I was taken advantage of by Checkmate! years ago I found them on line I looked up a family member This was a one time fee They never mentioned that I had subscribed to them The past two years they have deducted out of my bank account $ I didn't see that on bank statements! I called them and told them I never subscribed and wanted my money backFirst they said sorry then offered me 111.44, then the gal said we will put back into your accountThey only put They said they can only pay mos What an unprofessional company and misleadingBeware of them they are bad!!

Then it says to "click to show results." When you click, the name and address you have requested are displayedHowever, they have blurred the information so that is not readable The enticement is that if you pay the dollar, you will then be able to see the name clearly However, upon submitting the dollar, you are not shown that same information again with out the blurringYou are shown a screen that states, "no information was found." This is clearly a fraudThe initial screens clearly state "success" then "we found who's been calling you." There are several screens stating they have found the information in their "database" After paying, you DO NOT get the information they said they hadYou are told, "NO INFORMATION WAS FOUND." There is no way to dispute that this is fraudulent

Report was not as advertised Everything of value is an ADDED COST The basic information obtained for the initial fee was easily already available on the simplest of internet searches They even charge extra for a pdf download of the report!!!!!
