There is nothing that they provide that you can not get yourself The data is wrong in most cases and you can get the same information from a phone book and online searches yourself Then they have the nerve to charge you for this information and again if you want the "Premium" record REALLY??

I pulled a background check on an individual that I knew had traffic and criminal records, and was looking for any other court records that I had not found yet in other counties The report only pulled 1, and did not even list the multiple other ones that I had found and were public record When I called to ask for refund and cancel my account, the agent said that there were notices that I agreed to saying the information may not be accurate However, in the end he refunded me and cancelled my account Buyer beware, this company is deceptive and does not provide the information that they promise to instead lookup the information your self It takes longer, but it more accurate
