Buyers BEWARE,, My story is the exactly the same as the othersI ordered on line...I received no paperwork..Received a email noteing the item was coming from ChinaUnsuccessfuly..multiple phone calls and emails...no response...The items was deducted from my credit card on the 12th of DecI contacted my credit card yesterday and hopefully they will credit my money back HARD LESSON TO CLEANAlways check Revdex.com sccreditation before ordering

Not received my product Ordered two sets of toys from them on Nov 21st, payment was deducted from our account the next day, we received a tracking number, but it still says origin scan waiting in ChinaReached out to company [redacted] and he said typical delivery time is dayswell HELLO [redacted] we still don't have the items and can get no response from this company now, I would just like a refund

Terrible business, takes money, doesn't deliver product and doesn't respond to repeated attempts to contact

My mother in law was charged 12/7/for for a Christmas present for my year old son Her credit card was charged and the item never showed up, He will not communicate through email, phone calls, or Facebook I wish Revdex.com would do something about this before more people are taken advantage of

I ordered sets of walkie talkie watches for Christmas on 11/23/I spent $via my Visa debit card and it was taken out of my account on 11/24/I have yet to receive them and when I try to call, I can't get ahold of anyoneNow I am seeing comments on Facebook that this company is a scammerThe only emails I get in response is from *** All it says, is that we are looking into itThere is no order or model number associated with the itemThe cost is $for a pairCan you please help me?

This is the worst company everThey have no customer service and make it impossible to track items you have orderedThese were ordered days before Christmas and have not received one of themIt has ruined my Christmas!

I placed an order on 12/and was given an order number and a USPS ID number but the shipment never left the shipping location I have not received and reply on my request for shipping information

I placed an order on 12/2/for a Xmas gift I got a shipping notice on 12/12/ The order said shipped from China and that was pretty much it for several weeks until after Xmas I contacted the company twice with no help and delayed response both times Gift showed up on 12/29/a little late for my Grandson's Xmas gift

I wish I had researched this company before placing an order with them Ordered the walkie talkies in early December for Christmas and as of 1/12/still have not received the merchandise There have been no responses to my emails and I cannot find a contact phone number for them Doubt I would get anyone any way I should have known better than to order through someone like this without investigating the company first I do hope no one else gets taken by themAs like many of the other complaints, I was charged for the merchandise

Horrible business to buy fromMy order was placed in early December, I didnt receive a package until just a few days agoI tried multiple times to get in contact with this company by email and by phoneI just got a reply this morning to the email I sent on December 29thIt was a programmed emailAlso, this company says they are in FloridaMy package came from ChinaVERY poor serviceNO help at all

Horrible customer service! They don't notify you on delivery or when you will get your packageBe aware of jacked up prices also they don't tell you at first but in their terms and agreements they say that don't expect your package to be delivered about 30day after you ordered your productI will not ever go with this company again

I ordered an item from Outdoors Tactical on November 25th, I still don't have it I complained several times and after many weeks I got a response telling me my package was "lost" in transit I was offered a refund or new package, I asked for my refund, this was over a week ago and now they are ignoring me
