I ordered a big supply of the Ruby Red juice mix and unfortunately was not able to use the product because of acid reflux problems when I tried to drink it. It just did not work for my system. I returned the product and did get my money returned to me. I was told to return the product as cheaply as possible, but have learned from past experience to send a return shipment registered mail. This way you know if it is received and when it arrived, since upon delivery they need to sign for it and you have the UPS record. I did have to wait the 30 days before I had my money credited back to my card. I am very pleased their promise to return my funds was kept. Thank You IVS.

we took the following actions:On September 17, 2015, we issued Company Check# 30060 in the amount of $283.16.  This amount not only covered the purchase price of the products we sold the [redacted]s but also the interest their credit card company charged them for this transaction. Thank you for bringing Ms. [redacted] complaint to our attention.  Before receiving the formal complaint this morning, we researched this issued based on a review Ms.[redacted] submitted for our business on the Revdex.com's website.The outcome of our investigation, which included listening to a recording...

IVL has said that they did not receive the package when I filed my original complaint! It was not the truth! UPS tracking information proves that it was delivered and signed for by Ayala in the receiving department on 5/13/16. I shipped it on 05/09/16 from UPS in Augusta Ga. UPS Tracking number [redacted]

Review: We placed an order with them online and the next month we had other companies using the same credit card information that we had given them. The other companies were all out of state and this company was the only one we had given the information to. They either sold the information to another companies, have other branch companies that used the information or had a breach in their security so that other companies got our information. In any of these scenarios, we are the innocent party and yet we have lost a substantial income through their negligence. I have tried to reach the other companies but they seem to be ghosts. No phone numbers work nor do the online names or addresses. I hope you can help us get some satisfaction, as we are both retired and any loss of income hurts.Desired Settlement: We want them to reimburse us for the monies we lost in this awful situation they have put us in threw their negligence. We have tried to communicate with the other companies but their phone numbers are disconnected or not working. When looking them up they don't seem to exist. I would hope this company did NOT sell our information because than I suppose a crime has been committed. They would owe us $879.30. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Here are the results of that investigation: Mr. [redacted] was mistaken when he stated he purchased from us on our website on 3/6/2015. Our call recording system confirmed that Mr. [redacted] actually called into our call center on 2/27/2015 and placed his order with the assistance of one of our customer care specialists. Considering the time that has gone by since the "incident" it is understandable to get the dates confused. He also stated in his complaint that he contacted us on 1/12/2016 to discuss this incident. According to our phone records, Mr. [redacted] has only called us once. That was the day he called in to make his purchase. (2/27/2015)We are extremely saddened that Mr. [redacted] has fallen victim to internet fraud but he has never provided us with personal information on our website so his visiting our website cannot be the cause of these problems.We do have a 100% Lifetime Money Back Guarantee so we are happy to refund the the $80.97 Mr. [redacted] spent with us back on 2/27/2015 because apparently he was not satisfied with his experience with our company. However, we handle all customer personal information with the utmost care, exceeding Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and we will not be refunding any additional monies he may have lost to these other, now defunct, companies. I called to place an order, but was put on hold 6 times. The first time there were 6 calls ahead and no one ever came back to the phone. I called 2nd. time and was told there we're 3 calls ahead, and no one came back to the phone. I called four more times before I wasn't told 1 had callers ahead. When I did get someone, I asked if they we're that busy all the time and he didn't respond. I will never call them again.

I think this is a scam by using unfair business practices. Upon ordering for the first time I asked how long I had to try the product before the automatic order would be charged to my card and sent to me. I was told I had 18 days from receiving the product to try it and then a quarterly shipment would be sent. I specifically asked how much time I would have to test the product because I didn't want there to be a misunderstanding on this. I was assured that I would have 18 days from receipt of the product before any charges to my credit card would be made. I ordered my product on 8/26 and didn't receive the order until 9/11 and they had already billed my credit card for a 3 month supply and there had been no opportunity to even try the product. When I called IVL customer service about this they told me I was wrong and I explained that I had been misled by sales person and that I had specifically asked for the amount of time I would have to test it and I was told directly 18 days after receipt. I told them I would return the product unopened and I wanted a complete refund including shipping as I had been misled by their sales person. They refused a complete refund including shipping, no apologies for misleading information from the sales person, just no. Beware they have unfair business practice which are not honest.

I find it unusual that Mr. [redacted] chose to complain to the Revdex.com about this due to the fact that we did initiate a "call tag" with our Shipping partner on 1/21/2014. This means that our vendor ([redacted]) will come by and pick the product up and return it to us at our cost. It should be noted that our return policy, although lifetime in nature, does not include return postage provided by us. When listening to a radio show, an advertisement for all day energy through the institute for vibrant living came on. I was interested in trying the product risk free minus 7.99 shipping and handling.the person taking my info was pushy and tried selling me 6 months worth of the product for 299.00. Received the order a week later and tasted horrible and got sick. The next day they charged my account for 187.00 when calling to find out why my account was charged I waited on hold for 35 minutes. After arguing with the rep that I was one day before the grace period was up they still charged my account. I denied the shipment and I have been waiting 1 month for them to reimburse me my money. Called to check the status and they stated that they are back logged and will get to my refund tomorrow. Horrible experience and bad product. Will not recommend.
