analytics to Nike based on those survey responses. On February 2, 2018, the individual who submitted the complaint encountered an error while completing a Nike survey and contacted the InMoment customer response team. InMoment quickly fixed the error, but upon further research it was discovered that this individual had already completed 2 surveys in the past 7 days and would not be eligible for another gift card since they exceeded the household limit established by Nike. This individual claims that the limit was not advertised or mentioned, but it is listed in bold on the Nike survey website. Since InMoment cannot change the limits established by Nike, InMoment provided the individual with Nike’s direct contact information for further assistance. InMoment’s customer response team was courteous and professional with this individual during each interaction. We know this to be true because InMoment documents all of its interactions with customers. Since February 2, 2018, InMoment has discovered that not only was this individual aware of the gift card limits established by Nike at the time of their complaint, but they also have a prior history of actively trying to bypass Nike’s requirements by using at least 14 different email addresses to complete Nike surveys. This individual has been placed on a watchlist for their fraudulent behavior. We are disappointed that they have filed a complaint against our company, but we appreciate the opportunity to respond and set the record straight. Please contact us if you have any questions.
