my opinion is [redacted] is the holdup and irresponsible party Promises with no follow through Cannot and will not recommend this company

I purchased a groupon for this cleaning-perhaps that was my first mistake-maybe they don't care about "those customers" The upselling started the minute the men walked inExactly TWELVE minutes after the machine was turned on, they were out the doorrooms and a hallway! It takes me longer than that to vaccuum!!!! Perhaps if I had spent the extra $they wanted to charge on site, they would have been there a total of minutes TOTAL RIP OFF

Good afternoon Ms [redacted] visited my detail shop mid November of and got her car washed as she had been doing for a while to my knowledge even previously before I took over mgmt of the shop, the guy *** use to use to clean her car before and he explained to her that her car needed wax because it was a black car to enhance shine and keep paint looking fresh on a regular basisWhen you apply soap to a car it gradually removes wax.So Ms [redacted] did complain to me and once again I en strutted her that it needed wax in which I POLISHED her car with a polishing applicator and took pictures, I then forwarded the pictures to Ms [redacted] and she responded it looked good but she wanted to see it in person....A month or so went by and Ms[redacted] contacted me and said she wasn't 100% happy so she told me she had someone that guaranteed to fix her car and they charged her $I told her that as long as she was happy I'd pay for it, in which I did not pay the but gave her $A month or so went by again and she contacted me saying she still wasn't happy and to fix her car this time would cost $I then explained to her that if she wasn't happy with her car this time that I wasn't the last person to polish her car so she should redirect her complaint to [redacted] ***I felt bad for Ms [redacted] cause she had previously informed me that her dad had passed and left her the car so once again I offered to her an additional and we sign an agreement that I'm not admitting guilt but I'm willing to do that so we don't have hard feelings, she agreed then made a report with you all

I filed a previous complaint, with a response of they did not show me as a customer Today I called the owner, and spoke to him at length He was a gentleman, but we left it at let's just part as gentlemen, because I wasn't going to argue over $ He did tell me that his employee would be spoken to Finally, it indeed take about hours to dry, not the hours quoted (by his employee) Overall, as I have stated, I'm still not satisfied, but have agreed to let the matter rest....just won't use tem again

Hired contractor to clean carpets in home & clean dryer vents Contractor claimed they went on the roof and cleaned the roof vent when in fact they did not Very dishonest Contractor charged $for this service, however we never actually received this service in full A few weeks later we found years worth of compact birds nests in the roof dryer vent Contractor told us it would cost another $to come back out to finish the job They do not honor their original commitment This service was provided (or not provided) by their alternate name, Clean Pro, LLC

Hi our technician cleaned the customer carpet according with our company procedures Our technician told the customer before he started the job that he will not be able to offer a warranty due to the amount of soiling and stains on the carpetWhen the customer called and complained about the cleaning we did sent the technician back to investigate and he reported back that the carpet presented permanent stains Because the high traffic areas are wear out is not a matter of cleaning because that is physical damage We are more then happy to provide a partial refund to the customer if she calls our companyThank You

I should have reviewed all the negative reviews that are on this and other sites Arrived one hour late They only had to do small bedroom and hallway and living room (which has a huge sectional in it)(so they did MAYBE square feet Same as stated above, tried to upsell me immediately They were done in minutes Said the carpet would be dry in hours It has been hours, and I will need a canoe to get across the room....just soaking wet that it squishes if I touch it Will take at least more hours before I can remove all the items I got off the floor and put on couches, beds, etc Will never consider doing business with this company again I always tip, but the lead man was so rude I chose not to Beware!

This company is a scam - they more than doubled the price quoted as it did not include stain removal and deep cleaning, they did not move one piece of furniture, they left my carpets soaking wet which created a horrible odor, they did come back out after numerous phone calls and sprayed a micro-bacterial spray - the odor remains, they are no longer returning my phone calls! I want to warn others to avoid using their services and to avoid them going through this horrible experience

After 6 calls to [redacted], the owner, with promises of return calls from [redacted] the "new" co-owner", and representative that did the actual work, my opinion is [redacted] is the holdup and irresponsible party. Promises with no follow through. Cannot and will not recommend this company.

Unfortunately Mr [redacted] is not giving all the correct information. Yes [redacted] had washed my car several times before. Only after him washing the car with dirty water did he try to use the excuse that the wax was being stripped with each wash. Mr [redacted] even admitted hisself that his employee washed the car with dirty water or I would have had no way of knowing that. I did take my car to a gentleman that I thought could fix it after Mr [redacted] attempted to fix it. Of course anything can look good in a picture but once I saw my car in person it was still terrible. If he were any type of business man I wouldn't have had to search for someone to fix my car. No sympathy was needed because the car was given to me at my fathers passing. And the agreement was that we would sign an agreement after him paying me $200 back not $100. Mr [redacted] called me to let me know the letter was being drawn up and I had not heard back from him since. $100 nor $200 is not going to make or break me. It was the fact that what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. Mr [redacted] should really consider another cover up because washing cars is not his specialty. Thanks

Finally, it indeed take about 14 hours to dry, not the 2 hours quoted (by his employee). Overall, as I have stated, I'm still not satisfied, but have agreed to let the matter rest....just won't use tem again.
