We've used Insight for 1.5 yr now and have loved every minute. Not only is the product effective but the staff have been great every time we've dealt with them. Our most recent application was this past week and representative Dylan [redacted] was particularly thorough with both application and when explaining the areas treated. He also answered any questions that we had. I have never had any complaints about Insight and plan to continue to use them for some time.

I was kind of skeptical when the salesman came to my door. But after talking with him I realized he knew his bugs and best of all he knew the answers to my questions.Great! When it came to the service technician, he was awesome. Not only answered my question I didn't ask the salesman. He worked out doors while the wife and I ate our supper and did the inside after we finished. I'm a self-employed person and I extremely picky about who does work at my home. Words can't explain how professional these guys are. Polite & respectful. I will definitely refer Insight Pest Solutions. Keep up the good work Adam !

I just want to thank Insight Pest Control For coming out for our fall treatment. We were home at the time and Our Technician Dylan was polite and informative he let me know what services he preformed and if anything pest related was to come up he gave us his contact information for future treatments. This is our second treatment and overall I am happy with the services.

Our technician, Dylan [redacted] was very thorough with the service and took his time with the treatment. We felt that we really got the most from his visit and the most of the treatment and services provided. Unfortunately, we could not say that about our first technicians that came three months ago. Dylan found that our home had "the most spiders" on the outside perimeter that he had ever seen in his career. Evident that the first tech did not do his job. We feel confident that after Dylan's visit we will see a large reduction in spiders. If not, he encouraged us to call back for additional service. I had mice in my basement. I called the local office and a tech, Frank, visited the next business day. He not only went thru the whole basement and secured any inlets, set traps etc. but he went over the main floor and the attic meticulously. He also gave me tips about how to organize the food on shelves considering the mice problem. He noticed a couple of dead carpenter ants and as a prevention he set baits for carpenter ants.
He was knowledgeable about the pests. I was satisfied with the service.

Arrived at our location on time. Company Serviceman Dylan [redacted] was very courteous and very clear with his explanation of the services he was going to perform.and the amount of time it would involve. Every very thing was completed in the time just as he said it would be with out any problems, everything was done neatly, quickly and capably.

The service tech Don was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He came and did exactly what I was told he would do and made sure he addressed the areas I was concerned about. I look forward to being spider and wasp free.

My home was just treated by Insight Pest Solutions. The Technician, Paul [redacted] was early, explained the service he was providing, professional, pleasant and thorough. I was pleased with the service provided.

I am extremely satisfied with this company. They come out 4 times a year to spray for insects and bugs, etc. Recently I had an influx of ants after they had sprayed just four weeks previously so I called them and they sent out someone to spray again. The man who came informed me as to what he was going to do and what I could expect from the spraying. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.
