Paid for a single records search Jul and then noticed in Nov that they had billed my credit card for more months after that ($each time) The fact it was a monthly charge that I had to cancel after the single records search was not clearly stated Apparently, it was hidden in the terms of service fine print Luckily I caught the Nov billing and was able to cancel it, the representative also refunded my Oct charge (will see if credit shows up...) Still ended up paying for months plus the original charge Total ripoff!
