The company has not tried to contact meIt seems Infurn started in the U.Kand is now branching out to the
U.SThey have numerous complaints mostly from unhappy customers in multiple countries in Europe

Review: I ordered and paid for a chair in February 2013, with the understanding that it would take 12 weeks for delivery. I contacted the business in June and was assurred that the product would be delivered soon. I called again in July and was told that there was a shipping delay but I was certain to have my chair by mid August. I have attempted to call and leave messages on 5 occasions since mid August and no one has returned my calls. I either want my chair or I want full reimbursement.Desired Settlement: First I would like a return call to assure me that they have not gone out of business. Then I would like the truth about when and if I will get my chair delivered. I really would like the chair, but failing that, expect reimbursement.

As of writing 09/**/2013 pertaining to case #[redacted], we have spoken with [redacted] via telephone conversation ([redacted] made the phone call) and have come to an agreement as to refund her the full amount owed by check. This will be sent out tomorrow (09/**/2013), though we also investigated in to any possibility of replacing [redacted]'s order with in stock articles.

It appears that there was a severe communications breakdown internally on our side, where we failed to inform [redacted] of some issues that had arisen with her order, specifically, that the goods were sent to Europe instead of the US and would need to be replaced. We will open up an investigation as to how this could occur as well as taking this case as a study for how we can improve communication in the future.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience, lack of information and frustration caused throughout this case.

Review: On October [redacted] 2013 I paid Infurn USA LLC $995.72 for a set of 4 dining chairs, six months later they failed to deliver and kept stalling, finally cancelled the order on March ** 2014 and was told by Infurn's customer service that they will mail me a check within 30 days. The check never came and now their US phone number is no longer accepting calls.Desired Settlement: Need my money back.
