The installation team arrived around 9:30 A.M., installed all of the windows, replaced furniture that had to be moved, rehung all the blinds and drapes, completely cleaned up afterwards and were backing out of the driveway by 2:30 P.M. What more can you ask for? American Home Design should be very proud of them.
A few years ago we purchased new windows from your company and we absolutely love our windows. They are soooooooo awesome! I don't even mind cleaning them, it is so easy. A couple times we have used your customer service department. Karen has helped each time and the customer service IS beyond excellent. I love your company and for any upgrades we do to our home in the future, it will be with your company if possible.

We did a Jaccuzi walk in tub and we love it. They guys did a great job installing it. It looks great and looks as elegant as the brochure. My wife finds it much safer and enjoys the features.
We had a walk in shower installed due to safety reasons. My daughter had a stroke and 2 kidney transplants. This has made her and we as parents a lot more comfortable. She is really enjoying this. She no longer fears bathing.
I was most satisfied with all areas because American Home Design did everything as they said they would. They did a great job, and as a matter of fact we're having them put in a shower right now.

We had our windows installed by AHD. They have cut down the price on our electric bill & cut down on the noise.also, we noticed in the middle of winter, I touched the window from the inside& the window was room temp. On the outside, it had ice on it. So therefore, no coldness was coming through.
After losing my leg, I was unable to use my old shower. I was having to use a basin while sitting in my wheelchair, so therefore I didn't feel as clean as I would have liked to be. Being able to actually take a a good hot shower was soothing to my body, while relaxing sore muscles, and I felt so much better after being able to cleanse my body.
I was having trouble getting into my old tub for fear of slipping...I got a new walk-in tub. The handheld shower wand works great...the tub is perfect. The installers were great....it was complicated but they got it done in one day!

Love our room and new vinyl windows. Few issues with fit and re-work, but end result is nice. Crew was definitely committed to doing a quality job!
