We have spoken with the customer and multiple items have been addressed since closingThe superintendent for the home has even done additional work above and beyond typical warranty work at this pointThere is an outstanding window issue which we have received the wrong size for, and now most recently received a window without the correct grid patternWe should have the correct window in the very near future and will have that fixed as well, and we do apologize for the lengthier time that it's taken to get this last issue addressed

REBUTTAL: The addendum that WRH refers to in their response does not resolve the issue of this complaintWRH continues to refuse to honor our right to terminate the contract per Addendum U which states that the purchaser has the right to terminate the agreement if the seller does not have permits by August 13thWRH submitted the permit application after this date, on August 20thEven though we are entitled to a full refund of our earnest deposit, we have made a good faith offer to WRH to allow them to deduct the actual costs of the permits that have been paid to date, but they continue to refuse to honor the contract and threaten to withhold our entire deposit if we terminate nowPlease see attached correspondence for additional details
The land has not yet been excavated and it would be everyone’s best interest of time and money to resolve this issue and grant the invocation request to terminate the agreement per Addendum U and return the deposit to us

We are working through all outstanding warranty claims in this community as fast as is humanly possibleThe new Management team that WRH Wisconsin put in place recognizes the failings of past management and will absolutely respond to, and rectify, all outstanding servicethis gentleman will be
visited by a team member within days and work will be scheduled for completion within days of that visitthank you

I appreciate the response but it is vague and not enough. I have heard this before and like to see some firm commitmentsI have seen a pattern where warranty person shows up and go through the each item, when asked for completion date it had never been provided and these pending items are dragged forever. In last two years, I have dealt with more than warranty persons and nothing has been accomplished except waste of time.I want to see some sort of plan with dates as how each item will be taken care of

I have been living with a cracked front window for over a year and still do not have even a date to expect the work doneI received a phone call saying that the company cannot find contractors to do the work on our home, and yet they are lined up and down the block across the street as they work on the new buildsWilliam Ryan is currently breaking their contract which states that warranty work on the home be done at months after closingI am currently in the process of finding a real estate attorney who can help me put additional pressure on this company to hold up their end of the bargainIt would obviously be preferable that it not come to that. Prior management at WRH had absolutely neglected the items on the ***'s listHowever the new team put in place to return WRH Wisconsin to the excellent level of it's National counterparts has moved this process along as quickly as scheduling subcontractors will allowWe are puzzled by this
complaint however, as after completely understanding the frustration the ***'s had with the whole process before, we just visited their house three weeks ago to assess the situation, then worked hard to get all of their work scheduled for nest Tuesday, march 21stthis was communicated to them yesterday monday march 13th, and still a day later they file this claimWe are taking care of itthanks

New management at WRH has been at Mr***'s home within the last weeks to go over items neglected by prior Warranty team, and every effort is being made to schedule subcontractors to attend to his outstanding itemsThis process has moved much more efficiently than in past and all outstanding
issues will be resolved soon

As the complaint mentions, we've had some challenges with personnel recently including having had a superintendent pass awayWe are doing our best in the interim, and will have much better ability to catch back up once we're back to fully staffed, which is a top priority within the division
