When client signed up for our services she was told that there would be a monthly charge of $but that she could cancel at anytime as there is no contractThe email states: "You will also receive to the most up-to-date applications through the 'New Application' section of the New-USA-Funding site for the next days and you will continue to receive updates thereafter for the monthly amount of In addition to the New Applications, you will receive live teleconferences each week with a grant expert! REMEMBER, if you don't get accepted for a grant, you will be refunded immediatelyJust provide us with the application you applied for and the response letter from the grantor." As you can see, it does impy she will be billedIt also states our refund policyWe went over this numerous times with client but she wanted a refund based on the fact that she "misunderstood" Had she contacted us the week of the charge we may have been able to issue some form of refund however it has now been over weeksShe still has access to our services until 2/7/We suggested to her that she apply for funding and let us know if and when she is turned down so we could refund herWe also told her we would pull the registration phone callShe refused to listen to us and did not care about the callShe repeatedly called us for hours even though we told her we would call by end of day with the recordingClient was not willing to cooperate with usWe will not be issuing a refund unless she goes through the refund policy.Customer Support Management

This client opted into the recurring charge when he clicked the box that said "I Agree." I strongly feel this company took advantage of my son and overly charged us Regards,

Client contacted us for the first time on 7/8/and was told what the charges wereOur representative gave her our comapny information per her request and client never asked to cancel account at that timeHowever, client did dispute the charges with the bank shortly thereafter on 8/3/She and a bank rep called us again on 9/11/asking to be refunded however our rep explained that we could not refund any charges because she had already disputed the chargesWe have faxed a copy of what she agreed to originally to the bank rep [redacted] (Chase Bank [redacted] )It states " Funding Application Research ServiceNew USA Funding provides Members an option to ofor a Funding Application Research ServiceThis service is completely optional and offered to clients after they purchaseWhen they user opfor this service, our research team will research new funding opportunities on the internet as they become available and offer them in one place on the site for them to review the ones that they potentially could qualify for if they meet the funders criteriaBy agreeing to this service, the user agrees to a membership fee of $per month which is waived for the first daysIf the client does not cancel the service, they will be charged $each month for this ongoing serviceThey can cancel at anytime by calling our toll free number [redacted] or by emailing us using our online form on our contact us page."Client was sent an email monthlydays before each charge to [redacted] It was also posted on her bank statementsWe have no control over clients accessing their emails or their monthly bank statementsHad the client done so to begin with, she would have see she was being chargedShe did use the services on 2/21/and 9/28/Had client not disputed charges, we would have been more than happy to negotiate some type of refund with herOur company is not in the habit to "scam" people out of their moneyWe offer a service to our clients and most clients are happy with our serviceThey are also aware of the terms and conditionsWe have no control over clients who do not read terms before checking boxes that say they agree to the termsWe are sorry client feels the way she does, however, all she had to do was call us at anytime

We have cancelled the account so there is no future charges and have refunded the $29.95, and should expect to see that in 3-business daysWe were not aware the customer was having issues contacting us

We have looked over your account and find that there is sufficient information proving you were told about the monthly chargeThis was stated to you when you signed up and it is evident in the confirmation email as wellThere was also an additional email that was sent on 1/6/reminding you that there would be a charge which had our information in case you wanted to cancelIt has been over weeks since the chargeWe are willing to meet you halfway and offer you $however, if you want a full refund you will need to go through our refund policy which states you must apply to a grant and be denied and then prove you were denied (denail letter from grantor must be sent to us)If you are willing to the 18.71, let us know and we will process it today.This was my reply:Stating that there is sufficient information provided to me letting me know of the automatic charge to my credit card may be trueI was trying to explain that regardless of this, for whatever reason, I still misunderstood and was unaware of the second chargeI was hoping for understanding and consideration in this matterAs a customer, who paid for a month and perhaps would have looked for service again was hoping that I would not be seen as a liar who was trying to scam the companyI’m sure it is possible for you to see that I had not used the service or signed in since the 11th and I’m not trying to receive something and not pay for itThe lack of understanding and inability to try and help me was completely uncalled forI have submitted a charge dispute to my credit card company as I did not in writing or knowingly otherwise authorize the second chargeIt DOES NOT say in writing on my confirmation email that I will automatically be billed for the following months in the amount of $or to avoid said charge will have to call and cancelObscure language is used however, which was mistaken for a reminder that IF I did continue service the amount would increaseI am not trying to rip of New USA Funding, but now I am aware that this is what you do to paying customers.Regards,

We Have refunded this customers request of refunding $as of 07/08/which was agreed to between the representative and client at that time

New USA Funding is in no way affiliated with *** ***'s program*** ***'s signed up for the program online on January 14, and agreed to the service with our Rep***She called back February 22, to get a refund on this account and our Rep*** informed her on our refund
policy
