I was never told I would be charged after I received the trial. I am allergic to fish and the product made me ill. I would like a fuill refund. There is no information on the order to contact this company and now I have been billed 128$ for something I can't even use.

I fell for the advertising of the Keto Formula, supposedly endorsed by *** and *** for weight loss. Order placed on July 6, 2020 for a free 14 day trial with shipping of $4.99. A few days later I received a *** selling phone call re other products which would help me in a weight loss program, which I said NO to. I was billed $14.29 for shipping on my charge card.
A few weeks later I received the Keto Formula along with Clean Formula which I did not order and did not want.
I then got an email from *** saying they were sorry for the delay in the parcel and I could choose from free gifts, some were Keto products. It had the official *** logo but *** does not do this so deleted it.
I see on my August charge card billing that I am being billed for $129.64 for Smart Clean which I did not order and for $21.33 which I also did not order, Natures Nutrition.
I called Customer Service for Ingredient Science and was told that after 14 free trial I would be charged for the Keto Formula. They had no answer for why I was sent and charged for the other 2 products. I called July 27, 2020.
I cancelled all further shipments of their products and was told that I will receive a 50% refund and that it may take up to 4 days for the bank to post the refund to my charge account. They said I could keep the 2 bottles but I will mail them back.

I ordered a sample of Keto Formula (trial) and paid $7.11 for the sample and $7.18 for shipping. I was charged two additional amounts three weeks later $125.44 and $129.64.
The order website and the order confirmation e-mail I received do not mention any additional charges or continuation of purchase.
This is a bad sales practice and I would like to receive my money back.
I am not interested in continuing with the product purchase, never agreed to receive more samples and am disturbed that my credit card was charged without my consent.

This happens July 27,2020, time was around 4:00pm. Ingredient company offers for free trial of keto product and pay for the delivery charge of $4.95 only, but when I click the link its automatically add product to complete the order that I don't want to order additional product just try the free trial keto product then I check my bank account I was charged $2.83,$49.16,$7.18 and $7.11 total of CA$66.28. The product not arrived yet, I just place order yesterday, and I just want to cancel my order since it's not yet delivered. I hope you can help me for this matter. Thanks

I ordered what I thought was oprah's diet pills.then I recieved my credit card statement and I was charged American price and also paid for a magazine I never heard about. I did recieve 2 bottles of pills no magazine and the numbers for the company I have is no good cancelled credit card . Recieved pills today they come from Downviews On. ***
I'm not sure what they sent me and can't talk to anyone.

Actually I ordered 2 supplements from the website (Order Date: 06/29 4:08pm). The names were IS Keto and it came with *** Labs. The total cost was $14.29. A few weeks later I was charged $129.64 from *** and $125.44 from ***. I only wanted to pay for the supplements once and I dont know why I was charged over $200 in total without getting an email. I am requesting for a refund.

I ordered Ingredient Science keto trial online from. June 27 2020 and I received confirmation of my order June 28, 2020. I have not received the product till now . Firstly, I noticed that I was billed twice when I order just for one product. To my amazement I received another deduction from my account of $130 dollar. All effort to reach the company has proved abortive. The ad stated that it was a free trial and said nothing of a subscription.There is nothing in the email about a contract and the only charges showing are for shipping.

On June 1st, I ordered the fee trial of Keto Formula and also added de Clean Formula. The trial was supposed to be the cost of the email I received. I knew that my free trial period was ending on June 27, but never was I told I was going to be charged the free trial bottles! I got a charge on my credit card of 129, 64$ on July 3rd. I called this day to inquire about it as I thought it was for other bottles coming, but I have nothing coming, this was for the free trial bottles. I cancelled everything right away, anyway, their products don't even work. I would like to get the FREE trial bottles reimbursed.

I placed an order online for the free trial, I knew that this was a subscription once the 14 days trial was over, not a big deal to me! However, a day later I received a call from their customer service selling me the entire kit, they said that "The Keto Formula works best if used with the rest of the kit, and that this is how people online are losing all that weight" so, like an it, I believed him. So, I purchased the entire kit! I paid $118 in total for the this new addition to my order, only to not receive it, I placed my order on Jun 30th and was told that they would allow for 3 days delivery and that my trial would begin once I receive the package for the Keto Formula - I received the package on the 6th of July, but did not receive the extra purchase! my mail man delivered only the Keto Formula - I waited a few days thinking that it would come in a separate order..... Did not happen! I called them on Jul 13th to cancel my order and to cancel my subscription, and during my conversation with the Customer Service Rep, she tells me that my order was delivered, I told her that only 1 item was delivered to me and the others weren't! She did not believe me and told me that they would only refund me 25% of my $118! *** I asked to speak to a Manager, she place me on hold and said that she can refund me 40% I told her no, I want 100% refund for a product I did not receive, she refused! WHILE on the phone with her, I received a message from my credit cart company saying that there was a $169 charge just applied from Ingredient Science! I was like wait a minute, you guys just charged my card, she placed me on hold again and when she returned, she told me that my 14 days trial was over! How can it be? I received the order on the 6th of July and I called on the 13th, so that's not 14 days! They knew I was cancelling and decided to charge my card! I told them I want them to put that money back into my card, she said they could only give me 50% back!

Sales representative gives false information upon asking if you want the free trial. They have clearly said that we only have to pay for the shipping and we get to keep the bottle, no further charge will be applied long as we call the customer service to cancel. Now, upon calling customer service to cancel, they have told me that I would have to pay for the bottle since I only paid for shipping which was $2 something or return the bottle and pay for the shipping. You call it FREE TRIAL for a reason. ***

Also, guy on customer service seems to be so used to talking to people who are upset with this kind of *** that they offer, *** and was not hearing me properly.

I tried a free trial of this product ingredient science keto pills, received my pills then after 2 weeks they charge me $129.64 to my credit card .I had just recieved the pills and not opened yet,and I want to return their bottles because I haven't open it yet.Thank you for your help.

I took their free trial keto formula, the delivery charge is $4 but charged me $14 about 3 weeks ago...then today I see a charge of $129...I clearly said I want any subscription...why did they charged me? they don't have any valid web page where I can contact...I want my refund of $129

. They add stuff to your "free trial" and bill you and then try to get you try accept a reduced charge for the free 14 day trial when order said a free 30 day trial was offered. Also you are signed up for auto renewal at full price until you cancel and your free trial doesn't arrive until after the first renewal charge is processed and the "renewal bottles" have been "sent".

like everyone else I tried a free trial of this product ingredient science keto pills, recieved my pills then right away a charge of 125.80 was taken off my credit card. So, I tried several times to call the number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, but nobody answers ne. This is a free was said in the advertising. I was charged for 3 times and I can't pay for that. This medicine was so terrible I feel a lot of headaches. Now I have two of them and I need my money back on my card. I'm feeling sad about this situation.

I orded 2 products, May 30, 2020 online before I realized it was an ongoing subscription. I then called June 09,2020 and cancelled my order and received a RMA number and he insured me after 10 minutes that I would not be charged for any future purchases and I had 21 days to return the item. He tried offering me numerous variations of paying and I wasn't confident that it was actually cancelled as he tried various tactics to get me to keep the product. I got off the phone and called and cancelled my credit card, which was a vaery smart move. Here are the transaction records of them trying to take $ from me;

I had to pay to send it back and had a tracking number and they received the product back last Friday and yet are still trying to take $ from me!

I purchased a free trial of pills for $14.29CAD on June 5th which was charged from "***" haven't received the order but I saw a charge on my credit card today, June 23 for $129.64 from "***". I want a refund of these as I did not sign up for anything at all. Order No. is

I have order 2 of their Keto pills online on May 20/2020 and they CLEARY stated that these are trial pills and you only have to pay shipping fee which $14.29 CAD. No where on their site did it mention they would charge you future fees or send you more bottles. On June 7th/2020 the company charged me $129.64 CAD and on June 8th/2020 they charged me $125.44 CAD without my permission or knowledge and there is no email notification of the charge the made on their end. I did not order anything else from them since the May 20/2020 purchase of $14.29 CAD. I tried call their X-XXX-XXX-XXXX customer cr and it is not in service. I also tried emailing them and came back with failed mailed delivery. I would like a refund asap for the total of $255.08 and delete my credit card on file.

I called them to stop the payments so they did but they will not give my money back cause since I stopped the payments they closed my account and won't refund my money. The pills don't work

Their advertisement is so misleading. I purchased this Keto Ingredient Science Formula only because, according to their advertisement, they were offering this trail bottle free of charge and only asking for shipping charges of around $4.90. However, they took around $7 from my credit card because that shipping charges was in USD which was not disclosed to me anywhere when I was finalizing the order which means I ONLY GAVE CONSENT TO TAKE $4.90 FROM MY CARD ***. Secondly, when I was buying the Keto formula, I did not even give consent to charge my card for *** clean formula pills but their site somehow tricked me into buying it and I ended up having another charge of around CAD $7 on my credit card but that was also free trail and my credit card only got charged for shipping so I did not bother to call to cancel it. But it went too far when I got my package and I found this notice inside which says that it is not even an actually free trial bottle. It is 14 days risk free trial which means I have to call them within 14 days if I feel that the product is not working for me and have to return it paying the return shipping cost out of my own pocket which is ridiculous because they did not state this anywhere either when I placed the order. Why would I pay for the return shipping cost when the product even does not work for me and what's the point of free trial bottle when I am paying for return cost of something which does not even work. And if I do not return it then they will charge my card for the full price which is around USD$130. *** Because If it really works the way they claim it does then I will definitely buy the second bottle myself and pay USD $130 but if it does not work then why would I return it on my own cost to avoid having my credit card being charged for full price for something which was offered to me as a FREE trail bottle in the first place. Same thing with the *** clean formula pills. I called them and they said it does not end here, actually If I do not call them back within that 14days period to cancel they will start charging my card on monthly basis which is again something I did not sign up for.
First they made me think that I am buying a free trial bottle and just paying $4.90 for shipping but it turned out to be $7 and then they charged another $7 which I even do not know when I made the purchase for that product and I still said it is fine but it did not stop there now they are expecting me to pay return shipping charges if their product does not work otherwise they will charge my card for USD$130 and will continue to charge it every month.
I AM NOT EVEN OPENING THEIR BOTTLES NOW, THEY CAN HAVE THEIR PRODUCT BACK BUT I AM NOT PAYING ANY RETURN COST AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT THEY HAVE DECEITFULLY TAKEN FROM ME.

Hello, I ordered a free sample of two of their products totalling $14.29. My credit card has now been charged $255.08. When ordering the product it does not indicate that it renews and it does not state anywhere that I would be getting more than the one "trial" amount and I would have to pay for that. I only want to pay the amount that was indicated on the invoice sent to me.I am unable to even locate contact information for this company. I am extremely disappointed in their conduct.
