Quote was more reasonable and work more extensive than that quoted by a reliable competitor. Price charged was quoted price. Two nice men - Corey and Robert - were polite; on time; and worked extremely hard. They accommodated our travel plans and work was completed upon scheduled day. Work area was thoroughly cleaned up; no nails found later on. Several hard rains have proved that new chimney flashing and caulking performed as advertised. Highly recommended! [redacted]

Had a new roof and insulation(air sealing) to the attic. Infinity provided great service from start to finish. Aaron our rep from Infinity asked that we do some research on air sealing and why it was important...sure enough our research provided he was correct. He assisted with our roof selection. He guided us which made us feel comfortable in our roof selection! The roof and insulation process went well. The crew took care of all plants around the house by tarp coverage. Can't say enough about Dan(project manager). We had issues with Previous gutter installer and Dan worked with that company and had them lower gutters because the pitch on their gutter guards were not proper and would cause water backup on the roof...What great service! He protected us as Infinity customers against bad workmanship from another company and made sure there was no charges from the other company. My wife and I would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors.....a firm that provides high quality service and employees that pride themselves on integrity!

The roof installers were well versed with the roofing products and polite while on the jobsite. You can be proud that this crew represents your company well.

Outstanding work and service from Infinity they always kept me in the loop by phone and seriously were fast getting my horrid roof done thanks a ton. :)

[redacted] the sales representative did an excellent job of analyzing our needs and writing a clear estimate of the total cost with details for each of the various services. We were contacted prior to the start dates for each service by [redacted] very warmly to let us know what was going to happen and when. The work was competed according to our agreed upon schedule, and all the workers were all very polite, helpful, careful, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The end result is a beautiful roof and new cutters. We are very pleased with everything. I would definitely use Infinity again.

Review: On May 9, 2014 we contracted with Infinity Exteriors to add a single car garage and bathroom expansion to our existing home in Oak Creek, WI which we were told would be completed in July. They finally dropped off equipment to begin on October 1st and worked on and off until February, 2015. In short, the workmanship has been extremely substandard and not completed within a reasonable time. They failed to properly support the ridge beam, they did not put a vapor barrier under the concrete slab in the crawlspace, the bathroom floor sloped 2 inches over a 12 foot span, they did not fill the cinder block wall openings as required, the garage door walls were out of plumb by 3/4" making it impossible to install the garage door, they broke three sections of our existing driveway, there is a gap of two inches in the cinder block wall where it was cut for the door opening, they cut halfway through a cinder block allowing weather into the inside of the wall, they failed to put in a ridge vent to protect the roof, and left our yard a mess. We have all the dates and issues documented along with photographs to support the issues. They have "fixed" most of the issues by jury rigging things rather than by doing quality work.Desired Settlement: While they have made some concessions to date, we would like them to pay for the replacement of our driveway so it is not patched by replacing some slabs, and we would like them to pay for the repairs for any outstanding work to be done. It is important to note that we have not had the rough-in inspection yet so we do not know if more will be uncovered.

While Infinity completely understands the issues on the job we have done everything in our power to compromise and have done absolutely EVERYTHING the homeowners have requested, including a $6,924.00 discount!

I stopped in the Infinity office on April 1, 2014 and spoke to a representatve regarding a sky light issue I was having. I realize it was not going to be a big job, but I was a previous customer. I was told I would be contacted the followng day. After not being contacred by April 9th, I called and asked to speak to the owner [redacted] I was told he was not available and he did nothave voice mail. I was told to speak to [redacted] regarding this type of matter. [redacted] listened to my concern. He stated his employee not returning my call was human error. He felt I should have called back sooner to set up an appointment. I told him putting the blame on me was not what I would consider customer service. He again felt the need to shift the blame for the situation off of his employee and back on to me. I'm sure if on my first visit I would have stared I wanted a whole new roof, I wiuld have received that call the next day.
