I just want to thank Insight Pest Control For coming out for our fall treatment We were home at the time and Our Technician Dylan was polite and informative he let me know what services he preformed and if anything pest related was to come up he gave us his contact information for future treatments This is our second treatment and overall I am happy with the services

I was kind of skeptical when the salesman came to my doorBut after talking with him I realized he knew his bugs and best of all he knew the answers to my questions.Great! We've used Insight for yr now and have loved every minuteNot only is the product effective but the staff have been great every time we've dealt with them Our most recent application was this past week and representative Dylan [redacted] was particularly thorough with both application and when explaining the areas treated He also answered any questions that we had I have never had any complaints about Insight and plan to continue to use them for some time

Our technician Dylan showed up promptly and was very engaging He explained the process and was sure to point out why the treatment wouldn't be harmful to my toddler He quietly went through the house and took care of sealing up any openings for bugs He reassured my wife about the spider prevention measures and pointed out some changes to our landscaping that would be helpful Glad we went with insight Dylan was awesome

My home was just treated by Insight Pest Solutions The Technician, Paul [redacted] was early, explained the service he was providing, professional, pleasant and thorough I was pleased with the service provided

Tyler was on time, answered all my questions and treated every problem (well, except for the woodpeckers but he gave me an idea to try!) He spent a lot of time understanding my issues and why they were happening! Couldn't be more pleased with his service!

This was my first treatment (summer) but all went well and the representative was competent and professional Looking forward to seeing if I see a reduction in ants, etc

My technician, Don, arrived on-time and was friendly and professional He explained what he was going to do before he stared and answered all my questions I preferred not to have the inside of the house treated at this time and he offered to leave ant baits instead (I did forget to get them before he left and will call back to request them if I have any more ants inside) He was courteous and knowledgeable and I look forward to doing future business with him and the company

My Insight Pest Solutions representative, Phillip arrived on time, came to my door to introduce himself and explain everything he would be doing (and how) for the day's treatments (concentrating on carpenter ants, paper wasps and house spiders) He patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me He was polite and seemed knowledgeable about the product and his business

I had a re-treatment yesterday and Frank *** was the technicianHe came on time and checked carefully about everything I mentioned to himIn the end, he wrote down all the treatments he did in details, answered all my questions and gave me some good suggestions tooI felt a great ease that the technician is taking go care of the pest problem of my home and this company really care about its customers as well

Our tech, Frank *** did a great job and stayed late (well after 8:00) to everything he could do, friendly and thorough

Our representative, Frank, was fantastic He took his time to explain what he was doing and why After treating the outside of our home for pests, he came inside to check for problems He de-webbed our garage too! He was thorough, polite and very professional I am so glad we switched to Insight
