Inland Empire Industrial Supplies has been supplying high quality name brand products with superior warranties...

for over 20 years. We conduct the majority of our business by phone sales which are business to business only, and we have thousands of satisfied customers.
We have a very thorough verification procedure, which specifies every detail of the order; items, price, billing terms, and shipping details. This procedure is mandatory for all orders we process. [redacted] personally verified this order on March 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm by our verifier [redacted], and he agreed to all conditions of the sale during this call.
Despite the fact that his account was delinquent, we went against our policy and issued [redacted] a prepaid UPS return label for him to return our tools, at no charge to him. We have been in contact with [redacted] and he has guaranteed to return the product, as agreed, and we will accept the unused product for a full credit to his account.

Bradstreet. [redacted] has a registered business (farm/ranch) listed, and that is how we obtained his information. We agree with the do not call programs and respect them in their entirety, but "The National Do Not Call Registry" does not pertain to business to business relations.
We have a very thorough verification procedure, which specifies every detail of the order; items, price, billing terms, as well as shipping and return details. This procedure is mandatory for all orders we process. Despite [redacted]'s claim of not authorizing this order, he in fact, personally verified this order on 4/22/14 @ 2:20pm with our verifier [redacted]. [redacted] agreed to all conditions of the sale during this call.
Even though Mr. [redacted] account was delinquent, we went against our policy and issued a prepaid UPS return label on 8/6/14. [redacted] stated he wouldn't take it to a UPS location, so we elected to pay for a UPS pick-up from his home! Some weeks after we issued the prepaid pickup, and again did not receive our tools, we contacted him and he then stated he needs a box now too! As of today, we still have not received the merchandise, we will not pay to send him a box, we have already gone above and beyond due diligence to assist this customer in returning! I believe [redacted] never intended to pay for or to return our tools!
Please understand we have many safeguards to protect customer rights:

As far as the box goes, any and all gun manufactures will send you a box on request for returning a product for service as will all computer companies as well as most reputable businesses. They have not addressed the incredibly poor quality of the tools as compared to US made tools with a lifetime warranty these are supposed to have. Nor have they addressed the fact that I have been billed for $304.00, the tools are reported as a charge off for $400.00 but only worth approx. $30.00. I am a retired rancher and have been for at least 5 years and I was called at home at approx. 8:00 PM on all occasions. Not Business hours. Total lying FRAUDS>

His order was shipped out March 22nd and despite
[redacted]'s claim of non-receipt, the attachment confirms that tracking number
was delivered on March 26th to the address he
specified during verification(Please see proof of delivery and order page
attached.)
