They will cheat you out of your money and break off all contact with you once you catch them. How they have an A+ rating is beyond me. Probably have their employees earn bonuses for giving them good ratings. Nothing could ever convince me to do business with another one of their customers.

Dish and Infinity are crooked as they can be. I also took the offer for the gift card. I was also told I received an email to send my work order and first bill, none of which was received. They resent the email, and I finished everything they asked for. That was 6 weeks ago, and still nothing. I signed with dish on August 18, and received my first bill on the 24th, yet its November, and I'm still waiting for them to fulfill their promise.

Offered a $100 gift card when switching to Dish, Did not receive and upon contacting the company they refused to honor their offer. They first said I needed to keep waiting to receive the card in the mail..so I waited several weeks and called back to be told the promotion had expired because of me not filling out an email for the promotion. For one I was never told about an email. If I could rate less than 1 star I certainly would. There customer service is a joke and so is there gift card promotion.

They put themselves out as dish tv and it seems as though dish holds them out as a partner but when you have a problem, they distance themselves. I would not recommend them or Dish to anyone!

Promised $100 gift card for signing up with Dish service. Never received gift card.
Sales rep advised I would receive a $100 gift card. He did not advise in any way that there was a process requiring filling out and submitting a rebate form. When I called to inquire about the gift card the company advised that the offer had expired and they could not re-issue even if their representative was at fault for not advising of a process to acquire the gift card. Based on the sales rep I was expecting to receive a gift card in the email - not looking for a form.

Desired Outcome

I am expecting Infinity Sales Group to correct the omission of their sales rep and reissue the rebate form so I can in good faith comply with the process of which I was never informed at the point of sale.

Qualified acceptance of the response. They have reopened the opportunity and sent the necessary instructions to comply with their process. I have followed the necessary steps precisely. The only pending action is to actually receive the committed $100 gift card from the company which will take up to 10 weeks to receive. As long as I eventually receive it there will be no need to reopen the case.

Infinity Sales Group falsely represented Dish SATELITE TV and lied about Dish discounts of $5.00 off monthly for referral
and they charged my card.

On 05/07/2019 I called what I thought was a Dish SATELITE TV representative when placing my order for new dish tv service. Nearly the first thing this pushy rep asked for was my credit card #. Dish SATELITE tv is a reputable company, so I gave her my credit card #. This was bizarre because Dish always sends a bill in the mail. But I thought I was speaking with Dish directly as I was led to believe.

The only reason I even went with Dish was because my parents have Dish, $5.00 off monthly off of the Dish bill, and that there was no installation fees etc.
Also, by referring a new customer, it was our understanding that we were both supposed to be given $5.00 off our monthly bills immediately. I was led to also believe this by the rep that the $5 off was being taken off our monthly bills and no other fees would be charged. This was not the case. When I called back on the same # to insure the $5 would be taken care of, the Infinity Sales rep was so nasty and said we would get something in the mail later. Which wasn't correct per Dish.

Initially, the first call I made to order new Dish service from what I thought was a Dish rep , that call center rep was talking so fast purposefully I could hardly understand what she was saying. Trickery the whole call and she rudely avoided answering my questions. Slick, scam type attitude is what I encountered when I asked questions. She lied when she said there was no charge for installation and the $5 discounted monthly bill etc. during this so called promotional call. Lying to potential new Dish customers is misleading to say the least. Plus, she charged my credit card $49.99. It was my understanding, when I called in the $49.99 fee would be waved. They were nasty when I called them back and claimed the $5 off would be sent to us. I don't believe they plan to do anything unless they are forced to.

Today, when my dish tv technician installed the equipment for new service 05/13/2019, he also informed that initial service and installation was free and I should at no time have been charged any fee and that all I had to do was call Dish and they would correct our monthly bills to reflect.

On 5/13/2019, when I called Dish SATELITE TV using the # the Dish rep gave me, that's when they I formed me that I had it spoken with Dish when placing my order. I can't communicate with Infiniy because they degrade the customers.
Dish also stated there was nothing they could do to correct the errors that were made during my new service setup.

Desired Outcome

1. Infinity Sales Group to remove the $49.99 charge from my credit card after the rep lied in stating nothing would be charged to my credit card. 2. Dish SATELITE TV to take responsibility & decrease my monthly bill from $64.03 to $59.00 reflecting the $5 discount promised to get off immediately. 3. For my parents, ***, at *** KY XXXXX, account to be decreased by $5.00 off their monthly bill as promised for referring me to Dish. 4. I want Dish SATELITE TV to take charge of my new service so I don't have to deal with Infinity Sales Group again.

In review of the sales call we identified the following:

At 18:00 of the call the agent advised the customer of a referral program that would allow both the caller and their parents to each receive a $5 credit for 10 months. The agent explained that the caller's parents would need to call DISH customer service and acquire a referral code. Then the caller would need to contact DISH with the referral code, prior to their account being installed, so the code could be applied to their account.
There are no notes indicating the caller phoned DISH prior to installation to apply the code, that is why neither party is receiving the $5 credit.
As a courtesy, Infinity Sales Group will be sending a $50 check to both you and your parents to compensate for the 10 $5 monthly credits related to the referral program.

At 28:25 of the call the agent advised the only thing due today is a one-time Infinity DISH processing fee of $49.99.
As a courtesy, Infinity Sales Group has issued a full refund of the $49.99 processing fee. This should reflect your account within 3-7 business days.

Infinity Sales Group is an inbound only call center, so we would not contact you. Should you need any assistance regarding your DISH account you may contact DISH customer service at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

Thank you so very much for alerting the company as to my dissatisfaction with the Dish Satellite TV account setup and fraudulent charges. To date, as of Tuesday, May 21, 2019, Infinity removed the $49.99 fraudulent charge from my credit card, but hasn't as of yet discounted my DISH account nor my parents' account for a decrease in both of our Dish accounts. Infinity's removal of the $49.99 from my credit card was appreciated.

Thanks so much for advocating so positively on behalf of this case. Infinity Sales Group refunded the $49.99 back to my credit card and did mail a check for $50.00 to my parents and myself. That's reasonable but still feel that we should be given off $5.00 per month from our accounts. They've refused to do that. Endless hours of my time have been tied up dealing with this company without compensation for this time.

I think this company STINKS!!! We signed up, didn't get the card promotion, only got headaches. Really irritating commercials for them in the middle of a show, or update whenever. after 5 months, we had had enough. I called and cancelled. well, of course we had the cancellation fee of $380 ($20. per month), but the added on a $15 charge for a box to return the equipment, and a few other items we know nothing about. I will get the final bill in about 20 days and I will be back to let people know what not to get sucked up in like we did.

signed up 12/18/2019, account number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I had 60 days to return rebate form. mailed it on jan. 28,2019. they confirmed receiving it on feb 4,2019. they said I did not send pevious statement which is a lie. I called dish had them mail me a hard copy of the billing statement. I then mailed it along with the rebate form. they confirmed that I called and requested a hard copy of my billing statement too. this company is dishonest. how many people have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. 10 people would be 1000.00 dollars.

I signed up with DISH through this company about 7 months ago. It was a promotional sign up-- receive $100 VISA card. I never received the VISA card in the mail so I called DISH to ask why it had not been mailed. They gave the number of the company that I called--Infinity Sales Group. After a 15 minute hold on the phone I talked with a representative who told me that the promo had expired 60 days after I had signed up. I told her according to my notes no one told me the promotion ended in 60 days nor was it on my web account. Information of 3 month premium, silver protection, etc expiration dates were there, but nothing about the VISA card promo expiring. I have done these card promos before and usually they automatically get mailed to you after you keep the service for a certain period--never had to call to redeem. So I spoke with the manager and all she had to say to my question of "how was I supposed to know that the promo expired in 60 days if no one told me on the phone"?-- You are calling now, you should have called within the 60 days. I asked her to check the phone call since every call is recorded-- no too late, promo has expired. So it sounds like it is my fault that I did not call to redeem the promo from this company that I signed up through to receive DISH services-- the promo was the very reason I did sign up through them. Very dissatisfied with the outcome and customer service. I woud give no stars but that was not an option, guess I need to call!

The worst Customer service ever! Extremely rude and not following through with what they have advertised.
I have been calling dish infinity for a year and a half. They advertise that they give you a $100 visa gift card for signing up. I never got that gift card. I called repeatedly and they kept telling me that they would email me with the instructions on how to get it. I never got an email and I continue to call dish back. Dish told me that they would follow through and take care of it and they never dead. I did not know that they were two separate companies. Every time I call the customer service representative is extremely rude and decides to argue with me instead. I don't think any customer in their right mind would give up a free $100? They continue to just blame it on me. I take responsibility and not knowing that the companies were separate. However this is been ongoing for a year and a half

The giftcard was the only thing I have been trying to get from day one, a year and a half ago.

when I called to sign up for dish they answered the phone, thank you for calling dish network and I asked for my $100.00 gift card, they kept hanging up on me and I kept calling back and again I would ask for my gift card, this happened about 3-4 times and each time I would ask for my gift card and when I finally did get through the lady said I did qualify for the $1oo.oo gift card and because I went through so much trouble trying to get through to get signed up she was going to give me a $25.00 too and she gave me her extension number so if we got disconnected again that I could call back directly to her. they advertise the gift card if you ask for it when you call and sign up for dish and I did that and now they say all I qualify for is a $25.00 gift card! I think not! I want what was advertised and what was promised and if I can't get the gift cards, I will settle for nothing less than $125.00 in bill credits or I want to sue them for false advertising.

I asked for my $100.00 gift card, you probably reviewed one of the several calls I made since they kept hanging up on me and I kept having to call back. the one lady I talked to that gave me her extension number XXXXX and told me that I was eligible for the $100.00 gift card, plus she was giving m $25.00 gift card as a bonus since I had so much trouble getting this account set up. so no I don't think a $25.00 gift card is sufficient for what I went through. you owe me more and I don't want to wait until May.

I received both gift cards

I went online to look up *** network called the number to ask about a new service to be installed in November 2018. They identified themselves as *** network and I set up a instalation date. I thought I was dealing with *** network come to find out after the fact that it was a 3rd party sales office, which they did not identify themselves as. They charged me a $49.00 dollar fee for signing up and now I find out that *** network does not charge an installation fee. I feel deceived as they did not explain who they are or that the fee was for a 3rd Party Sales Company. After days of calling and complaining about being deceived they just keep referring me to other phone numbers. This is not transparent way of doing business and I was deceived!

I would like a refund and them to remove me from their database, my address, credit info and anything else they have on me. They are NOT part of *** network and I feel that people are being scammed. When you pull up *** on the internet their is no way for the consumer to know that you are getting a 3rd party sales company.

I really want a refund for being deceived and finding out after many phone calls that *** does not charge a fee.

However they failed to inform me initially (when I signed up with dish) of this special effort on my part ot time limit to receive the card nor did they respond to my mistakes or to my emails to them requesting clarification. in other words this is a scam designed to make it as difficult as possible to obtain the gift card before the time runs out and these are simply crooks.

I did my best to follow your instructions on the day I received this email I mailed all the information to you. I just checked and it still reads incomplete. Your company has made this process as difficult as possible I would love to see the percentage of people who were told they would receive this gift card that actually receive it.
No one ever responds to emails.
No one is responsible to get back to customers.
I don't remember you agent offering me a $100 gift card telling me I would have to jump through hoops to get it.
To me this is a scam. It is designed to make it as difficult as possible for customers to claim a reward that was promised for taking the action of signing up for dish.
I would love to see someone start a class action law suit to put a stop to this nonsense which particularly targets the elderly.

6/14/2018 I contacted dish to inquire about how much it would be to install. I informed the lady I was not sure and needed to discuss with husband. Of course to get a price I needed to be approved so I gave her all the information she needed. I did not realize she signed me up until I got a call about the appointment it install for 6/18 . I called on 6/24 to cancel that appointment the rep told me to think about it and call them back, I was given free installation etc... on 6/20/2018 I noticed that 49.99 was taken from my checking account on 6/19/2018 from infinity D 5703 /infinity Dish X-XXX-XXX-XXXX Fl XXXXXX region 1. I call the number on my bank draft because at this point I had nothing from dish and had not even agreed to it, and did not want it. I was told that I needed to contact another number and for 3 hours I was either on hold or given another number to call. After 8 different phone numbers I was finally told to call between 9 and 5 at XXXX-XXX-XXXX. I was told I would get a refund but it would take 3-5 days. I have not received my refund as of 6/22. I feel this money was stolen from me, since I never received any services. I also do not think I should have to wait for a refund, it should have been immediately returned to my account.

I would like to inform Revdex.com of the thief and I also seek a full refund with overdraft charge if my mortgage auto payment is remove before the refund goes through.

When I signed up for dish network the gentleman told me we would be getting a gift card for $150 for signing up. Today 6/22/18 I called them to inquire about the gift card. The representative stated that I was sent an email April 2018 and did not respond. I explained that no one told me to watch for an email about the gift card. The only email they said to watch for was about installation (that was in March 2018). With that amount of junk and scam it would have been deleted and not even opened. I only open emails from address that I am expecting. She stated it was my fault to I had 60 days to redeem it. I explained again that no one told me that. I stated that it was unfair and I should get the gift card. Her response was sorry but it was your responsibility. Again I was not given the information or I would have followed up.

Poor service and would not let me speak with supervisor.
Infinity Sales Group LLC has been involved in promotion and sales for DISH Network. After not receiving my $100 gift card as a new DISH customer, I called DISH Network and got referred to a customer sales person (#XXXXX) from Infinity Sales Group who ran the promotion. I had not received an email to sign up for the card. I was told by #XXXXX that the promotion ended at 60 days and it was too late. I felt that if I did receive the email, it was treated as Spam, and asked if they would resend. I was told no attempt to resend an email would be made. I asked to speak with a supervisor and it was out right denied. I let #XXXXX know that I would be making a complaint with DISH as it was my only recourse. She told me Infinity Sales Group was a separate entity (true) and seemed to imply I was wasting my time but I responded that DISH had a business relationship with them and that they should know. DISH network later confirmed they are a 3rd party vendor for DISH and they did care. I explained to DISH that Infinity Sales Group customer experience was not in line with the very good service I had got from DISH as an FYI. I decided to also write to Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

Infinity Sales Group should simply apologize and should also make it easier or automatic to get the gift card like other big companies. I automatically got a gift card from AT&T for choosing them as my ISP. It's seems like Infinity Sales Group wants the sale but they are hoping not to give out the gift cards.

The response was prompt, kind, and apologetic. They additionally re-offered the $100 dollar promotion that had passed. They also reported they will talk to the agent I spoke with about improving customer service.

Dish Network was installed 1/4/18. Per information when signing up I was to receive a $50 gift card.
Contacted Dish and Infinity Sales several times.
Contacted Dish and Infinity Sales on several occasions about gift card and each time was told it can take several months. Contacted them again this week and was informed that I had missed the 60 day cutoff. Never did receive an email.
Was informed that "nothing could be done".
To me this is false advertising. Should not be so difficult for a customer to get what is promised.

I have had trouble all day 5-4-2018 trying to get my $50 back.

XXX-XXX-XXXX FL took $50 out of my bank account supposedly for Dish Network. I do not have dish NETWORK. I do not know how they got my debit card number but I would like my money back. They do not have a number for me to call XXX-XXX-XXXX all I get is a busy signal. I need my money back it is for a bill.

My dad called to get a price for Dish, and they charged my Dad 49.99....I am on hold to talk to the 12th person to try to get my money back...They ripped off my Dad, he is 82 years old...They should be held accountable for this...I am disgusted and will make sure everyone I know how they treat people.....Thieves
