I was a customer of Infinity insurance for years. I recently cancelled my policy because I moved and got a new can I was going to add to the policy but their rates would be significantly higher. I opted to cancel that policy and start one with another company. I had automatic withdrawl all those years and no accidents so I never had a reason to actually interact with anyone at the company.

They continue to withdraw my premium although I had cancelled my policy. I called the agent I use and they took care of it they said Infinity stated it would take weeks for my account to be credited back which it did.

When my mail was finally forwarded to me I had all these notices that I was delinquent for a $10.00 payment that would be turned into collections etc. I didn't understand how they had just credited my account $128.00 and yet tell me I owed them money and how I could be delinquent for anything when they have permission to take the required payment right out of my account which they have been doing for years.

I called them and they said it was because they had notice of my adress change the day before my policy ended and that increased my premium $10.00 for one day. I told them I was not notified nor did I make any agreement with them for a new rate. Doesn't the customer always have the right to be informed of any change in an agreement and also have th right to cancel that policy if they don't want to continue at the new rate?

I asked to speak to a manager thinking they would just delete the charge due to the confusion and me not having been notified etc. The manager ([redacted] or [redacted] I think) very matter of factly let me now they don't have to inform me and stated many times it was my agents fault not theirs. They don't have a way to reduce the amount they credited my bank nor do they have a way to do a withdrawl of only $10.00. In other words it is all about their convenience and what will benefit them, not the customer. She kept stating she has rules to follow. She never apologised for the inconvenience or any misunderstanding or said thank you for being a customer for many years, sorry to lose your business.....nothing in the least bit to signal any concern.. just lots of blaming me and "the agent" who I pointed out is representing their company. Although she adimately denied the agent represents their company in any way (You know aside from the Infinity name and posters in the office, the fact that they issue adjust and cancel Infinity policies and the fact that they were using Infinitys program and on the phone many times with an Infinity representative while getting a quote for a new policy and cancelling the old one.) I let her know that I would not ever use infinity again not because of the $10.00 but because if they have this lack of accountability or concern for their customers over billing issues how horrible would it be to be in an accident and have to rely on them. She flippantly pointed out that I had already switched my service. I let her know that I always go with the company that gives me the best rate only, from her on out it will be the lowest rate except for Infinity. I'm glad I found out about their service this way and not after an accident. I regret that I unknowingly supported this type of business. I do not reccomend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed that this insurance is still in business they are very unprofessional and it's impossible to get a hold of someone or get a phone call back. I wish that the government would regulate them so that this would not happen to people who are in need of help with their claim.

My daughter was involved in a accident with a client of theirs who was at fault and now trying to contact them to get reimbursed for car rental and personal damages in impossible. They will not call back or respond to emails from their office or their corporate office. Most unprofessional and shady businesses I've ever tried to deal with.

Terrible company! Their adjusters decided I was partially at fault after I was involved in a collision with another driver in which the other driver ran a red light.

They claimed the speed limit was 25 MPH. I looked up the speed limit in city code, it is not 25 MPH it is 30 PMH. I provided reputable DMV sources explaining why I could not have stopped or avoided the collision. They ignored all evidence and would not change their decision. Their adjusters lied to me and would not back down even when confronted with rock solid evidence.

Avoid at all cost! This company is full of greedy dishonest people just trying to take advantage of you.

horrible service! my PARKED car was hit by a driver insured by infinity on march 9th, 2015. it is now april 27th and I have not been able to get any answers. The adjuster came out two weeks ago to look at the damages, I have not received a phone call to give me an update, I have called 4 different numbers that were given to me and I have not been able to talk to a person and I have left voicemails with my claim number and contact information and still NOTHING!!

This company has horrible customer service skills. They never answered any of my phone calls at the Miami office, when the do finally decided to pick-up they put on an hour hold. Clam Adjuster Natalie O[redacted] needs to be demoted of fired. One of their clients ran the red light and totaled my car Natalie informated that INFINITY are only willing to pay 80%. When I questioned why? That her client should pay 100% because she was a 100% at fault she said she would have to get back with and have called back. I have yet to hear from anyone a week later ..

I reported my accident to infinity and they don't want to pay for the damages because they said they have a "picture" of my car before it happened with it already messed up. NO ONE use infinity insurance, now I have to get a lawyer involved.

My car was damaged by a driver that was insured by Infinity Insurance Company. This driver was 100% at fault (according to the Florida Highway Patrol) and the official police report. This driver was issued a citation for her violation which caused the accident.
Even with this, Infinity Insurance has refused to accept responsibility to pay for the damage.
My insurance company is now forced to pay for the damages and then try to collect from Infinity Insurance.
I would never recommend Infinity Insurance to anyone.
Very poor customer service and bad business practices.
Infinity Insurance should lose its business license to be in the insurance business.

My worst experience ever with the insurance company .. They close my case out just because I needed to reschedule my appointment for the adjuster to come out to look at the vehicle... People do have jobs.. The supervisor I spoke with was also rude he wasn't any help...
