Purchased a Lumens Modes Headlight Head Lamp Xfor a total sale amount of $on OCTOBER 23, Order number XXXXXI have not receive the item I emailed them and told them I have NOT received the item I orderedThe confirmation email I sent was for something my husband order through a whole other company that must sell their products I sent him a copy of the very small package I received (it was compass ** my husbands name) Too small for these lights to be included Now they are totally ignoring me, they will not send me the product I paid for and orderedI have filed a complaint thru my credit card company also thank you for any assistance

Gave it one star since there is not an option for NONE Horrible company Should be put out of business I will certainly do more research before ordering online again from a company I do not know Have not been able to get a response from them After I emailed wanting a refund for items ordered weeks ago, I found my account was no longer any where to be found BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I saw this company on FacebookThey had item I wanted a handheld spotting scopeI placed my order and then after six days when I had not received any shipping information, I sent them an email They responded the next day, to my question as to how long shipping was going to takeThey told me they're shipping was to daysAfter about the 10th day I received shipping confirmation straight from ChinaNo information about how long shipping would take on their Facebook page for their catalog page which ever you would call it or that their stuff came straight from China never again

This company is just a store front for sales out of China I thought I was ordering from Florida The order goes to the Florida store front then forwarded to China for shipping from there You will notice NO negative reviews on any item them sell on their webpage as they will not publish them on line
