[redacted] [redacted] With reference to the ID of [redacted] attached, we have received the complaint from [redacted] , for purchasing a specific email contact list of Pain Management PhysicianWe agree that the list was purchased from us on 09/05/and our client has encountered a bounce back of 2,emails that was sent back to usThe reason being our client has used the database for email marketing campaigns with a third party vendor, who has strict condition NOT to use any purchased list in their platformIn spite of this, our client have used their platforms to perform a email campaignPlease check the link [redacted] and Prohibition on Spam; Permission PracticesThe email campaign message had ALL Image format onlyThe Spam rating on their email template was highPlease check some of the federal requirements that you need to follow to stay 100% in compliance with the CAN SPAM ACTI could definitely share with you the federal requirements and the regulations on using these emails purchased from us 1) In the email template you use, you will have to provide the recipients with at least ways to opt out (A link to unsubscribe or opt-out, a toll free number, postal address, reply back) 2) If the recipients try replying to any of your emails, it shouldn’t go back to them as undeliverable email or invalid email addressIt should come back to you 3) The signature part should have your complete contact details 4) The subject line should be the relevant to the body/content of the email 5) No adult content or images should be used in the template that you use to execute these email campaigns 6) Emails should not be sent to any Citizen of USA below the age of (We anyway do not provide lists of this sort) There are sophisticated spam blockers that recognize mass e-mailing, if you prepare one good template and send it out to thousands of e-mail addresses, these ISPs and SPAM blockers recognize it as a virus or an advertisement and blocks those e-mails These e-mail filters also have the ability to scan and give a score to every incoming e- mailIf you use a lot of flashy graphics, colors and pictures the scores will be above and e-mails with such score have a high probability of being blocked This has caused a Huge Bounce on the email listWhen the bounce emails we sent to us we identified that there we about emails that were Hard bouncedWe had replaced the list twice, our client were not ready to accept the fact that the emails were sent from an in-appropriate platform and had the bounces Having said this, we have called/ emailed October 07, 10:AM and October 09, 11:AM for discussion with our Client [redacted] to have the situation resolved, but our client was not willing to Please advise us how we can have this resolved when or client is not ready to speak to us Thank you and we look forward for your advice Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

Infant Solutions has been a trusted company providing email servicesI would continue to associate with them for my further ventures tooAll the best

This company failed me terribly Do not trust these peopleI worked with Lionel Peters...and Ronnie Douglas was always cc'd on the emails I told Lionel that despite poor reviews, I would give them a shot and he assured me they would not let me down Unfortunately, it was a waste of time and money...and they have ignored all of my attempts (calls and emails) asking for help to rectify the situation Below is a summary of the issues
- I ordered a list of all ThingWorx installs (an IoT platform from PTC)
- The database was delivered to me days later than the original promise date
- I sent email campaigns...the first one had a 21% Bounce Rate, and the 2nd had a 51% Bounce rate (ie Email addresses were no longer valid)
- I later found out that only 18% of the companies they provided were ThingWorx users
As of this review date, there are Customer complaints listed, and only positive reviews Pay attention to what you are reading here folks.....I wish I had

I inquired with them about purchasing a list of Loan Officers in only CA for cold calling purposes with the intent to recruit I was clear throughout the process of what this list would be used for as well as the fact that I am only in charge of recruiting for CA, so any name outside of CA would be of no use to me The person I was working with, *** ***, assured me that was possible After a lot of back and forth it was agreed that Forward Leads/Infant Solutions would provide me with 15,CA loan officers names, titles, companies, addresses, emails, and phone numbers at $per name for a total of $3, I never specifically stated that I would need "direct lines" for the phone numbers due to the fact that I believed that was obvious as *** knew I would be using these names for cold calling for recruitment and calling a main office line does not increase the success of this goal
I received the list this morning and upon glancing at it, noticed that there were addres

I wish I would have researched this company on the Revdex.com siteI would not have done business with them had a read the reviews hereI contracted with them for $to purchase 8,contactsAfter a detailed review on the list they provided by my company, it was found that a majority of them were complete garbageThey were not in the industries requested and/or they were not even in business or legitimate contactsThere is no way they were verified contacts as promisesI requested replacements for invalid contacts as per the contract agreementReplacements were sentI went thru a random sample of contacts on the replacement list and found the seem results - a large majority of them were garbageI requested a refundInstead I was sent more contacts and told that was all they could offer me

AwfulThe list I paid for had old information, many contacts listed twice (with maiden name and then again married name, included suppliers and competitors and just plain bad informationBEWARE! Do not buy a list from these people!

Revdex.com:

With reference to our customer responseOur customer claims of testing emails sent from their office Microsoft Outlook, I am afraid our customer had repeatedly failed to use the list appropriatelyPlease note the Microsoft Outlook is for communicating with people, whit whom we have already established a communicationThis platform is not advisable able to send out email test with Subject line saying “Drugs of Abuse Testing Made Easy” ‘Thread-Topic: Drugs of Abuse Testing Made Easy” Please check the link for the use of service in Microsoft Out Look*** It says “By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Communication Services, you will not : Use the Communication Services in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise)
There has been a high possibility to bock such emails with subject lines “Drugs” by the spam traps and spam radarsWe requested our customer to use the emails appropriately, however the email were sent from their Office Outlook on dated :
Friday, October 03, 4:PM which failed to reach the recipient because of the above said reason
We request your advise accordingly on how we can resolve this issue

There are sophisticated spam blockers that recognize mass e-mailing, if you prepare one good template and send it out to thousands of e-mail addresses, these ISPs and SPAM blockers recognize it as a virus or an advertisement and blocks those e-mails

font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Hi [redacted],   This is in regards to the attached report that you have filed on us.   We have almost completed working on the file for the second time in order to make sure we get you quality contacts this time. We will refund the money provided you take back the complaint that you have filed on us with Revdex.com.   Kindly understand from my perspective [redacted]! We have deployed manpower and $$$ to work on it twice and the amount that would be refunded to you will be deducted from my salary. End of the day I work for my bread and butter and to be very honest I am the sole bread winner for my family.   Please let me know if there is any other option that can make you take back the complaint other than refund. You can take my word on this do good policy. Next time you have any data requirement we will get you 3,000 contacts at absolutely no cost for you.   Kindly re-consider your decision and please give second thoughts about it considering all my above grievances.   Regards,   [redacted]   [redacted]
[redacted]   They have been run through a 3rd party verification tool already.   On Jan 15, 2015, at 1:33 PM, "[redacted]> wrote: I have forwarded this to my backend team. They will check these to see if they are invalid or valid ones. Kindly give me a couple of days’ time till I hear back from them.   Regards,   [redacted]   [redacted]
[redacted]   Here is confirmation that less than 10% of the emails are actually known as deliverable.  The rest are either total junk (don't exist) or are not known to exist or not..and bounced for us.   I've also sent this to the Revdex.com.   I'm waiting to hear back from you by end of day regarding refund or legal route choice.  Let me know by 5pm PST.   Thanks, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1.  Upon receipt of List #2 from [redacted], I did not use Constant Contact to test the email addresses on List #2.  I personally sent emails to 20 random addresses on List #2 from my work computer - ALL OF THEM WERE RETURNED AS NON-DELIVERABLE; EMAIL ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN.
2.  I communicated this immediately to [redacted] - he then sent me List #3 which he told me he had his team insure that the addresses were correct.  I tested this list by personally sending emails from my work computer to 10 of the addresses - ALL OF THEM WERE RETURNED AS NON-DELIVERABLE; EMAIL ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN.
3.  I immediately communicated this to [redacted] and demanded a full refund as these email addresses are bogus.
I did my due diligence by testing list #2 and list#3 from my personal work email address and not using Constant Contact.
Regards,
[redacted]
