I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me.? It is satisfactory insofar as the roofing system installed on July 15, is now documented under Platinum warranty.? ? ? What has yet to be resolved is resolution of any covert mold/mildew due to rainwater seepage at drywall/ceiling, as well as apologies to me that are in order.? Regards, [redacted] ***
