My daughter was involved in a accident with a client of theirs who was at fault and now trying to contact them to get reimbursed for car rental and personal damages in impossibleThey will not call back or respond to emails from their office or their corporate officeMost unprofessional and shady businesses I've ever tried to deal with

The service Is the worse I have ever dealt with in my life!! I had a car accident days ago and have not heard from my claims adjusterI left him so many messages his voicemail is fullI have sent emails to him! My car has been sitting at the tow place for days accruing fees close to $nowNo one from the tow shop has heard from infinityI was told when I filed the claim that it was important for me to get it out of tow because of the daily feesThere is a limit as to how much they will pay then I will be responsibleI have done everything I could do to try and make contact with him with no response at allI should not have to pay anything other then my deductibleI spoke with several rude people!! I was told he would call me Monday when I filed the claimI called Monday and I was told he does not have to call me for 48hrs, after I told this person 48hrs has passed he then told me the weekend doesn't count its "business hours" I was never told that when I file the claimThe person I filed the claim with was the only nice person I spoke withI continued to call and leave messages for the adjusterI also started emailing him and still no call or emailI took the morning off yesterday because it takes so long just to get in touch with someone and I cannot do it at workI spoke with people who said they were going to transfer me to him once they have him on the line and I was disconnectedThe wait time just to speak with someone is over mins everytimeI was told by [redacted] it looks like he did try to call me once on the 21st but I don't have any missed calls on my phonewhen I asked to speak with a supervisor I was placed on hold and waited for mins only to be disconnected yet againI left the adjuster more messages and sent another email before I had to go to workI gave everyone I spoke with my work phone numbers and I also emailed the adjuster and told him to contact me at work during the dayI have the names of everyone one I I spoke with except one who was extremely rude and hung up before I could get his nameI spoke to customer service today to speak with a supervisor and was told there was nothing a supervisor could do because the claims department is closed today but they would send him another email and copy the supervisor to make sure he follows up with itI don't know what else I can doI am without a vehicle and I don't know if my vehicle is repairableI just want some answers!! I feel like I am getting the run aroundNo one has tried to go the extra mile to help me!! I just want to speak with the adjuster and get the process startedThey have no problem taking my money!! I have never made a late paymentI have never dealt with so many people that just don't care to help the customer!! As soon as this process is over I will find another insurance company!!

This company has horrible customer service skills They never answered any of my phone calls at the Miami office, when the do finally decided to pithey put on an hour hold Clam Adjuster Natalie O [redacted] needs to be demoted of firedOne of their clients ran the red light and totaled my car Natalie informated that INFINITY are only willing to pay 80%When I questioned why? That her client should pay 100% because she was a 100% at fault she said she would have to get back with and have called back I have yet to hear from anyone a week later

horrible service! my PARKED car was hit by a driver insured by infinity on march 9th, it is now april 27th and I have not been able to get any answersThe adjuster came out two weeks ago to look at the damages, I have not received a phone call to give me an update, I have called different numbers that were given to me and I have not been able to talk to a person and I have left voicemails with my claim number and contact information and still NOTHING!!

Very unsatisfied with this company and salesmanI am a full time student, working a couple hours a week to pay my carThis is the first time I ever had to pay more for my insurance than my original car paymentsI negotiated with an Infinity salesman to set a price for my leased car that I can affordHe checked my record and saw I got into a car accident, and we settled to a neutral price (still pricey but affordale for now)A month later, without getting notified from the company, I check my bank account and they increased my insurance by dollars extra a month, without letting me knowI call the salesman, acts clueless, and does nothing to help meFor these past months, Ive been paying an extra hundred dollars that my salesman says he is in the process of fixing it but months later, still saying the same thingHe is very unprofessional and I will only talk negative comments about this company!!!!! Very angry customer!!!!

I was a customer of Infinity insurance for yearsI recently cancelled my policy because I moved and got a new can I was going to add to the policy but their rates would be significantly higherI opted to cancel that policy and start one with another company I had automatic withdrawl all those years and no accidents so I never had a reason to actually interact with anyone at the company They continue to withdraw my premium although I had cancelled my policy I called the agent I use and they took care of it they said Infinity stated it would take weeks for my account to be credited back which it did When my mail was finally forwarded to me I had all these notices that I was delinquent for a $payment that would be turned into collections etc I didn't understand how they had just credited my account $and yet tell me I owed them money and how I could be delinquent for anything when they have permission to take the required payment right out of my account which they have been doing for years I called them and they said it was because they had notice of my adress change the day before my policy ended and that increased my premium $for one day I told them I was not notified nor did I make any agreement with them for a new rate Doesn't the customer always have the right to be informed of any change in an agreement and also have th right to cancel that policy if they don't want to continue at the new rate? I asked to speak to a manager thinking they would just delete the charge due to the confusion and me not having been notified etc The manager ( [redacted] or [redacted] I think) very matter of factly let me now they don't have to inform me and stated many times it was my agents fault not theirs They don't have a way to reduce the amount they credited my bank nor do they have a way to do a withdrawl of only $ In other words it is all about their convenience and what will benefit them, not the customer She kept stating she has rules to followShe never apologised for the inconvenience or any misunderstanding or said thank you for being a customer for many years, sorry to lose your business.....nothing in the least bit to signal any concernjust lots of blaming me and "the agent" who I pointed out is representing their companyAlthough she adimately denied the agent represents their company in any way (You know aside from the Infinity name and posters in the office, the fact that they issue adjust and cancel Infinity policies and the fact that they were using Infinitys program and on the phone many times with an Infinity representative while getting a quote for a new policy and cancelling the old one.) I let her know that I would not ever use infinity again not because of the $but because if they have this lack of accountability or concern for their customers over billing issues how horrible would it be to be in an accident and have to rely on them She flippantly pointed out that I had already switched my service I let her know that I always go with the company that gives me the best rate only, from her on out it will be the lowest rate except for Infinity I'm glad I found out about their service this way and not after an accidentI regret that I unknowingly supported this type of business I do not reccomend them to anyone

My worst experience ever with the insurance company They close my case out just because I needed to reschedule my appointment for the adjuster to come out to look at the vehiclePeople do have jobsThe supervisor I spoke with was also rude he wasn't any help

I am very disappointed that this insurance is still in business they are very unprofessional and it's impossible to get a hold of someone or get a phone call backI wish that the government would regulate them so that this would not happen to people who are in need of help with their claim

I spent hours on customer service phone call I was switched back and forth to claims and back to customer service and all I need is a history report confirming a not at fault accident report and they keep giving me the run around that customer service has no access to it because I'm canceling my policy with them....never do business with this company'

I've had multiple terrible experiences with Infinity Insurance CompanyFrom the awful auto repair providers they force you to see/use from the horrible people in charge of your claim and supervisors who don't return your callsEVER!!! Don't get me started on how long you have to wait on hold to even talk to anyoneI've decided to day NO MOREI'm doneI'm canceling my car insurance

Terrible company! Their adjusters decided I was partially at fault after I was involved in a collision with another driver in which the other driver ran a red light They claimed the speed limit was MPHI looked up the speed limit in city code, it is not MPH it is PMHI provided reputable DMV sources explaining why I could not have stopped or avoided the collisionThey ignored all evidence and would not change their decisionTheir adjusters lied to me and would not back down even when confronted with rock solid evidence Avoid at all cost! This company is full of greedy dishonest people just trying to take advantage of you

My car was damaged by a driver that was insured by Infinity Insurance Company This driver was 100% at fault (according to the Florida Highway Patrol) and the official police report This driver was issued a citation for her violation which caused the accident Even with this, Infinity Insurance has refused to accept responsibility to pay for the damage My insurance company is now forced to pay for the damages and then try to collect from Infinity Insurance I would never recommend Infinity Insurance to anyone Very poor customer service and bad business practices Infinity Insurance should lose its business license to be in the insurance business

Drivers beware If you are involved in any incidents with Infinity insurance you are doomed !! The local adjuster Andrew B*** will not answer or return any phone calls, his supervisor Wendy S*** also does not return calls or answerWhen you call the main office back east you will get a bigger and better run around then the locals will give youYou will never get a straight answer or any helpMy son has been in a rntal car for over a month and these people refuse to take care of business, their client was stated in the police report at fault but they refuse to take care of business, if you do get lucky enough to get in touch with Wendy you will get this story of how there is not enough money in the insured policy to cover damages to your car??? evidently California state law does not apply to Wendy S*** or Infinity InsuranceThis company and its people are as shady as they could be

While waiting at a red light someone hit me from behindSame day I called infinity because this was the insurance he hadDay one the lady I spoke to was so nice and helpful got me in same day to have my car appraisedSince then I have not once received a call from the adjuster Bambi C***'s and her manager was completely rudeStated I had to pay for the rental and to have my car fixed and they would reimburse meI received a check for the damages and a $check for a rental for daysI had to pay $out of my pocket to cover the rest of the rental and I still have not received a call from Bambi C***I called her times within a week period everyone else cant seem to help me eitherthe collision place is keeping my car until the 28th and by the looks of it I will have to pay for the rental until thenIf someone hits you and they have infinity insurance consider yourself double screwed!

I am very disappointed with Infinity! I was physically assaulted by my now ex-boyfriend of approximately five months He physically assaulted me, forced me out of the driver's seat into the passenger seat and drove me to another location only to continue assaulting me When he was finally done, he drove me home, kicked me out of MY car and took off only to wreck it within the hourInfinity said they would only cover liability and not collision because he was unlicensedMy policy clearly states any person operating my vehicle must have "express or implied permission"When would you say I gave him my permission? Before I refused to move out of the driver's seat while he was hitting me or after I refused to move out of the driver's seat while he was hitting me? Not only that, they're employees are TERRIBLE at responding to phone calls and emailsI provided EVERYTHING I had - Sheriff incident reports, the Emergency Protective Order the Sheriff's department issued, medical records stating my injuries as a result of the assault (contusions and a ruptured eardrum), and the temporary restraining order I filedAs if I haven't already been through enough physically, mentally and emotionallyNow I have to deal with this! Worst company to get insurance with I got insurance in Houston Texas had a hard time getting in touch with my adjuster Zach M[redacted]. I called his boss Chris same thing. Finally got my policy cancelled and sent a message through facebook to company they said someone will get in touch with me Joe c[redacted] called just sided with his adjuster same thing. Worst company to get insurance with will not even recommend the company to my enemies.

I have sent emails to him! My car has been sitting at the tow place for 7 days accruing fees close to $400 now. No one from the tow shop has heard from infinity. I was told when I filed the claim that it was important for me to get it out of tow because of the daily fees. There is a limit as to how much they will pay then I will be responsible. I have done everything I could do to try and make contact with him with no response at all. I should not have to pay anything other then my deductible. I spoke with several rude people!!
