Review: I ordered an Eames Stool from this company approximately six months ago. Despite leaving several messages on their phone (they never answer) and sending several emails, I have no product (it says it never shipped on their website, and has no approximate ship date), no refund, and absolutely no response except automated email ones.Desired Settlement: All I want is a FULL refund. I have been very patient. I think perhaps they are going out of business but still accepting orders.

Review: I ordered two shelves from INFURN on 09/**/13 online for $333.66. I was informed that my shelves would not be shipped until 12/**/2013. The money was charged to my credit card at the time of purchase, a practice that is unusual for online purchases, which are usually charged when the item is available and ready to ship, especially if there is a long lead time as in this case. When 12/**came and went and no sign of my order was in sight, I was informed by INFURN that they would not be available until February 2014 (this is 6 months after I ordered and paid for them). I had become suspicious that these items did not really exist and that this company was just a front for taking people's money and then never shipping their items. I called them and cancelled my order, but was told that they only give refunds by check, which seemed suspicious. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge, since I did not believe "the check is in the mail" for one minute. A few weeks later, I did receive a check handwritten on what looked like a personal account. I didn't cancel my dispute because I had doubts that the check would clear, and I was right. I just found out the check bounced and now my bank has charged me a $12.00 returned item fee. I do not believe this is a legitimate business and I want to go on record about their shady business practices so others don't get duped. I know that I will be able to get my $333.66 back from my credit card company because I was able to dispute the charge during the 3-month window allowed, but ideally I would like to receive reimbursement for the returned check charge of $12.00. This is the least this company can do after all the hassle they have caused me.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like my $12.00 returned check charge of their supposed refund back, on my credit card not in the form of a check since their last one bounced. I also would like my experience with this company made public through the Revdex.com so that others don't get scammed like I did. I do not believe this is a legitimate business and I think they should be exposed at the very least and investigated if possible.

Review: ordered products totaling in excess of $430 USD via web site in Sept. 2013. the monies were taken from my bank account in Oct 2013. products delivered in December but not to spec ordered. alerted Infurn, who picked up the products (2 stools) nad told me they would remake to what was ordered and deliver late April, early May. checked customer site last week and this has shifted to late May/early June. have sent several emails to Infurn USA and not received a reply and then found via their web site, the US operation has closed down. have emailed the UK HQ and not receiving any response to my emails. checked online to see if other consumers had similar complaints and found a HUGE body of complaints about Infurn taking customer orders (and money) and not delivering the product - across the US and Europe. the web site is still up and operating and taking orders from US customers - don't know why Revdex.com has not shut this down yet.Desired Settlement: ideally I would like Infurn to manufacture the product and deliver before June **, 2014. if they cannot do this, I would like to issue me a refund for the amount they charged me.

Review: I've made an order for a set of furniture from infurn.com in March **, 2013. The expected delivery for the product was noted at that time to be May **, 2013. However, the items are still marked as not shipped, with no further updates on delivery time. I've written to Infurn through their online contact with no reply and no one was answering the phone listed. They have already charged $936.90 in March.Desired Settlement: I'd like to make sure the furniture get delivered in the next 2 weeks, or they provide a full refund of the purchase price.

I got a hold of someone from the furniture store, and they said that they have additional delay with the furniture and it won't be here until early to mid-july. I am tentatively ok with that. So I will mark this case resolved.

Review: Order a lamp Sept 2013. promised it takes 8 week to deliver. was not. Called no less than 20 times and finally got a hold of a lady who said she can ship a different one in stock within two weeks. Called in two weeks, nothing was shipped. I decided to cancel the order with a different girl name [redacted] around Dec/Jan. she agreed to cancel the order (have this in email writing) and said it would take no more than a week. Refund was not received. The customer service then started to get impossible to get a hold of from Jan to Apr of 2014. Call, no answer, leave voice mail, no call back, polite emails, no reply. Finally around Apr [redacted] I wrote a rather agitated email stating my frustration. May replied and promised to look into it. It's been almost another 3 weeks and several attempts from me to reach her and the company...no word or reply. I have tried every way I know how and could not get this issue resolved. None of the verbal agreements from the customer reps have been honored, either was the refund policy.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund check for the amount I'm owed + an explanation on why I was lied to repeatedly over the course of 7 months. Review: I ordered a dining room table in November with the promise of 10-12 week delivery window. The furniture was never delivered. They told me it would be another 10 - 12 weeks. I asked for my money back and they confirmed to me in writing that they would refund 100% as I never received what I paid for. But they have still not refunded the money. It has been over 2 weeks.Desired Settlement: I want a 100% refund as I never received the product I paid for.

Review: I received my table several months late and It was received damaged. I was able to contact [redacted] at infurn and he had me email him photos of the smashed table top. He then told me I would receive a new table top in 18 weeks. It's been months. When I called his direct number my call was answered by a woman who said he was in London and she would handle my case. She said I should be receiving my table top. Nothing. When I called his direct number back, it was disconnected. When I caled infurn's 800 number the line was busy. I emailed them and got a standard email back that someone would contact me about my case. No one has contacted me, returned calls, emails and no table. It seems that this company has a habit of this. My order # [redacted] my case # [redacted]Desired Settlement: After reading the reviews and complaints about them online and not being able to get a hold of them. I want them to refund my card for the whole amount of the table since the table is useless. And I know even if they say they will send me a new table top, they won't. Refund my card promptly since I have also read they do not refund even after they say they will. This company is horrible and yet their website is still up and they are still taking people's money. How is this possible or legal?

Review: I ordered a lamp (product #MCL-R* Ceiling lamp inspired by [redacted]) from Infurn on July *, 201*. Delivery was promised in September. I have contacted them by phone and e-mail numerous times. There is never a phone response and most of the e-mails are generated responses. I did receive one response via e-mail on December *, 201* that stated that my order would be delivered within 6 business days. It has not been and my follow up emails and calls have not been answered. I would like the immediate receipt of the product or an immediate refund in full of my money. I paid $240.6* for this product on my charge card. I would appreciate assistance with resolution of this problem with this company. They seem to have numerous complaints. Review: I ordered a chair on line from Infurn on November **, 2013. My American Express card was charged $160.13 on the same day. I have never received the chair and cannot reach anyone, either by email or phone, which I have tried numerous times. I have asked now that the order be cancelled and my Amex credited - NOTHING!!Desired Settlement: Either I want to know that the chair is on its way, or I want the order cancelled and a refund made to my credit card.

Review: I ordered dining room chairs (order number [redacted]) from infurn last September. Finally received them in December, but two of the chairs were badly damaged in delivery. I went through all the steps in reporting the damaged items and submitted my claim to INFURN. I recieved this reply from a [redacted] on December **, 2014, stating:

Good Morning [redacted],

Thank you very much for your response. I spoke with the claims department and the replacement chairs have been ordered and are scheduled for delivery with in 8 to 12 weeks. Because of the damage and the wait time in receiving the chairs you can keep the current chairs and if you would like can repair and or dispose of them as you please.

Review: I purchased a pair of chairs from Infurn July of 2013. Upon arriving months later in December 2013 I noticed they were shipped incorrectly. I spent many hours calling and emailing to get the proper return authorization and pick up. They were then FINALLY picked up in March 2014. I have the proper tracking information to show that they were delivered and received by Infurn on March [redacted] 2014.

I have made many attempts to contact them through email and phone but still cannot get through or get a response. It has now been 3 months that they have had the chairs.Desired Settlement: Refund for the amount paid for two chairs. $258.

Review: I ordered a chair from Infurn October 2013. They told me I would be recieving in February. When I called to find out the status they told me it was in their distributors warehouse in California and for some reason all deliveries were being held. They didn't know why it was being held and offered to cancel the order and refund my money. They wouldn't return the money to my credit card which was used for purchase. [redacted] and [redacted], who I spoke to , both said they changed their bank since the purchase which was why they couldn't refund my money that way. They sent me a check instead, which bounced. I had to pay a return check fee of $15.00. Still no chair or refund. I'm currently paying interest on my credit card for this purchase as well.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount of the chair plus the $15.00 return check fee.

Review: I ordered a lamp in May of 2013. Shipping was to take 8-10 wks. The first projected date of delivery was 8 weeks. At 8 wks it got pushed further to another 8wks. Infurn stated an issue with their shipping container provider. Next shipping date is Mid October. I logged on to check status of my order and received a notice of an additional delay because INFURN was not happy with the product so the return it in order to get me another one. As an incentive for my inconvenience, they offered me a credit of 10% off my next purchase. How can I take these guys seriously. I still haven't gotten my first order and now they offer me a discount to spend more money. [redacted] has a page which list Numerous complaints from this company from all over the world. If this Company is LEGIT. I just want my product or my money back. I am EXTREMELY DisaPPOINTED with this business and will NEVER order anything else EVER.Desired Settlement: I stated DELIVERY OF ORDER ASAP but If this business truly is a FRAUD, I WANT TO BE Re-imbursed.

As stated by [redacted], the reason for the initial delay was that the first production of goods did not pass our quality control checks and therefore had to be reproduced, as outlined in our terms & conditions as well as our delivery time frames.

We regret any inconvenience caused to [redacted] by this delay. We have been assured by our Logistics department that these goods will be delivered within the given time frame, though [redacted] is also entitled to a full refund should he wish to cancel. Review: I placed an order with INFURN (www.infurn.com) for furniture in March. They were supposed to be delivered over a week ago. When I tried calling or emailing, the contact page has been removed from the site and it now looks as though no new orders can be processed. I'm afraid the company has been a fraud all along.Desired Settlement: Refund my order and others in my situation.

I was informed that my order would be received in 8-12 weeks from the purchase date. When I didn't get my order after 12 weeks, I contacted INFURN and they informed me that it was going to be another 6 weeks. When I didn't get my order in 6 weeks, I contacted INFURN and they informed me that it was going to be another 6-8 weeks. I told them I couldn't wait any longer and requested a refund. I received the below e-mail from them promising my refund.

I did not receive my refund on 7/**/13 and therefore contacted them. Each time I contacted them they promised I was going to get my refund, but could not tell me when. Over the eight (8) times I contacted them after 7/**/13, I asked for someone to speak with on the phone, but they informed me that they could not provide me the supervisors name, phone number or any contact information from their finance dept. (I've even pleaded with them)

To date I have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the credit card I used to be credited in the amount of $957.60 immediately.

Review: I have contacted the company via email over 15 times and so far, no response. I have called the company and the phone is never answered. I have requested a refund and have still not received a response from the company. After searching customer reviews, I fear I have been scammed. There are 1000's of reviews from customers who too have experienced the same issue and have waited sometimes 10 months for a single response.Desired Settlement: I would like Infurn to cancel my order and refund the money to my bank account within 7-10 business days of receiving this request.

Review: After never receiving the furniture I paid for, $501.83. They said that they would issue a refund , which never happened.

They do not answer their phones or respond to emails. Yet I receive several email newsletters a day about their new products.

They have a sophisticated website that continues to lure people in who get victimized. There are countless reviews of people who have had the same experience. This is grand larceny and I cant believe their website is allowed to be up and running. [redacted] $501.83Desired Settlement: I just want my $501.83 returned as they said it would be.

The company has not tried to contact me. It seems Infurn started in the U.K. and is now branching out to the U.S. They have numerous complaints mostly from unhappy customers in multiple countries in Europe.

Review: We ordered chairs on July [redacted] knowing a 8-12 week lead time was in place. Its been 21 weeks and chairs still have not been delivered. FINALLY spoke to [redacted] today and he told me the same thing he did 3 weeks ago stating the chairs were in the distribution center and would be another 3 weeks. At this time we do not want them and requested the order be cancelled. He said the account would be refunded within 14 days, but after seeing reviews people are still waiting. We can get chairs with the same so called quality somewhere else that is legit. My credit card company about this issue. Review: Product GE-290 was ordered in Nov, 2013 and paid in-full. Product was to be delivered in Jan2014 and it was not. On **Jan2014, I called the company and was told the product "missed the last shipment", and would now ship in March, 2014 and arrive in early April, 2014 (I spoke with a woman, but did not get her name). Company complied with their own policy of refunding 10% of purchase price for late/missed delivery. The 10% late/missed refund was received by me via USPS **Feb2014. No further contact has been received from the company and no product has been delivered.

Beginning the end of March, I have repeatedly sent e-mails to the company and tried to call them on both their order and customer service numbers, requesting an update of the order status, shipping and delivery dates. No e-mails have been replied to (they say they'll respond within 48 hrs). I was able to leave one voice-mail and it was not responded to. The last several days that I've tried to call them, their phone numbers are either busy, "unavailable", or most recently, simply don't function. I last sent an e-mail two days ago and advised them to respond, or I would file a formal complaint against them (this action). I also attempted to check my account status via a link and password previously supplied by the company - the response by their website was that the account/password was "invalid".

Again, I had no communication from the company since the refund mailed in Feb, 2014, despite numerous attempts to resolve the non-delivery of my order.Desired Settlement: I want a PROMPT refund of the balance of the monies paid by me (the other 90%, or $934.10), credited to my credit card account, and a cancellation of the order.

I do not wish to conduct any further business with this company.
