I have worked at Infant solutions (More than a year) and if you are married women, you will get all kinds of benefits over here. Health insurance scheme is awesome. Employees of Infant solutions will get all kinds of perks, which is very much respected. Market Penetration is an advantage. Overall, it is a cool place to work and learn more things.

I have been working at Infant solutions for more than 5 years and I do not find any problem with the company as such till now. You can get best work- life balance over here. Colleagues from my department / project are very friendly and co-operative. Good HR and Project Management and good health life benefits. Company help in acquiring more certifications and based on the certifications, movement will take place, which is really good.

Review: We ordered a Business contact list of Texas corporations over 5 million in revenue that were manufacturers and wholesalers only. We received a mixed list of retail establishments with some manufacturing and wholesale with a majority of businesses under 5 million in revenue and not screened for Texas corporations only. We were very specific in what we wanted and left nothing unclear. I have tried for weeks to get a revised list the way we were told it would be sent. We had a minimum $1500 purchase for 5000 contacts with a guaranteed email and phone number accuracy of over 80%. They would reimburse us with new contacts for any that were not accurate. We cant even get the initial list of business types we want no less correction on the ones that are already coming back as invalid. The response I have been getting for weeks is " Let me check with my team and I will get back with you before end of business today". Day after day I get no call back or revised list. The companies on the list that are manufacturing, I end up having to research each call on the internet to see if they are a Texas corporation. The point of buying the list was to avoid research for proper name, email and headquarters location. Infant did not provide this type of list.Desired Settlement: Give us a list of Texas headquartered manufacturers and wholesalers (no retail) with the SIC codes we specified. If it falls below 5000 in Texas, give us options for other states to fill the list up to the 5000 we paid for.

Review: This vendor claimed to provide marketing list services based on specific criteria, such as titles and company size, but never delivered the list based on the titles. They made up titles to try to trick me into agreeing that the contract was fulfilled. They lied about their capabilities, never delivered the specified contacts, and refused to refund our money. They are not a credible supplier and have effectively stole $4000 from our company.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund our $3,999.00.

Review: Purchased an email list from Infant solutions with a promised delivery rate. Most ALL of the emails bounced, and a reputable email firm said they are harvesting emails illegally and representing legit email marketing lists.

Reading reviews now, it appears this businesses is a total fraud, and should be prevented from doing business in any state.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the $1500 we paid for a fraudulent, illegal, and incomplete email list. Otherwise will follow up w/legal counsel.

Kindly give me a couple of days’ time till I hear back from them. Regards, [redacted] Here is confirmation that less than 10% of the emails are actually known as deliverable. The rest are either total junk (don't exist) or are not known to exist or not..and bounced for us. I've also sent this to the Revdex.com. I'm waiting to hear back from you by end of day regarding refund or legal route choice. Let me know by 5pm PST. Thanks, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and we have come to a satisfactory agreement to close this matter out. Can you please remove the complaint or mark it as resolved? Let me know what more I need to do on my end to ensure this is closed out.

Review: I contracted with Infant Solutions to purchase a specific email contact list of Pain Medicine physicians in the United States. They sent me a contract - I paid $1550.00 for 3000 verified records. The contract guaranted a minimum of an 80% deliverability rate. When I used the list the first time, only 23% of the emails were delivered, the remainder were Undeliverable due to incorrect email addresses. I contacted the sale rep - [redacted] who informed me that he would redo the list. For the 2nd list, I sent personal emails individually to 20 random addresses - all of them came back as Undeliverable. He sent a 3rd list - same thing happened. I have been demanding a 100% refund from this company but they will not agree. When I visited the address [redacted], there is no company titled Infant Solutions LLC. I found a company called [redacted] LLC. There website is [redacted] . They offer mail forwarding and shared office space, among other things. So, it appears that Infant Solutions is a company outside the USA, and they are using [redacted] LLC as a corporate address to do business in the US.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $1550.00 as the product/service I bought has not been delivered according to the guarantee in my signed contract.

With reference to the ID of [redacted] attached, we have received the complaint from [redacted], for purchasing a specific email contact list of Pain Management Physician. We agree that the list was purchased from us on 09/05/2014 and our client has encountered a bounce back of 2,113 emails that was sent back to us. The reason being our client has used the database for email marketing campaigns with a third party vendor, who has strict condition NOT to use any purchased list in their platform. In spite of this, our client have used their platforms to perform a email campaign. Please check the link [redacted] and 5.1. Prohibition on Spam; Permission Practices. The email campaign message had ALL Image format only. The Spam rating on their email template was high. Please check some of the federal requirements that you need to follow to stay 100% in compliance with the CAN SPAM ACT. I could definitely share with you the federal requirements and the regulations on using these emails purchased from us.

1) In the email template you use, you will have to provide the recipients with at least 4 ways to opt out (A link to unsubscribe or opt-out, a toll free number, postal address, reply back).

2) If the recipients try replying to any of your emails, it shouldn’t go back to them as undeliverable email or invalid email address. It should come back to you.

3) The signature part should have your complete contact details.

4) The subject line should be the relevant to the body/content of the email

5) No adult content or images should be used in the template that you use to execute these email campaigns

6) Emails should not be sent to any Citizen of USA below the age of 18 (We anyway do not provide lists of this sort)

There are sophisticated spam blockers that recognize mass e-mailing, if you prepare one good template and send it out to thousands of e-mail addresses, these ISPs and SPAM blockers recognize it as a virus or an advertisement and blocks those e-mails.

These e-mail filters also have the ability to scan and give a score to every incoming e- mail. If you use a lot of flashy graphics, colors and pictures the scores will be above 5 and e-mails with such score have a high probability of being blocked.

This has caused a Huge Bounce on the email list. When the bounce emails we sent to us we identified that there we about 973 emails that were Hard bounced. We had replaced the list twice, our client were not ready to accept the fact that the emails were sent from an in-appropriate platform and had the bounces.

Having said this, we have called/ emailed October 07, 2014 10:45 AM and October 09, 2014 11:11 AM for discussion with our Client [redacted] to have the situation resolved, but our client was not willing to.

Please advise us how we can have this resolved when or client is not ready to speak to us.

Thank you and we look forward for your advice.

Regards,

Review: I purchased leads (7,000) from Infant Solutions for a specific demographic. The contract stated a guaranteed 80% deliverability. I have sent about 4,000 emails with over 2,014 emails bounced (50%+ Failed/Inactive Contacts). This business is not a credible sales lead company.Desired Settlement: Money Back

Review: WE purchased a list from the company. The data on the list was invalid. We notified the company and they said they were researching the issue. They have never followed up and I have emailed and called seeking a resolutions yet no one will respond.Desired Settlement: Return the $5,000 as the list was completely worthless. Names, titles and numbers were wrong. It appears all of the data was made up or manipulated to include false information.
