Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The work is definitely not completeNo additional work was done on the column therefore this charge is unnacceptableIn fact, my pool contractor came back to finish the column because we were sick of waiting on InfinityThere is additional stone work required to fit the grill properly, there is a gas leak and nothing is finished out[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, ***

I always find it amazing how people twist things around in order to make someone look bad or to benefit themselvesWhere in any of my responses did I say that Edwadd sold the project? I told you that he hired me specifically in order to oversee the unfinished projects and insure their completionI will not be communicating with your attorney as it is not my place nor my jobIf you do not want me to complete your project, then say soI will let Mr [redacted] know and I will move the other projects with the clients who want their pools finished and realized that blood thirsty lawyers are after one thing only - your moneyGood luck and enjoy paying double for your pool

The work is completed, there is a fridge that needs to be delivered & the extra charge was for the additional stone work on the column

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, The valves are leakingThey have not been repairedProof of payment for the Plaster installation has not been providedThe company, Pool Works, will file a lien against my home if payment is not made by the pool builderThe payment of $6,is due by October 25, Also, we paid for the larger mosquito system and the smaller one was installedPool builder promised to replace the smaller system with the larger oneThis has not happenedThe smaller system is not working properly anywayThe tank is not holding the fluids

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint What Mr [redacted] doesn't acknowledge in his response is that after starting the process, and collecting payment in full for the entire project, he abandoned the job, leaving an unfinished pool, no outdoor kitchen, no mosquito system, and no fence All equipment including pool equipment and tile has been paid for in full, yet never delivered Over the last two months I've reached out to Mr [redacted] over times by cell phone, text, business phone, email, and even facebook He hasn't responded once I think it's important for people in Houston to be aware of how Infinity Outdoor Living and Mr [redacted] do business so they can make an informed decision on who they choose for this type of workEdward [redacted] and his company Infinity Outdoor Living continues to be in breach of our agreementHe refuses to perform the work promised and refuses to refund the money he has taken from usWe have tried to resolve the matter but are being forced to avail ourselves to the legal system to sue and recover our money from [redacted] and his company Regards,

As I responded in my email to you, once I'm back we will continueAlso the cease and desist is on all work till approval is granted, not to complete what is unfinishedBesides it makes no sense to cover the ditches so that we can open them back upI will send someone tomorrow to clean the property of all debris and fix the fence in the meantime

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint That would have been good to know I had no idea Edward had sold the project and there was a new project managerPlease contact my attorney at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can proceed [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] Thanks, [redacted] Regards,

Work will commence monday the 22nd, but [redacted] report posting must be removed completely before hand

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint As you can see in his responses, Mr [redacted] refuses to acknowledge that he abandoned the project for weeks after being paid in full and only now, through this website does he say, "I'm here, I'll finish it now,"with no explanation of his mysterious disappearance and lack of communication He left me no choice but to get an attorney because he took the money and was gone, and when I reached out to him he ignored every call, text, and email, and left me a mess for me to clean up I guess he expected me to just wait around, hoping he might someday returnHe accuses everyone of trying to scam me or take advantage, but to this point, only he has accepted money, around $65,000, and not delivered the equipment, tile, fence, outdoor kitchen, mosquito system, etcAll of which he said would be done in January of this yearI hate throwing more money at this problem, but people need to know what type of person they are partnering with for expensive projects Regards, [redacted]

The electronics on the soa were repaired last Tuesday and the leaking valves were fixed on Saturday

Sent: Tuesday, September 01, 11:AM To: drteam Subject: RE: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #*** Dear DRT, Thank you for the constant communicationAll conflicts were originally going to be resolved 8/That deadline was missed and now he says 9/because he is leaving for vacationThe biggest issue we are facing is the proof of payment to the brick supplier and the subcontracted painterHis response to my demand is below in red Provide proof of payment to all subs and suppliers: The only material that was delivered to the job site was the brickOnce we complete the back and come to an agreement on completing the front I will handle the brick invoiceThe rest of the material was brought by me or my crew, thus not putting you or your property at any lien risk (so no other receipts or proof will be provided)The only sub was the painter and he has been paid. He has not earned the right to do the work out frontI also just spoke with the painter and he told me he has not been paid. He is supposed to complete all the required work by 9/when he returns from vacationI would be surprised if we don’t have another missed deadline. Thank you for your assistance. *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I haven't lied to you once In fact, if you look at the text message I sent you on Thursday, Feb 19th, at 8:PM, you will notice it says, "I'd like to get my garage door opener back." That's pretty clearHowever if you want lies, here is the last communication I received from you on February 8th:
After receiving this email, it would be over days until I hear from you again only through Revdex.com Not once over the week period did you reach out to me to let me know what happened, why you left, and what the plan was to fix it

***,
So
sorry to "drop off the grid" on youHad some more family issues to
deal withThis year has been awful so far
My
framer should have been there Wednesday as originally planned, but because we
delayed the concpour, he started a different project and he will start back
again on Tuesday.
The
schedule as far as the order of things will be the same beginning Tuesday with
the same order of things
To
also answer your previous email - the pebble TEC as you called it is the
plaster on the schedule of things
I
don't have your file with me here, but could you confirm real quick your
selection on the wet-edge plaster
Had you responded to any of the contact attempts I made by phone, text, email, ***, and driving to business addresses to find you, we probably could have settled thisRegards,

We wanted a company who would install a pool and build or coordinate the covered patio structure, too We waited to do the entire backyard at one time so the backyard would look like we wanted and not look like it was done piecemeal We interviewed three other companies who had little or no interest in doing the entire project Infinity Outdoor Living would do the entire project for us Since the scope of the project was so large, it did take several months to complete everythingWe signed the contract in mid November It took over four weeks for HOA approval The city was almost that long The pool was completed in about weeks Rerouting sprinklers and laying the travertine patio took another week or so The covered structure took a week to build Then another week to stain the tongue and groove wood ceiling, recessed lighting, sconces, and fansOnce permits were granted, the whole project took about 1/months It was a total transformation of the backyardThere were a few delays during the project due to the winter weather and schedulingEdward was great in communicating the timeline and what was happening and when With a project of this scope, it is important to keep expectations realistic and keep in constant communication both as to work timeline and quality of work When I was concerned, I would ask questions before something was done so I knew what to expect and Edward knew my expectationsDuring the project, there were additional items we decided to add that were out of the original scope of the project Edward willingly worked with our requests and added additional contracts to cover landscaping and replacing a privacy fence for a very reasonable priceBottom line, Infinity Outdoor Living transformed the backyard just as we had planned and even added some features that we had not planned but we love! We love the backyard and would use them again
