I'm also extremely impressed with how my concerns were taken care of without question and look forward to doing business with you in the future It's not often that a company addresses a customs concerns with such tenacity and I appreciate what [redacted] dedication.I would recommend doing business with the IPAC Mazda service center as my experience has been nothing but positive once the dealership understood my concern [redacted] went out of his way to assure me they'd take care of the issue without hesitation even providing a loaner car for the inconvenience I'm truly impressed with their response Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with I Pac response, because my Salesman should have informed me that I was upside down, and each time that put me in another car, they wan [redacted] to to make down payments on theses cars, I totally disagree with there response to this action when I spoke to [redacted] regarding this issue he had agreed with me, no one in there right mind would pay over $ for a Nissan Altima, I would have never driven off there lot in a $ car, I feel high [redacted] took advantage of me, because I was a female, he tried to sell me two cars at one time, they sold me a SUV and it was faulty reading, service department fixed the issue and it came back and I paid $ down payment, I paid a total of $ down payment on all these cars and I want my money back, I do not want this car repor [redacted] to the credit bureaus as a repossession on my credit report, I disagree with I Pac decision 110% , I will fight this ever step of the way, [redacted] and [redacted] never once told me I was upside down on these SUV's, so I Pac need to fix this problem, I have a witness [redacted] or [redacted] never once informed me that I was upside down, [redacted] is my witness he was there when [redacted] and [redacted] sold me the 2nd Gold SUV, service found a problem in that car, and [redacted] got me out of it and put me in the last blue SUV, I was taken advantage of because I am a female, I disagree with I-Pac on this matter, Thank You [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I have made contact with Mr [redacted] After speaking with him in great lengths about the service that he was provided, we have come to a resolution We are refunding him $for the confusion, and not honoring his couponsAlso, I have coached our staff on how to handle these types of situations The customer is happy with the resolution, and will continue to do business with our organization

Ingram Park Auto Center - IPAC-Nissan clearly posts signs asking our customers to remove personal belongings when leaving or waiting on their vehicles in our service departmentWe cannot be responsible for missing itemsIn good faith and because we appreciate all customers allowing us to service
their vehicles, we will issue a $credit to be used in our shop towards their next repair or maintenance

Ingram Park reached out to Mr*** in good faith and offered him $dollars or a credit towards services performed at our dealership for the items he claims were stolen from his vehicleAttached is a copy of the repair Order signed by Mr*** acknowledging we are not responsible for any personal items left in his vehicleWe are unable to come to a resolution at this time

Complaint: ***Good afternoon to all: I am unable to open the attachment in reference to Mr***'s responseAt this
time I am unable to accept the agreement. Mr*** has contacted us and is trying to assist us with a trawith traassistance from Nissan Corporate officeDue to the delay, we will be out $6,It is not our fault this vehicle had a defect and needed a new motor (block) installed. I repeatedly stressed by concern, did not want this vehicle and they gave us no choice This is a major repair and our Trade In Value is depreciating everyday the longer they have us waitThis vehicle is my only means of transportation and the longer they prolong the matter, I have no choice but to drive the vehicle, meantime this means more mileage. This means I have to be dependent upon family members and friends to be on stand by in case I am left stranded againI have lost all Confidence and feel so Unsafe in this vehicle. We do not have anything written in stone that we are going to be able to obtain a new exact vehicleAs of yet, there is no guarantee. As soon as they call us and tell us to go in to sign new paperwork and is to our agreement I will definitely advise you as soon as possible. I have beeen contacted by one of IPACS employees. I was told in email they are now processing my 5th request dated SEPT 16th ( why did it take so long? ) and I will receive a check refund
Awaiting this check before closing this complaint, from past experience ( months of lies ) I am not optimistic this will be taken care of from IPAC.
All communications to be in writting only for my records
I have also filed a business with the Air Force Judge Advocate

Hello everyone, I purchased a new 2018 Nissan Titan I love this vehicle, however the finance side really knows how to do you very wrong. I was called back into iPac the next day after purchase. I was told all was ok I just have to resign the portion with the months on it. I was told the number of months I have to pay was put in system wrong. That was all it was no your rate changed or monthly amount went up. All was said the months were typed in wrong and that was the only issue. 2 weeks later I received a bill and it went up a extra hundred dollars. They really pulled one over on me. All they had to say was this changed everything.
