As was previously stated, there is NO Difference in a renewal and new passport, Every passport is a new passport with new biometricsInnovateServices, Inccontracts with the *** Government as a payment processor for the application fee, we are not the Embassy. The fee for passports are clearly stated on the *** siteThe Embassy processing fee which is the same for a passport or a *** and is also stated on the Embassies web sitesInnovateServices, Incis only involved in the payment processAny other information a applicant should verify with the embassyIf a call center staff gave you information for processing a ***, I apologizeI have looked for your original email and it is not in our systemI see emails from Sept 3, 9, I have not seen any responses that state the Embassy charges $for a renewal. The Innovatesite has a NIS approved application processing fee of $65.00(for this applicants' age group) and the NIS has added a $service fee for passportsThe $processing fee goes to the embassy of processingThe Innovatesite is not the embassy and is not responsible for how the embassy conducts its businessAs soon as the applicant goes to *** and processes a new application and pays for it we can refund for the first application fee as per the refund policyWe have no issue granting a refund if it follows the posted refund policyBest Regards

Any other information a applicant should verify with the embassy. If a call center staff gave you information for processing a [redacted], I apologize. I have looked for your original email and it is not in our system. I see emails from Sept 3, 9, 10. I have not seen any responses that state the Embassy charges $30.00 for a renewal.  The Innovate1 site has a NIS approved  application processing fee of $65.00(for this applicants' age group) and the NIS has added a $12.00 service fee for passports. The $30.00 processing fee goes to the embassy of processing. Dear [redacted]It is very sad that the only way for me to receive a response from Innovate 1 Services is by filing a complaint against the company.For the past couple of months I have received the poorest customer service I have ever received from any company. If I had to add the money spent over the phone trying to get this issue sorted, my refund would probably come up to around $200.This being said, I have already mentioned that I have already contacted my bank, provided them with the referral ID (which is of no use to them) and they have looked at all transactions between November and January (so bit just around beginning of Decemeber) and there is nothing credited to my account. I was asked to provide bank statements to prove this, and I have, but did not receive any response.Moreover, the date you mention the refund was processed in is not the same date I was first told that the refund was processed.I have an e-mail stating that my refund was processed on the 5th December, reversal ID [redacted]he reversal ID provided by you now, as well as the refund day, are different. This sounds all a bit odd to me.My bank has confirmed that no money has ever been credited on either of the days. Please refer, once again, to my bank statements sent the other day for proof of this. I believe it is up to you to get in touch with your bank and query this and find out what the problem with this transfer is, and make sure that the money does end up being credited.

Complaint Information: Hello, Please let me explain the process of receiving a new passport: There is NO difference between applying for a new passport or replacing a passport that is expiring. As per the NIS: E-PASSPORTS MAY NOT BE RENEWED OR EXTENDED, ONCE EXPIRED, YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR A NEW...

PASSPORT. After the application is completed and paid for, a receipt is sent to the email that the Applicant used to log on to [redacted].com On that receipt is an interview date at the Embassy that the Applicants specified. A copy of which the Embassy may verify from their site. An Interview is required in order to obtain the applicants biometrics. As per Embassy site: Photographs are not required as these will be taken at the Consulate on the interview date. Every applicant must appear in person at the Consulate for finger and thumb printing necessary to produce the E-passport The embassy itself has a processing fee which is $30.00 payable to the "Consulate General". The fees for all services are listed on the [redacted].com site under "Support" The Embassy processing fee is clearly stated on the [redacted] consulate website under "Travel; application fees or passport" If the applicant has in fact gone to [redacted] and applied and paid for another application, he should email [redacted] with the application ID to be refunded and the new ID that was paid for in [redacted].
