Totally unsatisfied and a rip offI joined during a trial period and was told to cancel by 2/which I did I called on 2/spoke to a customer service rep who said my account would be cancelled as of that date, and NO FURTHER charges would be incurred I checked my credit card statement today and indeed I was charged almost $additional as of 2/I called to ask for a refund and was told that I didn't cancel on time, and that at the time of cancellation the representative advised me I would be chargedNeither statements are true! I told the representative I called on time, and the representative told me I would not be charged She refused to send me to a supervisor stating there "wasn't one!" She spoke to me like I was an it just repeating to me that I didn't cancel on time and was notified I was going to be charged and again, I told her that was information Again I asked for a supervisor and she just kept repeating the notes in the system, was not helpfulI told her my only choice was to report the company to Revdex.com and she said that is fine
