AHD is a great company, The vinyl replacement windows are the best on the market. The Attic E-Shield insulation product looks and performs fantastically. Their workman called and arrived on time and introduced themselves. They showed us the product and started to work installing them. They demonstrated how the windows worked and did a marvelous job in cleaning, as they worked and at completion. They hauled off all of the trash. They were very professional and polite in very thing they did. Any time I had a question for sales, customer service or finance everyone was most helpful. So far this is my 3rd product with you all. I am very pleased with all the contacts that I've encounterd with the employees. Every time I have been in the showroom or someone has come out, I haven't felt pressured. I was very impresses that the person that helped me in the showroom remembered my name from the last time I was in. I felt welcomed & appreciated.
When Brian from American Home Design called me to set installation he gave a week advance notice. Gave me the date and told me how long it should take. He reassured me that they would take care of us and for us to review the work with Jon P. Jon did a walk thru with me and that is what I expected. I like that if we have an issue they will come back. I have referred American Home Design to friends before.
The service from the beginning to the installation was outstanding. Communication was great as well. I am very satisfied with the product. Their was some delay with a couple of parts that needed to be ordered. One of the parts was for the drain plug. Once the necessary part was ordered the install was completed in one day as advertised. However, a second part was needed for the bathtub plug. There was a long delay in getting this part to me. There was communication during this time but it longer than I expected. I did not have any problems using the product during this time. This product is also more expensive than I anticipated it would be but I am very pleased with it.
American Home Design offers exceptionally good products and services for a reasonable price and they stand behind all that they do. You can't do any better than that.
Had a walk in shower installed because of my back problem. I feel so much safer taking a shower now. We needed to do this for safety reason and it has meet the standard! We would highly recommend them !
